An Analysis of Types and Forms of Code-Mixing by Deddy Corbuzier and Faiz Rahman on Youtube Channel Deddy Corbuzier
Full text linkThe aim of this study to find out types and forms code mxing used in Deddy Corbuzier\u27s YouTube Channel video " Kenapa Baru Kita Ceritakan… KRI Nanggala 402-Faiz Rahman". " In conducting the analysis, the results obtained with the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. In collecting the data this research used heed method, this method followed by the simak bebas libat cakap technique and the analysis method used the Agih method and followed by Bagi Unsur Langsung technique. After doing the analysis, it was found that 51 data were found in the video. As a result, 51 data with the types of Outer Code-Mixing is dominant with a percentage of 100%, while in the inner no data is found. In the forms, there are 21 data on words, 17 data on phrases, 3 data on hybrids, 1 data on repetition words, 2 on idioms, and 11 data on clauses
Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perkoperasian dan Motivasi Anggota Terhadap Partisipasi Anggota di Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Full text linkTujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 78 orang yaitu seluruh pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang diambil secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan perkoperasian (X1) terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hal ini diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,268 dengan thitung 2,239 > ttabel 1,992 dan nilai (sig 0,028<0,05), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi anggota (X2) terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hal ini diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,218 dengan thitung 2,643 > ttabel 1,992 dan nilai (sig 0,010<0,05) dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi anggota terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 6,671>3,97 dan nilai sig 0,002<0,05

Full text linkThe development of rapid technology has affected all facets of life, as well as in the business wold, including small and medium enterprises. However, not all small and medium enterprises are able to maximize the use of information technology. For that we need to see how the actual use of information technogy and its impact n small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang.
The object of research is chosen in this study is the small and medium enterpreneurs in the city of padang in accordance with the domicile researchers. Samples were 30 taken by using a convenience sampling technique with criteria small and medium enterprises enterpreneurs engaged in trade of food industri like restaurant business, snack businesses and others.
Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation : Y = 15.851 + 0.437 X. Based on the analysis of the use of inpormation technology variable effect on the performance of small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang. Because the analysis of data wiht a simple linear analysis of knomn significance value of 0,000 and significance value is less than the alpha of 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that the use of information technology has a positive effect n the performance of small and medium businesses
Praktikalitas Video Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Power Point di Kelas VIII SMP
Full text linkPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan media pembelajaran matematika di kelas VIII SMPN 2 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran hanya buku paket saja yang dipinjam di perpustakaan. Pembelajaran masih berjalan monoton dan kurang bervariasi sehingga peserta didik kurang termotivasi untuk belajar matematika. Oleh sebab itu, dirancang dan dikembangkan video pembelajaran matematika berbasis power poin agar peserta tertarik untuk belajar matematika, karena secara teori video dapat menarik perhatian peserta didik karena ada unsur suara dan gerak di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Model ini sesuai dengan namanya tediri dari lima fase yaitu (A)nalysis, (D)esign, (D)evelopment, (I)mplementation dan (E)valuation. Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai tahap Implementation. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan video pembelajaran matematika berbasis power poin di kelas VIII SMP yang praktis, yang mudah digunakan peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi matematika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa video pembelajaran matematika berbasis power poin yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria praktis, baik dari aspek keterlaksanaan, kemudahan dan waktu yang diperlukan
An Analysis of Students’ Difficulties in Comprehending Hortatory Exposition Text at SMA Adabiah 2
Full text linkThe aims of this research are to describe students’ difficulties in comprehending hortatory exposition text at SMA Adabiah 2 Padang. The subject of this research was the second year students of SMA Adabiah 2 Padang at 2022/2023 academic year. Out of 267 students, 20% of them were chosen to be the sample by using the cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected by using a reading test and interview guideline. The results of this research show that from 232 total frequent for each indicator, the highest percentage made by the students was in identifying language feature question. There were 130 total difficulties with the percentage 56, 03%. While the lowest percentage made by the students was in identifying thesis statement questions. There are 99 total difficulties with the percentage 42, 67%. Related to the cause of difficulties, it was the language factors that students difficult to understand the long sentence and vocabulary in the text, and the last factor was the lack of reading strategies. It can be concluded that the students of SMA Adabiah 2 find it difficult in comprehending hortatory exposition text. It proves that more than 50% of students cannot answer the question of hortatory exposition text correctly. It caused the student difficult to understand the long sentence and the vocabulary in the text and also the lack of reading strategies itself
Kontribusi Supervisi Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Kota Padang
Full text linkPerkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sangat pesat seiring dengan perkembangan alat komunikasi dan informasi dimana informasi tidak lagi dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana supervisi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru, Motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, Supervisi pembelajaran dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri Kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Kota Padang berjumlah 179 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified proportional random sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 42 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan program SPSS dengan tahapan analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan analisis dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi pembelajaran berkontribusi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kota Padang dengan besaran kontribusi sebesar 15,8%. Motivasi kerja berkotribusi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Kota Padang dengan besaran sebesar 36,3%. Dengan demikian, motivasi kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Ini berarti semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Supervisi pembelajaran dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berkontribusi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 41,9%. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru yang baik dan ideal sebaiknya dilakukan melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja dan meningkatkan supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pengawas dan kepala sekolah kepada guru
