But, it has its very roots in the works of ancient Greek philosophers like Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. This journey did not stopped here, as various phenomenologists have also been contributing in this field and establishing the linkage between phenomenology and symbolic interactionism as well as its very relation to research. Researchers in the presented work have critically analyzed the contributions of prominent phenomenologists, i.e. from Hegel to Dreyfus and have applied relational analysis. Algebraic Spaces and Set Decompositions

Main focus is on the decomposition theory, especially algebraized decompositions of groups. Professor Boruvka in his excellent and well-known book [3] has developed the decomposition (partition) theory, where the fundamental role belongs to so called generating decompositions. Furthermore, the contribution is also devoted to hypergroups, to algebraic spaces called also quasi-automata or automata without outputs. An Analysis of Loan Repayment Plans According to the Bank Customer Profile
Get PDFIt has been demonstrated that there exists a general preference for improvement in loan repayment plans in the way that people prefer decreasing sequences of installments as tested by Hoelzl et al. (2011). Moreover, they also demonstrated that there exists a positive correlation between financial capability and financial literacy when it is given the possibility of having a gain by investing a part of the available money. In these cases, the most financial literate consumers showed a preference for increasing loan plans instead of decreasing ones. In this vein, independently of the level of the borrowers’ risk profile, we suggest that an ad hoc offer should be made to the customers taking into account these two characteristics by distinguishing three different levels for both personal traits: low, medium and high. Thus, we have analyzed the interest rate which makes both the decreasing and the increasing loan plans indifferent when considering that the option to invest part of the money in savings products is given. Moreover, the analysis has been carried out by considering that the loan repaid principal is variable either in arithmetic progression or in geometric progression. Thus, regarding the main repayment plans offered by banks we have analyzed which one fits better to the defined customer’s profile.

No full textIn this paper we emphasize the need for a multidisciplinary approach to support the urban and territorial research; it can contribute to the knowledge of the area and city with the aim of direct transformations and future development. Therefore, we need to acquire sophisticated tools and talk simpler language and insightful in order to respond to the social demand for local knowledge. We have to study a new paradigm to understand social phenomena; the old perspectives of urban sociology, but also planning and analysis of territorial systems, is today replaced by an integrated view in which we do not evaluate and not only analyze the more specific objects of the individual disciplines but a number of variables and components in synergy. Per una lettura interattiva del territorio e della città: spazi, relazioni, morfologia urbana, modelli culturali e forme di potere economico e politicoIn questo lavoro si sottolinea la necessità di un approccio multidisciplinare integrato in grado di supportare la ricerca in campo urbano e territoriale e che possa concorrere alla conoscenza del territorio e della città per orientarne trasformazioni e sviluppo futuro. No full textThis study aims to analyze the evolution of decision-making processes through the transformation of The Public Institution of Assistance and Charity (IPAB), in Public Corporations aimed to the Person (ASP). Public corporations of services oriented to the Person (ASP) are, in facts, an innovation. In the Public sector, ASPs are of big relevance, providing health care services to the society and taking a new and innovative governance model. This model wants to increase he awareness of ASP’s role in the public sector and generate awareness of the social effects, coupled with cost effectiveness and competitiveness. The public-law Corporations, which have got legal subject, administrative, property, accounting and financial autonomy, perform their activity with efficiency, efficacy and cost effectiveness, keeping the right balance between costs and profits. They are also able to save, anyway, not less than a third of incomings to realize various activities. These kind of companies are active at council and provincial level. This process is managed by the Region which endorses its Statutes, promotes the establishment of tools for the valuation of property assets and regulates the information and accounting system. DALLE IPAB ALLE ASP: L’EVOLUZIONE DEI PROCESSI DECISIONALILo studio intende analizzare l’evoluzione dei processi decisionali nella trasformazione delle Istituzioni Pubbliche di Assistenza e Beneficienza (IPAB) in Aziende Servizi alla Persona (ASP). Le Aziende pubbliche di servizi alla persona (ASP) rappresentano, infatti, un soggetto innovativo di grande rilevanza nell'ambito dei soggetti pubblici produttori ed erogatori di servizi socio-sanitari assumendo un nuovo modello di governance innovativo, diretto ad aumentare la consapevolezza del ruolo svolto e degli effetti prodotti in termini sociali, economici e competitivi. Aziende di diritto pubblico, dotate di personalità giuridica, di autonomia statutaria, gestionale, patrimoniale, contabile e finanziaria svolgono la propria attività secondo criteri di efficienza, efficacia ed economicità, nel rispetto del pareggio di bilancio da perseguirsi attraverso l’equilibrio fra costi e ricavi riservando, in ogni caso, non meno di un terzo delle entrate di parte corrente alla realizzazione delle attività statutarie e si caratterizzano come aziende al servizio dei comuni su base comunale o provinciale.
