An Analysis of Question Elements Made by Indonesian Teachers of Leading Schools in Pidie District
Get PDFThis study aims to elucidate the difficulty level of test items, the discriminative efficacy of these items, and the usefulness of distractors in assessments developed by Indonesian language educators at the Pidie District School of Movers. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology characterized by a descriptive research design. The study population comprises Sekolah Penggerak in Pidie Regency, namely SMP Negeri 1 Muara Tiga and SMP Sukma Bangsa Pidie, the Indonesian language exam items developed by the teachers of Sekolah Penggerak in Pidie Regency, and the students' response sheets. The referenced test items encompass all questions formulated by Indonesian language educators for grades VII, VIII, and IX for the 2023/2024 academic year, utilized in the End-of-Semester Assessment (PAS). The questions for each grade are identical, comprising 30 items and totaling 318 answer pages. The research sample comprises teacher-generated questions from SMP Negeri 1 Muara Tiga, amounting to 30 questions per grade level and 90 student response sheets. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data acquisition through documentation methodologies. This study uses the Kuder Richardson-20 (KR-20) formula for data analysis by assessing difficulty level, and discriminative capacity, and evaluating the efficacy of distractors. The research findings reveal that among the seventh-grade questions, 21 items (70%) are classified as having moderate difficulty, 29 items (97%) have acceptable distractor effectiveness, although no items exhibit strong discrimination power. Among the eighth-grade questions, 18 items (60%) are classified as moderately difficult, 9 items (30%) exhibit strong discrimination power, and 26 items (88%) demonstrate acceptable distractor efficacy. Among the ninth-grade questions, 22 items (73%) are classified as moderately difficult, 9 things (30%) exhibit strong discrimination power, and 25 items (85%) have acceptable distractor efficacy. The questions for grade VII require revision or replacement. The questions for grades VIII and IX already satisfy the criteria for quality questions regarding difficulty level, discriminative ability, and the efficacy of distractors
Teachers’ Beliefs and Practices Related to Reflective Teaching in English Classroom
Get PDFReflective teaching is essential for classroom teachers, allowing them to introspect on their classroom experiences and gain valuable insights. This research used a qualitative research design. Especially qualitative descriptive. It involved 2 experienced teachers to explore beliefs regarding reflective teaching. Research data was taken from semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis proposed by Braun & Clarke (2013). The aim of this data analysis is to find meaning in the data which is achieved by organizing and presenting the data methodically. The findings revealed teachers regularly participate in Subject Teachers' Conference to address teaching weaknesses and use student feedback to refine their practices. It helps teachers develop new, creative strategies and create a dynamic classroom environment that meets students' diverse needs as the ability to evaluate teaching methods and find new ways to be more effective. However, it cannot be denied that several factors hinder the implementation of this belief in the classroom, including time management and lack of communication between subject teachers

So, the Afghan legislator recognized the right to tourism, freedom, and general human rights for individuals in the constitution, and according to Article 7 of this law, all the freedoms and general rights that are included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights or the treaties that the Afghan government It is a member of foreign citizens, which includes the right to security (life and financial), the right to human dignity, the right to travel and choose residence, the right to privacy, the right to access the consulate, the right to go to court, and the right to access information. It recognizes the necessity and is obliged to observe it in the sovereignty of the government territory, and on the other hand, foreign tourists who come to Afghanistan must observe the norms, culture, and internal laws so as not to be against public opinion and conscience
Design of Music Learning Methods Based on Traditional Music for Children with Special Needs (Autism)

This research aims to design music learning in classrooms that are in accordance with the characteristics of autistic people so that they are able to feel and interpret music in education. This research relies on the researcher as an instrument where the phenomena found in the field will be interpreted. The researcher designed and explained the cycle and pattern of learning music for children with special needs. Researchers designed a model of musical ideas with therapy, a model of listening to music, and arrived at the concept of its application. There are four cycles designed in music learning for autistic children, namely listening to music, singing Bolelebo songs, rhythmic movements, and playing musical instruments. These four cycles have two stages of implementation, namely planning and action. Researchers also designed a classroom suitable for music learning for autistic children. This learning design allows autistic children to gain musical experience in simple forms
Effectiveness of Conditional Criminal Implementation as an Alternative to Restorative Justice

