    The DeLone and McLean Model for Measuring Success Hospital Management Information System Case Study: Praya Regional Hospital

    The advancement of information technology in the health sector encourages hospitals to implement Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. This study aims to measure the success rate of SIMRS implementation at Praya Regional Hospital using the DeLone and McLean model, which includes six variables: system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents in all service units of RSUD Praya. The analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that only three of the nine hypotheses proposed proved significant, namely the effect of user satisfaction on net benefits, service quality on usage, and usage on net benefits. These findings indicate that technical aspects and system services need to be improved to achieve optimal SIMRS implementation. This research contributes to the evaluation of hospital information systems and can serve as a reference in making future system development decisions

    Development of Mobile GIS Based Digital Map Location Marking Application for Navigation Purposes

    In today's digital era, map and navigation applications have become essential tools for users to find locations, obtain the fastest routes, and explore new places. Google Maps is one of the most popular and comprehensive mapping applications that offers various features, such as navigation. However, despite being highly beneficial, Google Maps has several limitations, particularly regarding map markers, personalized, creating individual routes, and offline map usage on navigation. To address these issues, this research develops an innovative application called StellarPath. StellarPath is a mobile-based digital map location marker application that adopts Location Based Service (LBS) methods for more effective navigation. This application focuses on offline usability as a digital map marker and includes features such as offline maps stored indefinitely, offline navigation, manual route creation, and higher personalization, allowing users to save and manage markers with additional information offline. Test results show a success rate of 92.5%, indicating the application's effectiveness. The conclusion drawn is that the application can download and store maps offline, although it has shortcomings in managing downloaded maps. The offline navigation feature allows users to draw, save, and manage manual routes on the map. Users can create and save location markers with additional information offline. Navigation is flexible, with the option to start navigation by tapping on the map and features that can be enabled or disabled. This research aims to provide a more flexible and personalized navigation solution compared to existing standard map and navigation applications, such as Google Maps

    The Effect of Online Adminduk Service Applications on the Number of Population Administration Applications

    This study aims to investigate the effect of using the population and civil registration office Online Service Application (SEMAIK) on the number of population administration (Adminduk) applications at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Central Lombok Regency. The direct impact of the implementation of this application on the number of civil registration applications has not been widely studied empirically. Therefore, this research is important to determine the extent to which the use of the SEMAIK application has an effect on increasing applications for population administration services. The SEMAIK application, as an innovation of the Central Lombok Disdukcapil, is designed to make it easier for citizens to apply for civil registration documents online without the need to visit the Disdukcapil office directly. This research method uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess the level of acceptance and satisfaction of application users. The study involved 48 respondents, resulting in an average SUS score of 73.9, which indicates that the application is in the “Acceptable” satisfaction category with a grade of C and a qualitative assessment between ‘Good’ to “Excellent”.”Data analysis shows that there is an increase in the number of Adminduk applications through the SEMAIK application during the 2021-2023 period, which is correlative with an increase in user satisfaction scores. This result confirms that the level of application acceptance is at a relatively good level. User satisfaction with the SEMAIK application has contributed to an increase in the number of Adminduk document submissions in Central Lombok Regency. This research provides important insights into the importance of usability in public service applications and its implications for the efficiency of population administration services

    Metode pembelian online dengan pengambilan di toko (BOPIS) telah menjadi salah satu inovasi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi dalam berbelanja. Aplikasi BREAD dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah konsumen dalam memesan produk roti dan kue dengan mengintegrasikan metode BOPIS melalui platform mobile. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan framework Flutter, yang memungkinkan pembangunan aplikasi multiplatform dengan kinerja yang responsif. Studi ini menguraikan proses pengembangan aplikasi BREAD mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain antarmuka, fitur utama, hingga pengujian menggunakan metode Waterfall. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil memenuhi berbagai fungsi yang diharapkan, termasuk manajemen pesanan, pembayaran, dan pengelolaan profil pengguna dengan baik. Dengan demikian, aplikasi BREAD dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman berbelanja dan efisiensi operasional pada industri roti dan kue

