No full textThe plaintiff in the Supreme Court's decision Number 1791 K/Pdt/2022 sued the Notary public, holding the protocol as the defendant. The object of the lawsuit in the Supreme Court's decision is the Notary's deed in the Notary public protocol, which was received by the Notary public holding the protocol. The plaintiff disputed the error in the Notary's deed. Based on expert opinion, the Notary public who did the deed is responsible for the Notary's deed in the protocol, but the Notary who did the deed died. The Notary public holding the protocol is responsible for storing and maintaining the Notary public protocol he receives, but the Notary public holding the protocol was sued in the decision. This research uses normative legal research, which is descriptive and analytical in nature. The data source used is library data. The data collection technique and tool used is library research. This research analyzes data qualitatively. Based on Article 65 of the Law of Notary Public, the Notary public who makes the deed is responsible for the minutes of the deed he had made even though the minutes of the deed had been handed over to the Notary public holding the protocol. The Notary public holding the protocol is not responsible if there is a lawsuit regarding the contents of the minutes of the deed contained in the protocol he received. The Supreme Court's decision concerns Notary public matters, only considering the lawsuit as lacking parties

Malpraktik merupakan tindakan medis yang dilakukan dengan melanggar hukum, kepatutan, asas kesusilaan, dan prinsip profesional, baik dengan sengaja maupun karena kurang hati-hati. Dalam Islam, malpraktik dianggap sebagai kejahatan yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi orang lain, dan prinsip dasar pengobatan Islam adalah melindungi dan memelihara kehidupan manusia. Kajian dari peneltian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan jurnal, ebook, skripsi dan buku cetak dalam bentuk tulisan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis induktif yaitu mengambil hal hal yang berkaitan dengan topik yang dibahas. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa Islam adalah agama kesempurnaan. Ajaran Islam mencakup seluruh aspek kehidupan. Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan diseluruh dunia dan salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Hipertensi juga disebut sebagai penyakit tidak menular, karena hipertensi tidak ditularkan dari orang ke orang. Penyakit tidak menular merupakan penyakit kronis yang tidak menularkan ke orang lain. Penyakit tidak menular ini menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang menjadi pusat perhatian di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karna munculnya penyakit tidak menular secara umum diakibatkan oleh pola hidup manusia yang tidak memperhatikan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Status Gizi Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi. Jenis penelitian yaitu observasional. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional karena data penelitian (variabel independen dan variabel dependen) dilakukan pengukuran pada waktu yang sama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskemas Sunggal Kota Medan dan waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret 2024. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pasien yang berobat jalan sebanyak 96 responden dan besarnya sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 77 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-random sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan penyakit hipertensi dengan nilai pvalue status gizi = 0,001 (> 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan kejadian hipertensi. Disarankan untuk responden terus berupaya mengendalikan kondisi penyakit sehingga responden bisa hidup lebih sehat dan berkualitas serta memantau kesehatan bagi penderita hipertensi.

