Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, kemampuan untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha tidak hanya ditentukan dengan memahami pengetahuan kewirausahaan saja, tatapi juga harus memiliki softskill yang baik untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur atau wirausaha. Dengan kemampuan softskill yang baik, maka lulusan akan dapat bersaing menjadi seorang entrepreneur baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut praktisi pendidikan perlu memperhatikan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan softskill dikalangan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan softskill dikalangan mahasiswa STIE KBP dalam berwirausaha. Untuk meningkatkan softskill dikalangan mahasiswa ada beberapa strategi yang perlu dilakukan, diantaranya; melatih mahasiswa untuk berpikir secara analisis, melatih mahasiswa menyelesaikan masalah dengan baik, berkomunikasidengan baik, melatih kemampuan bernegosiasi,melatih jiwa kepemimpinan dilingkungan mahasiswa, serta menerapkan rasa tanggung jawab dan komitmen yang tinggi dalam mengembangkan usaha
An Analysis of Code-Mixing Found on Deddy Corbuzier’s Youtube Channel Selected Podcast
Get PDFCode-Mixing can occur in all circles of society or social status. Code-mixing found in a language, someone cannot prevent code-mixing. The speaker usually speaks two languages and speaker put words or phrase from other languages in the speech or it can be said that code-mixing can occur in direct or indirect situation. Code-Mixing is the change of one language or two languages into another language. Code-mixing can occur in spoken or written text. Therefore, the researcher wants to know the code mixing contained in selected podcast. This study uses Pieter Mueysken\u27s theory of insertion, alternation, and congruent lexicalization. Researcher used qualitative methods. The purpose of this research is to divide the types and explain code mixing based on reasons and factors. After collecting all the data, the researcher found 257 utterances that contain of code-mixing. Code-mixing contained in the insertion there were 158 data 61, 5%), 81 data of alternation (31, 5%), 18 data of congruent lexicalization (7, 0%). Talking about particular topic there were 3 data (1, 17%), empathy about something there were 4 data (1, 55%), repetition used clarificarion there were 12 data (4, 67%). Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the e-filling system, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique used in this study using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. This type of research is quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the E-Feling system had no effect on taxpayer compliance at the Padang 1 Primary Tax Service Office, while taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions partially had an effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Primary Tax Service Office Padang 1
Syntactic Functions of Tak That Used By Javanese People In Rimbo Ilir District
Get PDFThe purposes of this research are to find out and to explain syntactic functions of “Tak” That Used by Javanese people in Rimbo Ilir District. This research has a several point of the functions of tak that used by Javanese people in Rimbo Ilir district. In conducting this research, the researcher uses desciptive qualitative method to do the research. While, to analyze the data, the reseacher used some theories from Randolf Quirk (1982) with the supported theory from Wedhawati (2001) and Palmer (2001). The data are found by recorded the conversation of Rimbo Ilir District. Based on the research, the researcher found three functions of Tak in Javanese language. First, the function of Tak as Personal Pronoun which generally used to the first singular person. The second, the function of Tak as Passive Markers for the first singular person which marked by affixes tak-, tak-I, tak-(a) ke, tak-ne, dan tak-ane. And the last function of tak as modal that followed by the verb after word Tak located after the word aku ‘I’

Get PDFIndonesia is a multi-ethnic country consist of various races religions, ethnic groips, cultures and language, in Minangkabau we can found in every area in Minangkabau, which are called dialects, one of them are the dialect of Desa Kampung Baru (Pariaman) and Jorong Pasar Tanjung Gadang (Sijunjung) Dialect. the differences of language in area region in Minangkabau influenced by cultural factors, geographical factors and socials factor, that make language become varied, therefore the the researcher interested to analysis about it and took the research about dialect, the title of this research is the comparison of Minangkabau Dialect between Desa Kampung Baru (Pariaman) and Jorong Pasar Tanjung Gadang (Sijunjung), aim to describe the differences on phonological (phoneme) and lexical dialects of the language in two regions of Minangkabau, speciallyat Desa Kampung Baru (Pariaman) and Jorong Pasar Tanjung Gadang (Sijunjung), the method used in this research qualitive descriptive, the technique used is the conversational by telephone calls and listening the informant to get the information about the phoneme that they speak, after that the researcher take note and then used of the data cross-checking technique. Analisis Struktur dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Payakumbuh Berdasarkan Sektor Lapangan Usaha
Get PDFThis study aims to see the economic structure and rate of economic growth based on industry in Payakumbuh Municipality. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2012-2019. Descriptive data processing and analysis using the Location Question (LQ) method, grouping the industry sector with Klassen typology and measuring inequality with the Williamson Index. The results showed that the growth rate in the Municipality of Payakumbuh tends to increase every year, the sectors that provide the largest contribution to GRDP are the wholesale and retail sector, car and motorcycle repair, and from the results of the typology class sectors in quadrant I are advanced sectors. and rapid growth in the sectors of construction, wholesale and retail trade, repair of cars and motorbikes, information and communication, financial services and insurance, health services and social activities. Regional inequality with the Williamson index obtained which means that regional inequality is low

There are several text which could be used to in teaching and learning process. One of them are short stories as the proper one for first semester students. By using short stories, the students could enhance their vocabularies and their undertanding in reading text. Besides, there is also moral value that they could get from the text. Throught those, classroom action research about the use of short stories for Basic Reading class were done for the students which the data were taken from tests, observations, interviews and documentation. Sample of the research were consist of 2 (two) classes of the students. as the result, mean score indicate there is an enhancement during the teaching and learning by using short stories. Get PDFPembelajaran menulis puisi merupakan pembelajaran yang selalu ada dalam tiap jenjang satuan pendidikan mulai dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak kendala terhadap pembelajaran ini. Baik itu kendala yang berasal dari peserta didik yang kurang mampu untuk mendapatkan dan mengembangkan ide dalam menulis puisi, maupun pendidik yang kurang mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif dalam menulis puisi. permasalahan dalam menulis puisi dibuktikan dengan penelitian Muhajir, dkk dalam jurnal keislaman dan Pendidikan tahun 2020 yang mengatakan bahwa beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi yaitu ketidaktepatan guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang belum maksimal, dan teknik mengajar guru yang kurang bervariasi. Selain itu, rendahnya minat dari peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menulis karena mengangap menulis puisi suatu pembelajaran yang sulit karena tidak mampu mengembangkan ide dan gagasan dalam menulis puisi.
Berdasarkan fenomena dan permasalahan yang dipaparkan, maka alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu menerapkan suatu metode yang menarik dalam pembelajaran yaitu metode sugestopedia. Metode tersebut diasumsikan sebagai metode yang lebih efektif, inovatif dan memberikan semangat kepada peserta didik untuk mengembangkan ide dalam menulis dengan memberikan kenyamanan dan suasana ruang belajar yang kondusif dalam proses pembelajaran
