In this study, the authors develop model knowledge management system that is in accordance with the conditions that exist in SD Al-Imam Islamic School, knowledge formation using the SECI model. From the results of testing the experimental system knowledge management system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method the average result is above 58%, which means that the respondent is in doubt about the application of the system tried the knowledge management system at SD Al-Imam Islamic School

Global Horizontal Irradiance Prediction using the Algorithm of Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing
Get PDFTo reduce the discrepancy between the results of the expected data and the actual data, prediction is a procedure that is calculated systematically based on owned historical and present information. For the creation of solar energy projects and for decision-making in other connected domains, solar radiation intensity prediction is essential. This study aims to create a predictive model on monthly global horizontal irradiance data. The method used is the Simple Moving Average algorithm, Exponentially Weighted Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing. The stages carried out in this study include data collection, data preprocessing, testing of predictive models, interpretation of data visualization, and performance evaluation. The results of calculating the error value and correlation produce an evaluation of the performance of the prediction model. The SES method, which obtained an MAE value of 7.13, a MAPE of 0.02%, an MSE of 88.07, an RMSE of 9.38, and an R2 of 0.94, was determined to be the best prediction model by the calculation of the prediction model performance evaluation. A MAE value of 9.45, a MAPE of 0.02%, an MSE of 150.16, an RMSE of 12.25, and an R2 of 0.91 were obtained by the EWMA method, which is also the method that produced the second-best result. A MAE value of 14.38, a MAPE of 0.04%, an MSE of 367.59, an RMSE of 19.17, and an R2 of 0.77 were obtained by the SMA method, which is the third-best result

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the factors that affect earnings management in manufacturing companies. The independent variables used in this study are Firm Size, Audit committee, Leverage, Independent Board of Commissioners, Return On Asset, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership. The sample obtained in this study used manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 3 years in the period 2017 - 2019. There are 38 companies that meet the criteria by using purposive sampling method and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results show that the variables of Firm Size, Audit Committee, Leverage, Independent Board of Commissioners, Retun On Asset, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership have no effect on earnings management
EFFORTS TO IMPROVE THE SHOW AND TELL METHOD ON SPEAKING SKILLS IN CLASS V STUDENTS
Get PDFStudyThis aims to: 1) improve speaking skills through learning activities and 2) improve speaking skills using the show-and-tell method for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Selat Penuguan. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this research were class V students at SD Negeri 12 Penuguan Strait for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 32 students. The research design refers to classroom action research according to Kemmis which includes 1) planning 2) action implementation 3) observation and 4) reflection. The data collection methods used in this method are: 1) test 2) observation 3) documentation. Descriptive statistical data analysis techniques were used to analyze quantitative data, namely the average value, while the flow model was used for qualitative data analysis. The research results show that the use of the storytelling method can improve learning activities and speaking skills through the show and tell method. This is characterized by increased speaking skills in the aspects of pronunciation, intonation, word choice, sequence, courage, fluency, attitude, and mastery of theme
Decision Support System for Selecting Rescuer Candidates for Basarnas Special Group Using SMART And BORDA
Get PDFThe National Search and Rescue Agency (also known as BASARNAS) is a government agency responsible for offering search and rescue services in the event of an accident or disaster. At BASARNAS there is a special team, the BASARNAS Special Group (BSG). BSG performs rescues during national and international disasters or accidents. BSG itself consists of selected people, namely BSG candidates from all search and rescue office rescuers in Indonesia. BSG candidates themselves are still calculated manually so that it can affect the time efficiency of SAR personnel in making selections, this research was conducted at the Medan Class A Search and Rescue Office. To ensure that BSG candidates are accurate and processed quickly, a decision support system is needed. This time the researchers utilized the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and BORDA methods to determine BSG candidates. With the criteria used, namely fitness (K1), physical health (K2), mental health (K3) and creativity (K4). Then the alternatives used are 25 alternatives which include 20 skilled rescuers and 5 beginner rescuers. and the results can be saved in the form of a PDF file. The results of calculations using the SMART and BORDA methods found that among skilled rescuers, Rescuer-T15 is a suitable candidate to become a BSG candidate by obtaining a total score of 6049.25 and among novice rescuers, Rescuer-P5 obtained the highest score of 756.00

All companies are competing to improve their company's performance in order to increase competitiveness in attracting potential investors to invest in their companies. One of them is by maximizing the value of the company. This research focuses on several challenges facing companies in the current economic development to increase firm value, which the principle of going concern or business sustainability Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Market Risk, Profitability, Firm Age, and Firm Size. This research used Energy Companies (Listed on IDX 2013 – 2020) as the population. This research used purposive sampling method, quantitative data based on Financial Statement Report and Annual Report. The research data proceed using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this research show that CSR has a negative effect on firm value, market risk has no significant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant effect on firm value, firm age has no significant effect on firm value, and firm size has a significant effect on firm value.
PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Get PDFThe firm value is a condition that has been achieved by a company and the firm value as a public trust and image of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of good corporate governance and it is effect on firm value empirical studies on automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2020. The population used in study were companies and components listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia (IDX) in 2015-2020. The type of data in this study is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The sampling method was purposive sampling according to the specified criteria. The number of samples collected was 57 samples. With 33 outliers it becomes 57 samples. So that only 12 companies are used that meet the criteria. The data that has been collected is analysed using data analysis first carried out by testing classical assumption then testing hypotheses. Classical assumption in this study using normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedastiscity test, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The result of this study indicate that the audit commite variable affects the firm value while board of directors, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners and leverage has no effect on firm value

Therefore, this research aims to implement a tailor service ordering application that is integrated with geolocation features and can make things easier for tailors and consumers. This application development uses the Java programming language and Android Studio as the framework and Firebase as the database. Improving Firebase BaaS Service Security in Counseling Chat Applications: AES-256 and CBC Approach for End-to-End Encryption
Get PDFThe activities of using the internet and exchanging information and sending messages have used a lot of internet media, one of which is chat message media, but over time data and information security problems in chat messages that are often encountered are active and passive wiretapping. In this research, the author wants to create a counseling chat message security application using the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm cryptographic method combined with the CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) technique which is an advanced development of the ECB (Electronic Code Book) technique. AES basically uses a block cipher with a length of 128 bits as the default operation, and the key length size varies from 128, 192 and 256 bits. so AES uses a 4x4 matrix equation with each section having a size of 1 byte. From these problems, research will be conducted to develop an application to accommodate the counseling process using a chat application that has the main focus of securing messages with image types and stored in the Firebase database service (Backend as a Service). As well as using the End-to-End service principle so that users do not need to do the encryption or decryption process directly because the process has been carried out by the system, this will also provide more security aspects in terms of confidentiality of key data and initialization vectors. So that the process of exchanging information using the media chat counseling application is secured and avoids tapping by irresponsible parties
