The Effectiveness Of Self Help Group Therapy To Type 2 Diabetic Women With Comorbid Depression
The International Diabetes Federation report indicates that the prevalence of diabetes has reached epidemic levels globally. Comorbid depression often occurs with diabetes, although often not recognized and did not get therapy. The prevalence of depression in women with diabetes is higher than men. Ironically, treatment of depression seems less attention. The self help group therapy is expected to be one form of diabetes management more holistically. This study aim is to identify the effectiveness of group of self help therapy to type 2 diabetic women with comorbid depression. This research is a quasi-experimental study with untreated control group design with pre-test and post- test study. Research subjects were women with type 2 diabetes in public health center Yogyakarta, Indonesia; Aged over 18 who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria totaling 65 people. The results of this study showed the prevalence of depression in this study is 64,7%. Statistical analysis of the influence of self help group therapy between treatment and control groups showed there were significant differences in changes in Becks Depression Inventory score (p=0.001), and the changes in fasting blood glucose (p=0.002). While the changes in cholesterol levels found no significant difference (p=0.207). Contingency table analysis showed the influence of self help group therapy with improvement of depression with a value of relative risk = 2.08 in the determination of cut-off value of Beck Depression Inventory depression scores < 10 (p=0.003). The results from multivariate analysis showed that variable influences in changing depression scores is self help group therapy (p=0.008). Self help group therapy improves depression and reducing fasting blood glucose levels of type 2 diabetic woman with comorbid depression. Self help group therapy reduces depression 2-fold.
Related Mother‟s Knowledge Of Measles Adverse Events Following Immunization With Anxiety‟s Mother After Immunization In Sangkrah Health Center Surakarta
Knowledge of mothers about immunization and adverse effects is needed in the implementation of immunization, especially the persistence of the 12 cases of measles were there at the Sangkrah health center that requires awareness of mothers to immunize their children. Mother had also got to know the side effects after implementation of measles immunization, known as Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI), most children suffering from fever after receiving measles immunization and mothers often tense, anxious and worried. Determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge of post-event follow-up measles immunization with maternal anxiety post- immunization. The study design using this type of observational analytic and cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling where the sample is mothers immunize their children at the Sangkrah health center totaled 67 respondents. A total of 53.7% of respondents have more than average knowledge so quite well, and as much as 55% of respondents have a score below average so do not experience anxiety, Pearson correlation analysis produces rho value of 0.4393 with p-value < (0.000 <0.05), with the direction of the negative correlation. There is a relationship between mother‘s knowledge of measles adverse events following immunization with anxiety‘s mother after immunization in Sangkrah health center Surakarta.
Relationship Between Premarital Sexual Behaviour And Age Of Marriage Among Female Teenagers In Playen District, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta
Age of (first) marriage relates to several reproductive health and socio-economic problems. Indonesian government also has a policy related to human reproduction behavior which is stated in Act No. 10 of 1992 about population growth and prosperous family development. Based on the results of preliminary studies at Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) or the Office of Religious Affairs in Playen district, Gunung Kidul, there are 78 couples of teenagers who got married in January-March 2015. This study is aimed to discover the correlation between the premarital sexual behaviors to age of marriage among the female teenager in Playen district, Gunung Kidul. This study employed a descriptive correlation survey method with cross sectional approach. Forty four (44) female teenagers who married in 2015 were selected using quota sampling design from May to July 2015 at Playen district, Gunung Kidul. Respondents obtained a yes-no-questionnaire consisted of 15 questions related to the premarital sex behaviors (good, common, and less) and answered their maternal age. The results counted more than 50% of the observed sampling population at Playen district, Gunung Kidul married before reached 20 years old. We revealed the majority of the observed female teenagers at Playen district, Gunung Kidul has common premarital sex behaviors, and 7 teenagers have good premarital sex behaviors. In this sampled population, we acknowledged 15.9% of teenager females have less premarital sex behaviors which shown high intensity to be exposed to sexual experience before married. Performed by chi-square test we revealed that there was a moderate positive correlation between premarital sex behavior and the maternal age (p value < 0.01). This significant value shows a less possibility of female teenagers to get married early related to not having sexual experience before married. The result suggested an important of parents‘ role to control their children to not expose to sexual experience before married to prevent early marriage phenomenon. It is expected to support the minimum marriage age which had been regulated in the Marriage Act of 1974.
