心臓病を合併した多発性筋炎の女性 心停止の恐怖における語りの分析とCK値との検討
Get PDF心臓病を合併した多発性筋炎の女性において、心停止の恐怖における語りの分析とCK値との関連について検討した。心臓病を合併した多発性筋炎の40歳代前半女を対象とし、2週間毎に半構造化面接を計20回行った。面接前後での血性CK値は明らかに改善した。語る毎に精神的に安定し、発病から2年目でCK値が正常になった。仮定法化のstoryとなり、CK値は正常となった。しかし、語りは、内服による影響の変化も考えられるが、storyの流れと統合していた。また、CK値と語りの変化の相関関係は有意であり、自己の変化対人関係の変化などが統合的主題と関連影響があった。departmental bulletin pape
