Building Structure Reinforcement Design and Construction Technology Application Method
As the era of civil engineering gradually comes to an end, the housing reinforcement industry began to develop at a high speed. A Method for Planning the Transportation Route of Fresh Agricultural Products Based on Ant Colony Algorithm
The current fresh agricultural product transportation route planning matrix is generally set in a single form, resulting in low path planning efficiency and increased path transportation time. Therefore, the design and analysis of a fresh agricultural product transportation route planning method based on the ant colony algorithm is proposed in this paper. The optimal path problem and planning nodes are described based on actual planning needs and standards. A multi-objective form is adopted to improve path planning efficiency, and a multi-objective optimal planning matrix and ant colony calculation line planning model are designed. Based on this, path planning processing is implemented using time and space route correction. The test results show that compared to the traditional CiteSpace fresh agricultural product transportation route planning test group and the traditional improved genetic algorithm fresh agricultural product transportation route planning test group, a better control of the path transportation time within 150 minutes is achieved by the ant colony algorithm fresh agricultural product transportation route planning test group designed this time. This indicates that the designed transportation route is considered the optimal route. Furthermore, after research, it was found that the arrival times of the six selected delivery points were all before the expected earliest arrival time, suggesting that this planning method has greater effectiveness and practical application value

Sustainable Urban Living Environment Through Prefabricated Buildings

Research on Traffic Optimization of Urban Four-Phase Intersections Based on VISSIM
In order to effectively solve the congestion problem of mixed intersections, improve traffic efficiency, and improve the current congestion situation of urban road network, this paper takes the mixed traffic flow intersection of Shanghai Road and Guyan Street in Yuanzhou District of Guyuan City as an example to carry out optimization research, collect traffic flow and signal timing data during peak hours through field investigation, and establish a microscopic road model by using VISSIM software. Through simulation, the indexes such as vehicle delay and queue length are obtained. Then the lane function of the model is divided, the signal timing is optimized by Webster algorithm and Fuzzy algorithm, and the comparison analysis is carried out. The simulation results show that the vehicle delay and queue length after Fuzzy optimization are greatly reduced, and the traffic running condition is significantly improved, thus verifying the scientificity and rationality of the optimization scheme

Comparative Study on Electrochemical Corrosion and Natural Corrosion of Reinforced Concrete Components
Based on the study of the corrosion characteristics of reinforced concrete members under electrochemical corrosion and natural corrosion, such as the corrosion principle, product formation, morphology and microstructure of steel corrosion pits, the differences and similarities of the basic mechanical properties of steel bars and the mechanical properties of concrete members under two corrosion states are analyzed, and the applicability of accelerated corrosion of steel bars in concrete is discussed. In the study of the mechanical properties of corroded steel bars, the non-uniform electrochemical corrosion can be used to replace the natural corrosion. When the research object needs to consider the corrosion expansion force and the corrosion current density model, the difference between the two cannot be ignored
The Impact of Path Dependency on Planning Systems - the Case of India
There is relatively little research on path dependency, planning culture and the impact of institutions on the planning systems of India and other countries, as well as on the opportunities and obstacles for India to transfer planning practices internationally. For India, the concepts and theories of path dependency, planning culture, and the role of institutions are equally important for understanding its planning system. India's existing infrastructure planning and services have struggled to meet its rapid urbanisation, as Mathews et al.(2018) claim that there are several issues hinder urban land planning and service, including the limited use of mapping technology such as GIS, municipal government lack of fundings and advanced technical devices, and land market distortions. Thus, the fundamental reasons for these major problems of urban planning are closely linked to path dependency, planning culture and the role of institutions in India. India's international transfer of planning practice has tended to be dominated by imports, mainly from Britain during the colonial period. Conversely the output side has certain limitations, mainly due to its rapid urbanisation, while the planning of infrastructure has failed to meet the demands of rapid urbanisation.This essay will critically discuss the role of concepts and theories that important to the Indian planning system
