No full textThe influence of the national character on the political culture, the political system (PS), the electoral and party systems, the political regime (PR), the nature of the political elite and the change of political elites, as well as the choice of instruments for the implementation of internal and external public policies are considered. The analysis of the “nation model” proposed by V.D.Ermak is given. A model of the political sphere of society is proposed. No full textThe question is considered, what determines the uniqueness of TIM. Assumptions are made that one-dimensional functions can underlie the individuality, the selfness of TIM. It is demonstrated by the example of the ILI model (intuitive-logical introvert). The issue of forming a false notion about TIMs is discussed on the basis of images of type and external features.Рассмотрен вопрос, что же определяет уникальность ТИМа. Get PDFConcepts “basis of typology” and “basis of description”, introduced by G. Reinin, are considered in the article. As an illustrative example, the typology of quadras is chosen. In this case, all the elements of the 8-element group of all possible sections of the 4-element set have a completely understandable meaning. Not only 2-element “bases of typology”, but also 3-element “bases of description” are explicitly presented. It is shown that the 3-element set of central traits of the quadras’ typology cannot act as a “basis of description”. The results obtained for the quadras’ typology are generalized to the case of a 16-element socion.Обсуждаются понятия «базис типологии» и «базис описания», введённые Г.Р. Рейниным. В качестве иллюстрирующего примера выбрана типология квадр. В этом случае все элементы 8-элементной группы всевозможных сечений 4-элементного множества имеют вполне понятный смысл. В явном виде представлены примеры не только 2-элементных «базисов типологии», но и 3-элементных «базисов описания». Показано, что 3-элементное множество центральных признаков типологии квадр не может выступать в качестве «базиса описания». Результаты, которые получены для типологии квадр, обобщаются на случай 16-элементного социона
