Financial Trends and Related Problems of Four Cities in Tokushima Prefecture
Get PDFFour cities in Tokushima Prefecture: Tokusima-shi, Naruto-shi, Komatsujima-shi, and Anan-shi, have different economic bases and urban traits. Their financial abilities are also different, so it is natural that their financial policies differ. These four cities, however, have common problems, such as extremely inflexible financial structures and extremely narrow financial margins. The common factor of their financial rigidness is the excessive expenditure for social services. Particularly, the staff increase for the expansion of nursery administration seems to have caused grave financial problems. It is also feared that this financial deterioration might impede the plan to prepare for the new urban infrastructure, etc. A great task imposed on the four citise, from now on, will be the reformation of regional administration under local sovereignty and the establishment of financial systems for actualizing the ctiy for citizens.7KJ00000202940地域研究BUSSINESS COMMUNITY STUDYjournal articl
