Influence of Kollidon SR on Ondansetron HCl pH Independent Drug Release from Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose Matrix Tablets
The Polymers are tools used in novel drug delivery system to modify the drug release of pharmaceutical dosage form. Ondansetron HCl is a weakly basic drug belongs to BCS class-II; it is showing distinct pH dependent solubility. The major intention of the current study was to develop a pH independent controlled released system for pH dependent poorly soluble Ondansetron HCl. The effect of combination of polymers on parameters like release pattern, release mechanism of the drug were studied. A 32 full factorial design was used to study the effect of Kollidon SR on Ondansetron HCl Drug Release from Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose Matrix Tablets. The release rate from formulated matrix tablets was studied at both SGF (pH 1.2) and SIF (pH 6.8). Drug release from Kollidon SR and Methocel (1:1) based matrix system based tablets was found to pH independent controlled drug release up to 24h with >90% drug release. Kollidon SR has a distinctive character of maintaining tablets geometric shape until the end of dissolution test, this is mainly due to the water insoluble content, polyvinyl acetate, forming 80% (w/w) of Kollidon SR, while the remaining content 20% (w/w) is the water soluble, polyvinylpyrrolidone, responsible for pore formation causing a diffusion controlled release The similarities in Release profiles were evaluated by applying the model independent (f2) similarity factor. The Optimized formulation characterized by DSE, X-RD and FT-IR studies was found not having any interaction with polymer and drug. The Optimized Formulation followed zero order with non-Fickian diffusion method. In conclusion, Kollidon SR and Methocel k100 were found to be novel potential candidates for the development of pH independent controlled delivery system of Ondansetron HCl

Depending upon the speed of compression and the data loss, we can determine whether the compression algorithm is good or not. Data compression can be used on any form of data. Be it images, or videos to simple text files, we can compress the data. Compression mainly involves removing the redundancy in the data. Depending on the redundancy, a text file can be reduced up to 50% or more than its original size. There are many forms of compression. Few examples are: ZIP, RAR, GZIP, PNG, JPEG, WAV, etc. There are two methods of compression. A loss less compression and a lossy compression. Few algorithms that are most widely used in lossless compression is Huffman encoding and LZ77 encoding. In this study, we hope to come up with a better compression algorithm using modern approaches and tools using Singular Value Decomposition technique
Character Recognition of Handwritten Text Using Machine Learning and Image Processing
In today’s world there have been various advancements in computing fields and as a result there is a greater need for smart devices. As soon as we come across the word ‘smart’, we immediately think of intelligence. It is intelligence and intelligent devices that have shaped modern life in the last two decades. One such example of an intelligent device is a character recognition device. Current character recognition methods work well to a good extent (98%) for typed text but this accuracy drops once the input starts becoming dynamic. This occurs when the text is handwritten or if there is a variation in its style, font, etc. We require accurate results irrespective of the dataset. Hence, we apply supervised machine learning which works by learning attributes and classifying labels. The advantage of this specific method is that it works even in the case of large datasets. In this project, we use image processing, supervised machine learning and deep learning algorithms to obtain accurate results for dynamic inputs without the loss of accuracy over a wide range of datasets

Design of E-shaped Microstrip Patch antenna for S band Applications
Micro strip antennas are widely used in many applications due to their low profile, low cost and ease of fabrication which is required in various applications like mobile & satellite communication, Global positioning system and wireless application etc. In this paper, different E-shaped micro strip patch antennas are designed and the results are compared. The antenna design is an improvement from previous research and it is simulated using ADS (Advanced Design System) software. The design has been made on low cost material of FR4 substrate having dielectric constant of 4.2 with thickness of 1.6 mm. The proposed scheme is used by the probe feeding technique in order to operate under the frequency range of 3.45 GHz. The main objective of this paper is to design E-shaped microstrip antenna under various conditions by adjusting the dimensions of the antenna. After comparing different antenna’s parameter values, the better antenna will give good enhancement in the return loss, bandwidth, gain and directivity
A Methodology to Secure ATM System Using Microcontroller
This paper gives the depiction of the new way to deal with wards the security of ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) Systems. Frauds related to the ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) are increasing day by day which is a serious issue. ATM security is used to provide protection against these frauds. Though security is provided for ATM machine, cases of robberies are increasing. Past advancements give security inside machines to secure transaction, yet machine isn't flawlessly ensured. The ATM machines are not safe since security provided traditionally were either by using RFID reader or by using security guard outside the ATM. This security is not sufficient because RFID card can be stolen and can be misused for robbery as well as watchman can be black mailed by the thief. So there is a need to propose new technology which can overcome this problem. This paper proposes a system which aims to design real-time monitoring and controlling system