Self-compacting Eco Concrete: Innovation of Fly Ash and Marble Waste as Environtmentally Friendly and High Quality Concrete Materials
The development of construction in Indonesia is increasing every year, the data shows that Indonesia is the largest market of construction services in ASEAN with value of 267 billion US dollars (Kompas.com 2015). This leads to the increasing need of construction materials such as concrete. With this condition, it will harm the environment because the concrete mix materials are found in nature such as cement and sand. From the problem, the researchers innovate concrete material from fly ash and marble waste with Self Compacting Concrete method. The purpose of this innovation was to produce high quality, economical and environmentally friendly concrete with Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) method. The researchers conducted V-funnel test, L.Box test, Slump Flow test and compressive strength of concrete. From the data obtained, V-funnel test on concrete was able to flow in 4 sec, L.Box had a concrete surface comparison of 1 cm, Slump Flow test had diameter of 85 cm on concrete with FC quality number 1, and the result of compressive strength of concrete was 34-45 Mpa with a preliminary design of 35 Mpa, but this result was obtained at the age of 7 days and it would get stronger at the age requirement of 28 days. The price of concrete in the market was currently IDR 1,100,000-/m3, while the SCC concrete with additional material of fly ash and marble waste was obtained the price of IDR 792,156,-/m3. So, it could save the time of 21 days and save the cost of IDR 307,800,-. Fly ash served as a replacement of cement by 30%, while marble was the replacement of aggregate to obtain maximum quality of concrete so that the concrete had called environmentally friendly. By this innovation, it can be obtained timesaving, low cost estimation, high compressive strength and environmentally friendly concrete.

It concerns phenomena surrounding the interaction between children and computational and communication technologies. Presently, there is a shortfall of empirical studies for establishing a solid design framework for children educational products. This study aims to be an initial step for future empirical research to establish a framework for the design of educational products for children. The study examined the use of computational and interactive technologies in primary and lower secondary levels in Thai schools. In-depth interview was carried out with six teachers from four schools. The results substantiated that the use of technologies had benefits on the students at all levels. Several computational and interactive technologies were found to be used in the education, and mobile devices were the primary source that the students used to access electronic information outside the classroom. Using interactive technologies helped promoting in-class motivation, and helps reducing barrier between teachers and students. Peer-assisting behavior was prevalent among the students. Several obstacles have been addressed by the informants. Some of them were caused by students‘ behaviors. Some were related to hardware, infrastructure, and classroom layout. Some of the problems were related to language incompetence.
Oxytocin Massage as an Alternative in Increasing Prolactin Hormone Level and Lactation Process on Post-sectio Caesarrea Women (Case Study in Semarang City Hospital)
Exclusive breastfeeding is one way to decrease the IMR (infant mortality). Nevertheless, among post sectio-cesarean women, the main focus is on their recovery, so that breast feeding process is hampered. Breastfeeding requires hormone prolactin and oxytocin, which can be stimulated by breast care and oxytocin massage. This research aims to confirm the influence of oxytocin massage in increasing prolactin hormone levels and breastmilk production among post Sectio-caesarean women in the Semarang hospital. This research used quasi-experiment one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 20 people. Prolactin hormone test with blood samples and baby‘s weight on the first and fourth post Sectio Caesarea Massage was measure during ten minutes in the morning and afternoon for three days. The paired t-test result show that there was a significant difference of prolactin hormon before and after oxytocin massage with t-score = 3,5129 > t table = 2,093. Likewise, the baby weight before and after massage also showed an increased with t-score = 3,271> t table = 2,093. The results indicates, oxytocin massage can be applied to increase prolactine hormone levels and breastfeeding production for post sectio caesarea women (baby weight).

Study on Stunting Prevention Program in Indonesia: A Literature Review
Stunting is a malnutrition condition that caused by long-term insufficient nutrient intake. Globally in 2012, amongst children under five years, 162 million were stunted. In Indonesia, stunting become a national health issue with 37,2% occurrence which more than 50% happens in East Nusa Tenggara. As a major risk factor of having poor physical development and poor cognitive development to baby, stunting become one of the main focus of United Nation‘s Sustainable Development Goals. The goal focus is to end all form of malnutrition and to achieve internationally agreed targets on stunting in children under 5 years of age. Objective of this paper is to conduct study on document of stunting prevention related program. The method used in this paper is literature review. Research in Sumatra shows that stunting is affected by birth weight, energy intake, protein intake, mother‘s education, place and family economic status. Other studies in Bali, West Java and East Nusa Tenggara shows low birth weight, poor sanitation, paternal smoking, low level of maternal and paternal education, low income, and mother‘s height less than 150 cm affected stunting on 0-23 months old children. In Indonesia, health program for stunting prevention focused in 1000 days of childhood which consist of 270 days of pregnancy and the next 730 days after birth. The program is focused on a specific nutrition intervention on pregnant women and post- partum mothers. However, a more comprehensive study shows that stunting prevention should target pre-conception adolescent girls with undernourished and anemic condition. There is a need for improving the program for stunting prevention in Indonesia with a focus on adolescent girl nutrition.
