Kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis diukur dari model pembelajaran WEE dengan pendekatan SAL
Inovasi model pembelajaran diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis. Salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran WEE dengan pendekatan SAL yang membuat peserta didik terlibat aktif dan terlatih untuk bisa memahami suatu konsep dan bernalar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis peserta didik. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi experimental design dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII diSMP Negeri 1 Semaka. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji Multivariate Analysis of varians dengan taraf signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh nilai ð‘ − ð‘£ð‘Žð‘™ð‘¢ð‘’ sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan terdapat terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan penalaran matematis secara simultan dan parsial
PENGEMBANGAN SIMULATOR PENGAJARAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA BERBANTUAN GEOMETER’S SKETCHPAD
This study aims to develop a math concept learning simulator with the help of a sketchpad geometer, so that the products resulting from this research can be utilized by teachers and students. Products developed using the ADDIE model development method and data collection techniques through filling out questionnaires and sheet validation. Sources of data that have been taken in this study are teacher responses, student responses, assessments from material experts and the media on the quality of the teaching simulator for teaching mathematical concepts with the help of the resulting sketchpad geometer. Based on the results of data collection and analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are 1) development of a simulator media for learning mathematical concepts assisted by a sketchpad geometer using the ADDIE method (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation), 2) a media simulator for learning mathematical concepts assisted by a sketchpad geometer is very feasible for use in the mathematics learning process, 3) the teacher's response to the use of the simulator media for teaching mathematical concepts assisted by positive geometric sketches, 4) the interest of students in the learning process using the simulator media for learning mathematical concepts assisted by geometric sketches is very high
Analisis Capaian Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Prodi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Universitas Negeri Semarang
The Department of Nonformal Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Semarang (PLS FIP UNNES) in 2022 is holding the MBKM program for Building Villages and Humanitarian Projects. The aim of the research is to analyze the learning outcomes of graduates, the learning achievements of recognition courses, the profiles of PLS FIP UNNES graduates through the MBKM program for Building Villages and Humanitarian Projects. The research design uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches with survey respondents to 39 MBKM students for Building Villages and Humanitarian Projects. Data were also obtained from 11 research subjects including various BKKBN program managers. Analysis using descriptive statistics and qualitative descriptive. The research results show that graduate learning achievement (CPL), course learning achievement (CPMK) with an average of at level 4 of the maximum level 5 achievement. The relevance of the MBKM program is very high in growing graduate competency outcomes. The high profile of graduates is also closely related to the competence of the workforce needed by various BKKBN programs.Keyword: learning outcome; MBKM; nonformal education
MENAVIGASI TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL MELALUI EFIKASI DAN KOMPETENSI DIRI PADA WOMENPRENEUR UMKM KADIN BANDUNG
Around 70% of MSMEs choose to expand their business online in an effort to avoid bankruptcy. However, between 85% and 95% of these MSMEs fail to adopt digital business models and ultimately face bankruptcy. The main requirement for digital transformation is to have an adaptive and optimistic attitude and work abilities that include aspects of knowledge, skills and work attitudes that are in accordance with expected standards. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 21 Womanpreneurs assisted by the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the food and beverage sector. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the IBM SPSS version 26.0 analysis tool. The research results show that self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the digital transformation variable, while self-competence has a significant influence. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination test shows 53.3% of the variation that occurs in the dependent variable. The findings show that self-competence, especially in financial management and innovation, has a greater influence than self-efficacy in the success of digital transformation. Even though Womanpreneurs are confident in running a business, a lack of skills in managing finances can be an obstacle in the digital transformation process
Analisis Pengaruh Kemiskinan Terhadap Pendidikan Di Kota Bandung
Poverty in Indonesia is currently increasing and is becoming an obstacle to edicational development. The aim of this research is to find out what factors cause proverty in Indonesia and how much influence poverty has on the world of education. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting interviews and observation of joulnals, as wel as surveys of several students in Indonesia. The result of this research found that poverty occurs because people have low education, the high cost of getting an education, the low level of educatin needed to get a job, and a lack of personal skills. This creates problems of poverty and hinders the development of education, especially in the city of Bandung, especially for people who find it difficult to get an education due to low economic backgrounds and children dropping out of school, as well as material for consideration by the goverment in creating poverty reduction programs to overcome and develop education
Pengembangan E-Book Materi Jual Beli dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Suku Dayak Kalimantan Tengah untuk Mengatasi Cognitive Load
Overcoming cognitive load is very necessary so that the learning material delivered by teachers can be constructed by students, so that students gain meaningful knowledge and experience. Thus, learning mathematics using a Realistic Mathematics Education approach based on the local wisdom of the Dayak Tribe is important to apply to overcome the cognitive load of students in Central Kalimantan. The objectives of this research are 1) To find out whether e-book buying and selling material using a Realistic Mathematics Education approach based on local Dayak wisdom can meet the criteria for being suitable for use; 2) To find out whether e-book buying and selling material using a Realistic Mathematics Education approach based on local Dayak wisdom can overcome the cognitive load of students in Central Kalimantan. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with a 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan. The development steps are definition, design, development and dissemination. The data collection technique is a Likert Scale to determine whether the product being developed meets feasibility. The research results show that 1) e-book buying and selling material using a Realistic Mathematics Education approach based on local Dayak wisdom meets the appropriate criteria; 2) e-book buying and selling material with a Realistic Mathematics Education approach based on local Dayak wisdom can overcome the cognitive load of students in Central Kalimanta
Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Matematis Ditinjau dari Adversity Quotient
This study is motivated by the very low students' mathematical creative thinking ability in class VIII Junior High School 13 Magelang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Think Pair Share and Student Team Achievement Division learning models on students' mathematical creative thinking ability in terms of adversity quotient. This study used quantitative research with a posttest-only control design research design. There were two classes as samples in this study, namely the experimental class of 25 students and the control class of 26 students. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling technique. The research instruments used in this study consisted of interview guidelines, observation sheets, tests of mathematical creative thinking skills, and adversity quotient questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was a two-way anava test with unequal cells and a Scheffe follow-up test. Before the two-way anava test was carried out, a prerequisite test was first carried out, namely the normality test using the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test using the Bartlett test. The results of the hypothesis test in this study found that (1) the mathematical creative thinking ability of students who obtained the think pair share learning model was better than students who obtained the student team achievement division learning model; (2) there is no difference between students' mathematical creative thinking ability and climber, camper, and quitter type adversity quotient; and (3) there is no interaction between the learning model and adversity quotient on students' mathematical creative thinking ability.  Therefore, the Think Pair Share learning model can be an alternative learning to improve students' creative thinking skills
Dampak Ekspor Barang Manufaktur, Inflasi, dan Biaya Penggunaan Kekayaan Intelektual terhadap Nilai Tambah Manufaktur di Indonesia
This study aims to explore the dynamics of manufacturing value added in Indonesia from 2004 to 2022. This research used a multiple linear regression analysis model of time series. The data was sourced from the World Bank and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. The testing steps involved classical assumption tests and statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of exports, inflation, and intellectual property usage costs show a significant effect on manufacturing value added in Indonesia. Partially, it shows that the export variable and the cost of using intellectual property have a positive and significant effect on manufacturing value added in Indonesia, while the inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on manufacturing value added in Indonesia. The implication of these findings is the importance of policies that support increasing exports, such as providing incentives for producers to access international markets, then implementing monetary policy to stabilize inflation to reduce its negative impact on production costs, and strengthening intellectual property protection to improve the performance of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia dari tahun 2004 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Data time series yang bersumber dari World Bank dan United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Langkah-langkah pengujian melibatkan uji asumsi klasik, dan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel ekspor, inflasi dan biaya penggunaan kekayaan intelektual menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekspor dan biaya penggunaan kekayaan intelektual memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia, sedangkan variabel inflasi memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan ekspor seperti memberikan insentif bagi produsen untuk mengakses pasar internasional, kemudian menerapkan kebijakan moneter untuk menstabilkan inflasi sehingga mengurangi dampak negatifnya terhadap biaya produksi, dan penguatan perlindungan kekayaan intelektual untuk meningkatkan kinerja sektor manufaktur di Indonesia
Enhancing Maintenance Efficiency Through K-Means Clustering at PT Semen Indonesia
PT Semen Indonesia, an industrial company based in Gresik, East Java, is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and managing maintenance costs effectively. By analyzing patterns in maintenance frequency, total costs, and maintenance duration across their various plants, the company can identify work units that require more intensive attention or that can be optimized for greater efficiency. To achieve this, PT Semen Indonesia employs K-Means clustering analysis to gain deeper insights into the maintenance data, identifying patterns that can help improve operational efficiency and develop more targeted maintenance strategies based on the identified clusters. The clustering of planner groups is carried out using variables such as the number of maintenance activities, total costs, and duration of maintenance tasks. As a result of the K-Means clustering, the planner groups have been divided into two clusters: Cluster 1, which consists of planner groups that perform more efficiently, and Cluster 2, which includes those with less efficient performance. Based on these clustering results, PT Semen Indonesia should conduct further evaluation or review of the planner groups in Cluster 2
ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR REFLEKTIF PESERTA DIDIK DITINJAU DARI SELF REGULATED LEARNING
The purpose of this study is to describe the reflective thinking skills of students in terms of Self Regulated Learning. The data collection techniques used were reflective thinking skills tests, Self Regulated Learning questionnaires, and unstructured interviews. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself with other instruments in the form of reflective thinking skills test questions and Self Regulated Learning questionnaires. The data sources of this study are S-26 subjects who have high Self Regulated Learning, S-16 subjects who have medium Self Regulated Learning and S-4 subjects who have low Self Regulated Learning. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the reflective thinking skills of S-26, S-16 and S-4 subjects were able to write down what was known and asked, able to explain the known relationship with the asked and explain the methods used and able to relate and associate problems that had been faced with the problems asked. S-26 is able to determine the purpose of the problem and is able to detect the truth in determining the answer so as to get the right answer results. S-16 is able to determine the purpose of the problem, able to detect the truth in determining the answer but has not been able to detect errors in the number of books on the first shelf so that the answer results are not correct. While S-4 is able to determine the purpose of the problem but has not been able to detect errors and correctness in determining the answer so that the answer results are not right
