Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peraturan hukum dana abadi produktif untuk memperkuat sistem ekonomi syariah di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dana abadi yang produktif memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, namun pengelolaannya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan regulasi dan implementasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik analitis deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi efektivitas wakaf produktivitas, implementasi lokalnya, dan apa efektivitas instrumen wakaf produktif dalam meningkatkan perekonomian syariah khususnya di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Saat ini sedang kami proses regulasi hukum terkait faktor penghambatnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola WAQF dan pakar hukum Islam serta didukung dengan analisis dokumentasi hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun dana abadi produktif sudah mempunyai landasan hukum, namun penerapannya masih kurang optimal karena kurangnya regulasi teknis dan kesadaran masyarakat. Faktor pendukung seperti dukungan dari pemerintah dan lembaga WAQF sangat membantu, namun beberapa kendala utama masih perlu diatasi, seperti minimnya pengawasan dan terbatasnya sumber daya. Kajian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan regulasi dan peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan wakaf produktif untuk mewujudkan tujuan kesejahteraan ekonomi berkelanjutan berdasarkan syariah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mengelola dana wakaf produkti
Cultural Factors Influencing the Incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in Pregnant Women in the Langke Majok Health Center Work Area
ntroduction: Nutrition of pregnant women is one of the focuses of attention in improving community nutrition because it has a significant impact on the condition of the fetus. Mothers with risk KEK can have a negative impact on him itself such as anemia, bleeding, the mother's weight is not increase in a way normal and caught disease infection. KEK on Mother pregnant can cause miscarriage, baby born dead, dead in content and disabled carry-on. Case KEK Which happen in Manggarai Regency is caused by many factors, one of which is is the eating culture of pregnant women influenced by culture area local. The research results show that pregnant women's eating practices are carried out because of beliefs and habits in the family. Biological parents encourage mothers to abstain from eating because of the habits and beliefs in the family. Food taboo habits in the family are divided into two, namely food taboos that are carried out because of the habits of the biological family and habits that follow the husband's family after marriage. The husband's parents were also found to be a driving force for the mother to abstain from eating. Community health centers need to provide education regarding dietary restrictions not only to pregnant women but also to families and the community so that the nutritional needs of pregnant women are met.
Objective: Study This aiming for describe factor culture that influences the occurrence of KEK in pregnant women in the work area of Langke Majok Health Center, including the eating practices of pregnant women, the role of parents and the eating culture of pregnant women.
Method: This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic research design. The informants consist of informants The key is eight pregnant women with KEK and eight supporting informants, with the instrument used being an interview guideline conducted by means of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is based on the approach taken by Miles and Huberman by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
Results: Research results shows that mothers' eating practices pregnant done because of beliefs and customs which exists in the family which requires the mother to follow the habit. This is supported by the role of biological parents who require the mother to do food taboos because of the habits and beliefs in the family. In addition to following the habits of biological parents. Food taboos carried out by pregnant women because of the role husband's parents as giver information, because after Marry a wife must follow customs and beliefs who is in the family husband. Culture abstinence Eat Which There is in area local directly not require Mother pregnant for do food taboos, but the belief in the tradition of food taboos that exist in the biological family that is carried out by the mother during her life. In addition, in the tradition of Manggarai culture, when married, the wife follows the customs of the husband's family as a form of respect for her husband, marked by the wife living with her husband's parents.
Conclusion: Eating practices are carried out because of beliefs and customs in the family. The role of parents in eating taboos as a provider of information on eating taboos to pregnant women, the culture of fasting at night in the local area does not require pregnant women to carry out eating taboos except to follow the beliefs and traditions that exist in the family
Analysis of Occupational Safety and Health at Oil Plus Filling Station Installations: Literature Review
Background: Public Fuel Filling Station Installation which is an installation for distributing fuel oil into motor vehicle fuel tanks, with a significant risk of danger. The number of work accidents that occur at fuel filling stations continues to increase from 2018-2020. Program Safety and health need to be pursued to protect workers from the possibility of accidents and work-related diseases.
Objective: This research aims to determine potential dangers and prevent accidents and occupational diseases among fuel station workers.
Method: This research uses the "PRISMA" literature review method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Guidances and The data source for this research comes from literature search results on the internet from databases from Science Direct and ResearchGate. Using keywords “Occupational health and safety for fuel filling installation workers” “Occupational health and safety for Hydrogen and Gas Refuelling Station” “Occupational health and safety for Electrical Vehicle” published in the last five years, from 2019 to 2024, which are indexed Q1, Q2 and Q3.
Results: As many 5,657 journals were found, but 10 journals were selected that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Potential dangers that threaten fuel station workers include: physical factors namely physical fatigue and noise and hearing problems. Chemical factors namely toxic gasses, dangerous liquids and BTEX gas (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, o-xylene, dan m-xylene). Physiological factors, psychological fatigue and quality of work life. Safety climate as an effort to prevent accidents and work-related illnesses by implementing management safety priority and ability, management safety empowerment and management safety justice.