Negative Impoliteness Strategies Used by Customers of Muara Bungo Home Credit
Full text linkThis research analyzes the negative impoliteness strategies used by customers of Muara Bungo Home Credit through WhatsApp text messages and how the strategies function in delivering the impoliteness between the customers and the employees of Home Credit. The purposes of this research are (1) to analyze the negative of impoliteness strategies used by customers of Muara Bungo Home Credit; (2) to analyze the functions of impoliteness strategies aimed by customers of Muara Bungo Home Credit. The analysis applied Culpeper’s (1996) theory on impoliteness strategy and Culpeper’s (2011) theory on impoliteness function. The research also applied descriptive qualitative method, with the customers’ WhatsApp text messages as the source of the data. The result of this research shows that, (1) there are negative impoliteness (6 data) which occurred in the research; (2) all 6 data of negative impoliteness strategies used by the customers had different functions, which are affective (3 data), and coercive (3 data)
Pasambahan Oral Tradition in Minangkabau Marriage Custom in Nagari Sungai Puar Palembayan Sub District Agam West Sumatra : Semiotic Analysis
Full text linkPasambahan tradition is one type of Minangkabau oral literature. This tradition is carried out in the wedding ceremony in Minangkabau custom. Pasambahan is a conversation between the two parties concerned between the host (sipangka) and the guest (si alek) to convey the intent and purpose with respect. This study aims to determine the form of symbols, symbolic functions, and symbolic meanings contained in pasambahan (customary conversation) which is a study of semiotic science theory by Marcel Danesi (2004) and interpret pasambahan at every Minangkabau traditional wedding ceremony. In addition, this study also aims to determine the forms of Minangkabau wedding traditional clothes and the symbolic meaning contained in these clothes. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The main data collection techniques in qualitative research are observation, in-depth interviews, and followed by a study of documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study were writing down data obtained from the field, describing pasambahan (customary conversations), verifying, collecting focused data, analyzing the data obtained, and formulating final conclusions as research findings. Based on the results of the study found 7 (seven) Minangkabau traditional wedding ceremonies in the Minangkabau community of Kanagarian Sungai Puar, Pelembayan District, Agam Regency. In addition, there are also some symbols found in pasambahan (traditional conversations) in the Minangkabau traditional wedding ceremony. This study also found several symbols attached to the Minangkabau traditional wedding attire which consisted of the clothes of anak daro (bride) and marapulai (groom). contained in the traditional Minangkabau wedding dress is a form of responsibility and life that is lived during marriage
Young Girl as Seen in Anne Frank’s The Diary of A Young Girl
Full text linkThis research is motivated by the existence of personality forms and cool rooms that are hiding places where Anne\u27s maturity grows, which is realized by the mob in Anne Frank\u27s novel The Diary of a Young Girl. The purpose of this study is to identify Anne\u27s personality form, analyze the shape of the foreign space where Anne\u27s maturity grows in Anne Frank\u27s novel The Diary of a Young Girl. The method with the research is descriptive qualitative research and the approach used is literary psychology with psychology literature Sigmund Freud theory. The data in this novel are excerpts from words, sentences related to the personality of Anne\u27s character and forms of foreign space that affect Anne\u27s maturity growth. The data collection techniques in this study were reading, marking the data, recording and distinguishing the data collected based on Anne’s personality and foreign space that influenced Anne’s maturity in Anne Frank novel The Diary of a Young Girl. The result of this study indicate that in the novel The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank, the personality experienced by Anne Frank by is more Id than the Ego and Superego, this is due to the difference in her Mother’s love between herself and older sister, and the form of foreign space that affects Anne Frank maturity is a room called the Secret Annex
Validitas LKPD Berbasis Activity Classroom Discussion Exercise (ACE) Pada Siswa Kelas XI Kuliner SMKN 6 Padang
Full text linkPerangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan sekolah saat ini belum optimal dalam membantu peserta didik membangun pemahamannya. Pembelajaran pada setiap pertemuan yang diterapkan oleh guru masih seperti bagaimana biasanya mereka melaksanakan pembelajaran yaitu dengan menjelaskan materi pelajaran, memberikan contoh-contoh penerapan, memberikan latihan, dan di akhir pembelajaran guru memberikan Pekerjaan Rumah (PR). Ketidakpahaman peserta didik terhadap konsep membuat kemampuan peserta didik jadi rendah. Berbagai usaha sudah dilakukan oleh guru, namun nilai peserta didik tetap belum mencapai KKM. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta didik untuk mengkonstruksikan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Pada penelitian ini, dikembangkan validitas perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ACE yang diharapkan mencapai sasaran tersebut. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari upaya pengembangan ini adalah menghasikan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis ACE yang valid. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Plomp yang terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu preliminary, prototyping, dan assessment. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI Kuliner 2 SMK N 6 Padang. Validiasi perangkat pembelajaran dilakukan oleh pakar pendidikan matematika dan pakar Bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ACE yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid dengan nilai validitas aspek positif 4,43, sedangkan untuk aspek negatif mendapat nilai validitas 4,00 dengan kategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ACE untuk pembelajaran matematika di kelas XI Kuliner 2 dapat dinyatakan valid
