    Media sosial menjadi salah satu teknologi yang banyak dicoba oleh para remaja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan interaksi sosialnya. Media sosial merupakan sebutan yang kerap digunakan untuk merujuk pada wujud media baru yang mengaitkan interaktif partisipasi. Konten media sosial yang sering diakses antara lain Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google, Twitter dan Tiktok. Kesehatan mental ialah keadaan kesejahteraan di mana individu menyadari kemampuannya, dapat mengatasi tekanan kehidupan dengan normal, dapat bekerja secara produktif serta mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan  penggunaan teknologi media sosial terhadap gangguan mental emosional remaja di SMAN 1 Kabila. Jenis penelitian survei  analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 11 dan 12 SMAN 1 Kabila, yang berjumlah 906 siswa dan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 277 sampel. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis metode Probability Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistic Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian penggunaan media sosial (p-value=0,001), ada hubungan secara signifikan terhadap gangguan mental emosional. Remaja disarankan untuk membatasi waktu bermain media sosial, lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu dengan teman dan keluarga, bisa seimbang antara bermain media sosial dengan keperluan lain dan jangan ragu untuk mendapatkan bantuan profesional kesehatan mental, seperti psikolog atau konselor, jika merasa cemas, stress, dan kesulitan menjaga kesehatan mental

    Pada artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti trend dalam publikasi Islamic Capital Ventura (IVC) dengan analisi Bibliometric. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada artikel ini adalah literatur review dengan pendekatan Analsisi Bibliometric dengan software R Sudio. Dalam kajian ini ada enam sub tema yang di uraikan; Trend jumlah publikasi, Trend Jumlah Kutipan, Trend Negara, Trend Publikasi Jurnal, Trend Kolaborasi Penelitian, Afiliasi Peneliti dan Trend topik riset dimasa depan. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan: i) Ada 4,73% makalah yang diterbitkan rata-rata setiap tahun; ii) Jumlah citasi dari 1994- 2024 pada kisaran 7,154 rata rata kutipan per dokumen iii) Malaysia dan Indonesia adalah dua negara yang telah melakukan penelitian paling banyak tentang IVC; dan iv) Trend publikasi jurnal dengan topik IVC di dominasi oleh Journal of King Abdull Aziz University, Islamic Economics , Journal Of Islamic Accounting And Bussines Reseach dan International Journal Of Islamic and Midddle Eastern Finance and Mangement; v) Dalam hal kolaborasi penelitian antar negara, didominasi oleh negara Malaysia dan Indonesia hal ini sejalan juga dengan trend afiliasi penulis didominasi Universitas dari kedua negara tersebut. Dalam hal trend topik penelitian terkait IVC nampaknya belum terlalu banyak topik yang di eksplorasi, dan dari analisis data ada hanya di temukan beberapa kata kunci untuk topik potensial dimasa depan seperti ; conflicts of interest, Market frictions, Optimal contract, dan Sukuk Murabaha. Dan ini menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang kedepannya dalam mengeksploarasi banyak banyak topik terkait IVC yang belum banyak di bahas

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan produktivitas di sektor ekonomi kreatif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Studi dilakukan pada beberapa subsektor, seperti media digital, desain grafis, dan industri musik, untuk memahami dinamika unik yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan produktivitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk memilih partisipan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan fleksibel memiliki dampak signifikan pada kesejahteraan emosional karyawan. Kolaborasi yang baik meningkatkan inovasi dan produktivitas tim, sedangkan fleksibilitas kerja memberikan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Namun, tantangan juga ditemukan dalam implementasi budaya kerja. Kurangnya penghargaan formal terhadap kontribusi individu dan batasan yang kabur antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi sering kali menjadi sumber stres. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif, penghargaan yang adil, dan kebijakan kerja yang terstruktur untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya kerja yang inklusif dan mendukung dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan sekaligus mendorong produktivitas dan inovasi di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan kepada organisasi untuk merancang kebijakan kerja yang holistik, dengan fokus pada kesejahteraan karyawan dan pengembangan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan.     Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) dalam pencatatan di Puskesmas wilayah Kota Palu bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan SIMPUS dalam mendukung pencatatan data layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data dari petugas puskesmas, serta melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja sistem yang diimplementasikan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa SIMPUS telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mempercepat proses pencatatan, mempermudah pengelolaan data, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keandalan informasi. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan pelatihan bagi petugas dan masalah teknis yang menghambat kelancaran operasional sistem. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan, serta pemeliharaan sistem guna memperkuat keberhasilan implementasi SIMPUS di puskesmas wilayah Kota Palu

    Bullying merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan mental remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan peran teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) di Poso Kota. Studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa/siswi kelas VII (tujuh) dan VIII (delapan) yang bersekolah di Poso Kota. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 83 siswa kelas VII dan VIII dari empat SMP di Poso Kota yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja SMP di Poso Kota. Angka pearson korelasi bernilai negatif yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi nilai dukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah perilaku bullying yang terjadi pada remaja. Selanjutnya, diketahui bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara peran teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja SMP di Poso Kota.     This research aims to examine the planning of the blended learning model in Qur'an Hadith education for students at MTs DDI Amparita and to assess its implentation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at MTs DDI Amparita in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using an interactive qualitative method, involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing after verification. The findings indicate the implementation of the blended learning model in Qur'an Hadith education for students at MTs DDI Amparita. The implementation involves preparing learning tools suitable for blended learning, setting up specific media for online learning, and ensuring student engagement and comprehension through interactive questioning during material delivery. The effectiveness of using the blended learning model in Qur'an Hadith education at MTs DDI Amparita is significant. From the perspective of teacher competency in online learning, the process is running quite well as teachers have developed the ability to manage online learning through various online platforms. The implications of implementing blended learning include providing teachers with opportunities to collaborate with their peers and engage in online professional development. They can share experiences, teaching methods, and learning resources, and support each other in facing challenges and finding solutions in online learning. This model enables teachers to continuously develop their skills and knowledge through available online training and learning resources