    The development of the modern world of work which is characterized by digitalization, globalization, and organizational pressure raises new ethical challenges for professionals, including accountants. This study aims to examine accounting students' understanding of professional ethics and their perceptions of ethical challenges in today's workplace. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through an open-ended essay questionnaire distributed to final year accounting students. The results of thematic analysis revealed three main themes: (1) students' understanding of the importance of professional ethics as a moral foundation; (2) challenges faced in the modern workplace such as target pressure, technological developments, and ethical conflicts; and (3) students' readiness in facing ethical dilemmas, including the role of higher education in shaping professional character. The findings show that although students have a good understanding of ethics, they also realize the gap between theory and practice.     Decision Tree for Determining Hospital Treatment for Covid-19 Patients Based on Hematology Parameters Using the C5.0 Algorithm

    The rapid spread of the COVID-19 disease, which occurred globally from late 2019 to the early 2020s, significantly impacted communities worldwide, requires early detection of COVID-19 which is very important for patients and also the people around them to be able to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, a classification analysis will be carried out to make decisions regarding determining COVID-19 patients who do not require hospitalization or who require Regular Ward, Semi-Intensive Care Unit, or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in hospitals based on hematology parameters from the Machine Learning Repository. Kaggle Dataset uses the C5.0 algorithm assisted by Rstudio software. It is also known that because the data contains missing data, it is also necessary to handle missing data using the Mean Method assisted by SPSS software. Performance evaluated using the Confusion Matrix method produces an accuracy value of 78% which is considered quite good, where testing with the C5.0 Algorithm uses a training and testing data ratio of 40:60. This research simplifies and speeds up medical decision-making, improving patient management. With COVID-19 declining, the method can be applied to enhance healthcare systems' accuracy and efficiency in handling other diseases or emergencies, ensuring better preparedness for future challenges

    Design and Development of an Android-Based Merchandise Management Application for K-pop Consignment Services

    The rapid development of technology has increased various societal needs, especially in the e-commerce sector, including the delivery service of K-pop merchandise. The global popularity of K-pop has led to high demand for related merchandise such as albums, lightsticks, and exclusive clothing and accessories, often difficult to source internationally. This demand creates challenges for businesses in managing product data, inventory, and transactions effectively. Zena.id, as a business providing K-pop merchandise delivery services, faces specific issues with ensuring accurate transaction recording and real-time inventory monitoring. An efficient system is needed to reduce human error, prevent inventory discrepancies, and meet customer expectations for product availability. This research aims to develop an Android-based application to automate transaction recording and inventory monitoring at Zena.id. The application is designed to improve operational efficiency through an integrated system for accurate stock monitoring and transaction processing. Developed using the Kotlin programming language and an Agile approach, this method allows for flexible, iterative improvements. Testing results showed a 83.33% accuracy rate in transaction processing and inventory updates, significantly simplifying management tasks and reducing potential errors. Additionally, the user-friendly interface enhances satisfaction for both business managers and customers. This application serves as an optimal solution to address the unique challenges faced by K-pop merchandise delivery services in the digital era

    Pengaruh Pounding-Based Ecoprint Terhadap Kemampuan Kreativitas Pada Anak Usia Dini

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan pounding-based Ecoprint terhadap kemampuan kreativitas anak usia dini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 26 anak kelompok B di RA Nurul Muslimin Kubu Raya. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi berdasarkan empat indikator kreativitas: orisinalitas, fleksibilitas, fluency, dan elaborasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kreativitas anak setelah mengikuti kegiatan Ecoprint dengan teknik pounding. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung = 9,762 dan signifikansi = 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Rata-rata nilai kreativitas meningkat dari 63,22 menjadi 77,06. Anak menjadi lebih percaya diri, mampu menciptakan karya yang unik, dan aktif menyampaikan gagasan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan Ecoprint menggunakan teknik pounding terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini dan dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran berbasis seni dan lingkungan di lembaga pendidikan anak usia din

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru PAUD dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Kelurahan Kebon Bawang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 guru PAUD yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial dalam hubungan antara kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan kompensasi yang adil dan peningkatan motivasi kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru PAUD secara berkelanjutan