The main principle of Restorative Justice is the participation of victims and perpetrators, so that there is a guarantee that children or perpetrators will no longer disturb the harmony that has been created in society. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) What are the Main Principles of Fulfilling Conditional Sentences in Restorative Justice through the Existing Legal Basis in Indonesia (2) What are the Obstacles in Implementing Conditional Sentences as an Alternative to Restorative Justice from a legislative perspective. The method used is descriptive. The results of this research are that there are at least four main principles of restorative justice, each of which will be fulfilled as follows: The principle of providing space for perpetrators and victims to find solutions together; Principles Reaching an agreement to recover victims; Principles of Supervision of Agreement Implementation; Principle of involvement of the state and community in the implementation of recovery for defendants and victims. This obstacle will be discussed normatively or looking at the obstacle from the perspective of statutory regulations, which can be described as follows: The Public Prosecutor is Obligated to Submit Legal Remedies if the Judge Imposes a Conditional Sentence; Absence of Sentencing Guidelines for Judges (Disparity); Supervising Observer Judge Cannot Impose Sanctions; Very limited involvement of Bapas and/or community member

This research uses a grounded theory research design to collect qualitative data. This research design was chosen because grounded theory is a qualitative method that enables you to study a particular phenomenon or process and discover new theories that are based on the collection and analysis of real world data. The motifs of a region are one of them. In Bima culture, classic decorative motifs usually consist of geometric and floral types without the motif of living things other than plants. This research uses grounded theory to collect qualitative research data. The meaning of this Nggusu Waru motif consists of virtuous traits to become a leader. This Nggusu Waru form is also found in some architecture in important and iconic buildings in Bima to date and can be analyzed with aesthetic principles namely unity, balance, harmony and of point. Sarcastic Utterance Translation in Kesatria, Putri, Bintang Jatuh (Pragmatic Approach)
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to explore the translation of sarcastic utterances in a novel titled Kesatria, Putri, danBintangJatuh. In this research, the researcher analyzes the linguistic and cultural nuances involved in conveying the intended meaning and structure in the target language. The evaluation of translation quality revealed moderate accuracy, high acceptability, and excellent readability. The results suggest that the data from the source text is effectively conveyed to the target text, aligning with cultural norms and ensuring comprehensibility for the target audience. However, the negative impact of literal translation emphasizes the necessity of careful consideration in selecting appropriate techniques to preserve the nuances and effectiveness of eliciting a high-quality translation.
Development of Islamic Religious Education Course Modules Nuances of Religious Moderation
Get PDFThe background of this research problem is the development of an understanding of the teachings of Islamic radicalism on campus, while students are weak in understanding moderate Islamic teachings. In addition, the unavailability of Islamic religious education course modules that have anti-religious moderation nuances. The target to be achieved from the results of this research, students are free from the understanding of religious radicalism. This research is development research, using the 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) which is descriptive. At the define stage, curriculum and student analysis are carried out, the design stage is to make modules, at the develop stage evaluate the modules that have been made with validity questionnaires by material and language experts. Data analysis with percentage techniques and processed descriptively. Based on the validity results obtained from filling out the questionnaire by the validator, an average of 83.81% was obtained. The conclusion of this research is the production of a valid Islamic religious education lecture module with religious moderation nuances

Analysis and Review of I’TIBĀRĪYĀT from the Point of View of Jurists and Uṣūlīs
Get PDFThe different understanding of the jurists and Uṣūlīs about the existence of the credit and real concepts has caused them to confuse the two in many cases and extend the works and rulings of facts to I’TIBĀRĪYĀT. In this article, in order to solve this problem, which is caused by the differences in the views of jurists and Uṣūlīs, we will first get to know their views and their reasons, and then choose the correct basis. By examining the viewpoints of jurists and Uṣūlīs regarding I’TIBĀRĪYĀT and its rulings, we concluded that in this area there are two basic bases between jurists and Uṣūlīs. Some believe that the extension of the rulings of facts to validity is correct and some other believes in separating the rulings of facts from those of credibility, and each of them cites his own reasons for this. Finally, we concluded that the basis of those who believe in the separation of rulings of facts from those of credibility is correct, so we choose this theory by mentioning some reasons