    This research aims to find out how the recitation method is used to increase learning intensity and student learning outcomes in the Moral Creed subject in Class VII MTs S. Hasan Yamani. The method used in this research is classroom action research or known as classroom action research. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The instruments used in this research are observation guidelines and assessment of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, this research uses a descriptive analysis method using a list of students' cognitive values. The results of this research explain that the recitation method is able to increase the intensity of student learning seen from the enthusiasm, motivation, activeness of students in the learning process, and improve student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. This can be illustrated from the results of the grades achieved by students which can be seen from The increase before the research (pre-cycle) was with an average class score of 63.84, while in the first cycle the class average score was 81.08 and in the second cycle the class average increased to 86.96 with a success percentage reaching 100% above the KKM. 70. After the implementation of cycle I and cycle II, it can be seen that with the use of the Recitation Method, the intensity and results of student learning in the Aqidah AKHlak subject have increased compared to before the implementation of the Recitation method, because by using and utilizing this Recitation Method, each student can pay more attention and be active in learning process and fostering a competitive spirit in learning. The implication of this research is that increasing learning outcomes through the Recitation Method can be used as an alternative teaching and learning activity by teachers and Madrasahs in order to increase the intensity and learning outcomes of students at MTs S. Hasan Yamani in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak

    Reconstruction of Educational Qualifications for Members of the House of Representatives and DPRD in the Election Law

    This study aims to discuss in depth the juridical study and the role of members of the House of Representatives in a democratic country, as well as comprehensively discuss the urgency of reconstructing the law on the educational qualifications of members of the House of Representatives in election law. The type of research is normative juridical with a descriptive-analytical approach, discussing existing legal symptoms and problems and testing them based on laws regulations, and legal norms. The results of this study show that the legislative institution has a strategic position because it plays a role in carrying out the functions of legislation, budgeting, and supervision, as stipulated in Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945. The requirements to become a legislative member are regulated in Article 240 Paragraph (1) of Law Number: 7 of 2017 concerning Elections, namely: being over 21 years old, fearing God Almighty, being loyal to Pancasilan and the 1945 Constitution, and having at least a high school, madrasah aliyah, vocational high school, or other equivalent school. The urgency of reconstructing the law on the educational competence of legislative members in Law Number: 7 of 2017 concerning Elections, namely the provisions of Article 240 to improve the educational qualifications of legislative members. Higher educational qualifications can affect the ability to make decisions, absorb aspirations, increase public credibility and trust, and adapt to the needs of the time

    Toilet training is an effort to train children to develop the habit of controlling urination and defecation activities in the right and regular place. In addition, toilet training also teaches children to clean up their own waste and put their pants back on independently without the help of others. A child's readiness for toilet training can be influenced by parental motivation, the child's physical, psychological, and intellectual readiness. The purpose of this study is to understand the parents' knowledge overview of the implementation of toilet training for children aged 4-5 years at Arifah Kindergarten, Lassang Barat Village, North Polombangkeng District, Takalar Regency. The research method used is descriptive observational with a survey method. The research was conducted using a questionnaire along with a respondent consent form. The results of the study conducted on 30 parents as respondents at Arifah Kindergarten, Lassang Barat Village, North Polombangkeng District, Takalar Regency, showed that most respondents had good knowledge about the implementation of toilet training for children aged 4-5 years, amounting to 66.7%. Meanwhile, 23.3% had sufficient knowledge, and 10% had less knowledge about the implementation of toilet training for children aged 4-5 years.     Bioeffects of EM Radiation on Human Skin Health: A Theoretical SAR Analysis

    Introduction: In this modern era, electromagnetic waves are playing a crucial role in our lives. An electric field is generated around the source of electromagnetic waves like mobile phone transmission towers, radio towers, TV towers, etc., which affects human beings living around them. The sources are increasing as we are regularly using devices that emit EM waves.  Methods: to study the effects of non-ionizing EM radiation on the skin of human being, the electric field around the transmiison tower is calculated. When this external electric field incident on the body of human being, it penetrates inside the skin of human being. The penetrated electric field is calculated at different depth inside the skin. With the help of this penetrated electric field, the specif ic absorption rate inside the skin is also calculated for various height of transmission tower. The impact of non-ionizing EM radiation on the skin is predominantly associated with thermal effects. The extent of these effects depends on the intensity, duration, and proximity of the exposure. Results: In this manuscript, the specific absorption rate (SAR) is calculated inside the skin at the variable depth of the epidermis layer of human beings. The transmission towers of EM waves are taken at different heights. It is observed that the tower that has the minimum height produces more electric field inside the skin as compared to the longer-height tower. Conclusion: The amount of energy absorption by the tissues of the skin is higher for the transmission tower of 50 m height. The energy absorption by the tissues may become harmful for the health of the skin
