    Pengarsipan adalah kegiatan menyimpan warkat dengan berbagai cara dan alat di tempat tertentu yang aman agar tidak rusak atau hilang sebagai pusat ingatan atau sumber informasi suatu organisasi. Pada Pengadilan Agama Kelas IA Pekanbaru, belum menggunakaan sistem informasi dalam hal pengarsipan data perkara, sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan pengarsipan data perkara mulai dari penerimaan perkara, pembuatan laporan dan penyimpanan semua dilakukan secara manual. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengarsipan maka pengarsipan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat, proses pencarian data cepat, dokumentasi rapi dan dalam hal pembuatan laporan pun akan lebih mudah. Sehingga sangat membantu meringankan pekerjaan petugas arsip

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya lokal yang terdapat dalam sastra lisan Kasih Amai dan Pipik Uban di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, pengamatan, perekaman dan pencatatan. Langkah-langkah analisis yaitu mentranskripsikan bahasa daerah ke Indonesia, setelah itu diidentifikasi data yang mengandung budaya lokal, kemudian menganilisis dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sastra lisan Kasih Amai dan Pipik Uban memilliki nilai budaya lokal yaitu berupa 1)  Tradisi Manda, 2) Tradisi Menggunakan Alat Tradisional, 3) Tradisi Piyayi, 4) Tradisi Mumorun, 5) Tradisi Muiriek, 6) Tradisi Moangin

    Figurative Language In Secondhand Serenade A Naked Twist In My Story Album

    This research analysis of figurative language and meaning contained in the lyrics of the song Secondhand Serenade a naked Twist in My Story Album. This research applies semantic theory, especially to figurative language and meaning. The theory used in analyzing figurative language by Kennedy (1995) and the use of meaning in the lyrics used Leech\u27s (1981) theory. The purposes of this research are: (1) To analyze figurative language contained in each lyrics in the album A Naked Twist in My Story. (2) To analyze meaning countained in each lyrics in album A Naked Twist In My Story. This research used this research is the qualitative method. The technique of analyze the data in this research used to substitutional technique. The data collection technique used in the research is observation technique and noted taking technique. The data source is taken from Secondhand Serenade a Naked Twist in My Story Album. The data analysis of this research is to follow the following steps: selecting songs that contain figurative language and meanig, identifying types of figurative language by reading carefully, classifying type offigurative language from the data, and making conclusions. The results of this research show that the total number of figurative languages used in the lyrics in secondhand serenade are 36 figurative language data and 15 meanings. The data of figurative language includes 3 data of metaphor, 2 data of simile, 11 data of personification, 17 data of hyperbole, 2 data of metonymy, 2 data of synecdoche and 4 data of paradox. While the meaning of the data contained in the research there are 15 data, namely 4 data of conceptual meaning and 11 data of connotative meaning

    Speech Acts Analysis Used in Jac Schaeffer’s Wandavision

    This research is pragmatic approach study an analysis of speech act used  in Jac Schaeffer\u27s Wandavision. The objectives of this researcher are to find out the types of illocutionary acts are performed by all the characters utterance, and to find out the types of illocutionary act dominantly used in Jac Schaeffer\u27s wandavision. The researcher used descriptive-qualitative method to describe and analyze the selected of illocutionary acts which are watching movie and then classifies them according to George Yule’s and Yan Huang\u27s concept types of illocutionary acts. Technique of collecting the data are (1) downloading the movie and movie script of Jac Schaffer’s Wandavision, (2) watching the movie while correcting the script based on the movie (3) taking notes which types of speech act were used in it (4) groups the speech act that occur based on Searle’s and Huang’s theory about speech act. The researcher used descriptive analysis which focus on classifying the types of illocutionary acts and the types of illocutionary acts used in Jac Schaeffer’s Wandavision carried out by all the character. The researcher found 165 speech acts in all episodes of the Wandavision series, namely 33 representative speech acts, 17 commissive speech acts, 79 directive speech acts , 3 declarative speech acts, and 33 expressive speech acts. The most dominantly used type of illocutionary act in Wandavision series is directive speech act consisting of 79 utterances with percentage of 47.88%

    The Comparison Between Kerinci Siulak and Kerinci Rawang Dialect

    The Kerinci dialect has various variations in almost every region. These dialects also have differences, both at the phonological and lexical levels between dialects. However, speakers and interlocutors understand each other when speaking in their respective dialects so that it does not prevent the Kerinci people from communicating with each other. The purpose of the research was to describe the differences in language variation between the Kerinci Siulak dialect and the Kerinci Rawang dialect. This research uses Jeff Siegel\u27s theory of language and dialect variations. In reviewing the data of this study using qualitative methods, while data collection used interview methods with recording techniques. This research was conducted in Hamparan Rawang Village and in Siulak Village, Kerinci Regency with 5 informants. The results showed that based on the available data, in the Kerinci language, the Siulak dialect and the Rawang dialect, there are sounds which are phonemes that can be grouped into three groups, namely vowels, diphthongs, and consonants. The Siulak and Rawang dialects have 23 sounds, with 5 vowels, 10 consonants, and 8 diphthongs. The correspondence phonemes of the two dialects are 35 which are at the initial, middle and final syllable caused by geographical, sociocultural and social status factors

    This research uses literary work as the object of research. The literary works analyzed in this research are five poems by Sylvia Plath entitled Daddy, Ariel, Poppies in October, Lady Lazarus, and Edge. The aims of this research to showing the languange features in Plath’s poem and revealing the meaning through languange features using in Plath’s poem. To find out the languange feature in the Plath’s poems it used level languange in Stylistics consist of phonologycal level and semantic level. The phonological level consist of alliteration, assonance, and consonance. And semantic level consist of simile, personification, methapor, imagery, hyperbole, and symbol.This research using pragmatic approach to revealing the meaning in Plath’s poems and features languange as a reference to help in finding meaning in each stanza of the poem. The researcher uses Ullmann\u27s theory to determine the type of ambiguous word. The research design is a qualitative research. The research instrument is the researcher himself. The data sources for this study are the audio and lyrics of Taylor Swift\u27s songs The data of this study are ambiguous words contained in Taylor Swift\u27s songs. In collecting the data, the researcher applies the non-participant observation method and the note taking technique as a follow-up technique. Data analysis conducts the referential method with the language references as the determinant.     This study analyzes the figure of speech and the meaning contained in the lyrics of selected poetry by William Shakespeare. This research applies semantic theory, especially in figurative language. The theory used in analyzing figurative language is Alvius\u27s theory (2003) the use of meaning in literary works. This study uses a deductive method. The analytical technique used in this study uses analytical techniques. The data collection technique used in this research is the observation technique followed by the note-taking technique. The results showed that the total figurative language used in William Shakespeare\u27s selected poetry was 21 data.