No full textThe objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of motivation, teamwork, and work discipline on employee performance at the Environmental Law Enforcement and Forestry Security Office in Sumatra. In this study a quantitative descriptive methodology was used. The research encompasses a population of 350 individuals, from which a sample of 100 has been chosen. The independent variables consist of Motivation (X1), Teamwork (X2), and Work Discipline (X3), and the dependent variable is Work Performance (Y). In this study the datas were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that Motivation and Work Discipline have a substantial influence on staff performance at the Environmental Law Enforcement and Forestry Security Office in Sumatra. The results suggest that motivation, cooperation, and work discipline collectively account for 68.2% of the influence on employee performance at the Environmental Law Enforcement and Forestry Security Office in Sumatra. An Error Analysis on The Use of Simple Present Tense in The Students’ Descriptive Text Among the Seventh Grade of Smp Swasta Pangeran Antasari Medan
No full textThis study is aimed at finding and analyzing errors in the use of simple present tense in descriptive texts written by seventh graders of SMP Swasta Pangeran Antasari Medan. The approach followed in this research was a qualitative method involving description and analysis. This data was collected through the students using tests that had been pre-prepared for them and interviews that were structured. In view of this, it is worth noting that there are only two main types of errors: intralingual errors and interlingual errors. These hindrances are caused by interference from their native language, Bahasa Indonesia thus making them disarrange sentences wrongly or even create new words. Meanwhile, intra-lingual errors, such as omission and addition, arise due to students' lack of understanding of English grammar rules. From the total 90 errors identified, omission errors were the most dominant with a percentage of 42.2%, followed by mis-formation (25.5%), mis-ordering (16.6%), and addition (15.5%). This study underscores the importance of more focused and interactive grammar teaching, as well as more frequent writing practice with constructive feedback to reduce errors in Simple Present Tense usage. The results are anticipated to enhance to standard of English language instruction in educational institutions, namely in the area of composing descriptive texts
ANALYZING STUDENT'S DIFFICULTIES IN MASTERING VOCABULARY AT SMP PANGERAN ANTASARI
No full textThe aim of this study is to ascertain the vocabulary comprehension challenges faced by students. Lack of vocabulary makes it difficult for students to communicate in a foreign language. Because of this, scholars are inspired to investigate the issues that students encounter and the methods they employ to resolve them. The descriptive qualitative research approach used in this study is centered on vocabulary challenges. Because the students' vocabulary knowledge was still lacking and the previous study results suggested that they had trouble understanding English classes, the researcher decided to use eighth grade students as research participants in this investigation. Researchers employed observation, document examination, and interviews to gather data. According to the study's findings, students encountered many. Difficulty learning vocabulary, such as having trouble recalling words in context. Out of all the students, only twelve were able to provide answers that were higher than the minimum. Aside from that, each student's average score is 57.5%, with a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 71. This demonstrates that pupils struggle with answering. Aside from that, they employ a variety of approaches to problem-solving, including teaching pupils new techniques, providing examples, and translating. determining the reasons behind the vocabulary learning challenges that kids face. The first language in which pupils struggle with word pronunciation is English. The second reason is grammatical form, since spoken and written English differ in this regard. Students do not pay attention to learning English further, know more words, and limit their time to sources of information about new vocabulary. Lastly, it's easy to forget the words
The Role of Job Stress to Work – Life Balance among Women Nursing Paramedic at Medan City Hospital
No full textThe research examines the role of job stress in work-life balance among women nursing paramedics at Medan City Hospital. This research used a quantitative method. A total of 324 women nursing paramedics at Medan City Hospital participated in this research. The measurement was conducted using the job stress and work-life balance scales. Data on this research was analyzed using a linear regression test. The results of this research show a role of job stress and work-life balance among female nursing paramedics because the statistic shows that T value -8.8260 > T table 1.960 and p = 0,000 < 0,050. Another result is that the job stress of women nursing paramedics is categorized as high, and the work-life balance of women nursing paramedics is categorized as low. Therefore, it is recommended that further research be carried out with qualitative methods or mixed design and consider other variables

No full textThe aim of this study is to ascertain the impact of different forms of manure on the production of elephant grass, as well as the relationship between the types of manure and harvest age on the production of elephant grass. The study was conducted at Tjut Nyak Dhien University's experimental field in the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Medan. The study was conducted between February and May of 2023. A Factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) with two treatment factors was employed in the study. First, there are four treatment levels represented by the symbol P (planting medium): P0 (control); P1 (chicken manure); P2 (cow manure); and P3 (goat manure). Harvest Age, represented by the symbol (W), is the second component. It is divided into two treatment levels: W1 (30 DAP) and W2 (40 HSP). The study's findings demonstrated that the number of tillers and wet weight were significantly impacted by the various manure treatment methods. The plant height was significantly affected by the harvest age treatment. The interaction of the two treatments had a very significant effect on the number of tillers and a significant effect on the wet weight. The highest production was obtained in the P3W1 treatment (goat manure; harvest age 30 DAP).In the P3W1 treatment (goat manure; harvest age 30 DAP), the highest output was achieved. Goat manure application had the greatest effect on the plant metrics of fresh weight and tiller count. Harvesting following leveling at intervals of forty days has the greatest effect on plant height metrics. The parameters of the number of tillers and weight wet with P3W1 treatment (goat manure; harvest age 30 days) are most influenced by the combination of manure types and harvest age