Conclusion: Potential dangers that threaten fuel station workers are: physical factor, chemical factor and psychological factor. Safety climate by implementing safety management priorities and capabilities, management safety empowerment, and management safety justice, as well as compliance with occupational safety and health regulations such as the use of personal protective equipment to reduce the risk of danger and thus reduce the occurrence of work accidents
Impact of Safety Leadership on Safety Climate in Process Industry Workers: Literature Review
Background: Safety climate concerns individual perceptions of safety policies, procedures, practices and behavior in the work environment. The low safety climate increases the risk of work accidents. Improvement safety climate, one of which can be done by increasing safety leadership, which is safety leadership bring policy direction and commitment regarding the importance of occupational safety and health. This research aims to determine the effect safety leadership to safety climate in process industry workers.
Method: This research uses the "PRISMA” or preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. In searching for relevant research using database google scholar and Sciendirect, with keywords “safety leadership”, “safety climate" And “process industry worker”.The total number of journals that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria is 4 journals indexed Q1.
Results: The results of this study show that there is a direct influence between safety leadership to safety climate in a positive direction. The influence is in a positive direction indicating that there is an increase safety leadership influence on safety climate which is better. There is an indirect influence between safety leadership to safety perfomance with through safety climate.
Conclusion: Safety leadership influences improving the safety climate for process industry workers. These findings can be used as reference material for improving the safety climate as well as safety performance in process industry, to reducing the possibility of work accidents
Gopro Wangi Effectiveness: Presenting Market Opportunities For Banyuwangi Umkm
This study evaluates the implementation of the GOPRO WANGI program, an initiative of the Banyuwangi Regency Government that aims to improve the accessibility of promotional facilities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the provision of free promotional carts. The program is expected to support the visibility of MSMEs, strengthen local competitiveness, and empower the economy of local communities. Despite its positive impact on improving market access, the program faces several challenges in terms of management, maintenance, and transparency of the selection process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document studies to identify issues related to the program and find solutions that can improve its effectiveness. The results show that the sustainability of the program requires improvements in terms of cart availability, training for MSME participants, as well as periodic evaluations to ensure long-term benefits for the development of MSMEs in Banyuwangi
The Effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Sultan Bantilan Class III Meteorological Station Office, Tolitoli Regency Central Sulawesi Province
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Sultan Bantilan Class III Meteorological Station Office, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. With quantitative research methods, data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive influence between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. An effective leadership style is able to motivate employees, while high work discipline contributes to improved work performance. This research makes an important contribution to human resource management in government agencies, with recommendations to increase employee motivation and discipline to achieve optimal performance

Digitalisasi dan platform online telah mengubah landscape ekonomi global, membuka peluang baru namun juga menimbulkan tantangan bagi hukum anti monopoli. Perusahaan teknologi besar yang menguasai platform digital dapat menciptakan dominasi pasar melalui kontrol data dan algoritma, yang dapat mengurangi persaingan dan merugikan konsumen. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak digitalisasi terhadap penerapan hukum anti monopoli, dengan fokus pada bagaimana regulasi saat ini menghadapi tantangan baru yang dibawa oleh ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hukum anti monopoli tradisional belum sepenuhnya mampu menangani kompleksitas model bisnis berbasis data dan teknologi. Dibutuhkan pembaruan regulasi yang lebih responsif, serta pengawasan yang lebih adaptif dan berbasis bukti ilmiah untuk menghadapi dominasi pasar oleh platform digital. Kolaborasi internasional dan peningkatan pemahaman tentang ekosistem digital juga sangat penting untuk memastikan terciptanya pasar yang kompetitif dan sehat di era ekonomi digital

Oleh karena itu, literasi digital dipandang sebagai life skill yang perlu diajarkan kepada pelaku usaha mikro di wilayah UNSIKA agar produk yang ada mampu bersaing dengan produk lain di pasar digital.Pendidikan literasi digital bagi usaha kecil merupakan sebuah konsep tentang adopsi media pemasaran digital dan kemungkinankemungkinan bisnis yang dapat diwujudkan melalui media digital.Dukungan keterampilan digital diterima dengan baik oleh pemangku kepentingan usaha kecil. Saat ini di dunia yang terus berubah, ada banyak opsi yang dapat dilakukan oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas untuk mengisi waktu luang mereka di luar proses pendidikan. Salah satu hal positif adalah menjadi anggota OSIS. Selama menjadi anggota OSIS, maka siswa mempunyai beberapa program kerja yang harus dijalankan sesuai dengan yang program yang telah disusun. Salah satu program yang mempunyai daya Tarik besar dari internal maupun eksternal adalah program pentas seni. Walaupun demikian, untuk menjalankan kegiatan tersebut banyak pihak yang tidak menyadari pentingnya aspek pasar untuk membuat kegiatan tersebut dapat menarik perhatian bagi peserta maupun pihak sponsor yang dapat mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Pengetahuan dasar mengenai aspek pasar dapat membantu untuk menentukan sasaran pasar yang tepat sehingga dapat memberikan kesuksesan pada sakegiatan tersebut. Selain itu tingkat kewirausahaan, performa dan motivasi dari siswa tersebut dapat lebih baik dalam membuat proposal bisnis sehingga merasakan seperti dunia usaha. Untuk itulah tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang berasal dari Institut Bisnis Informasi Teknologi dan Bisnis terinspirasi untuk mengadakan pengenalan aspek pasar bagi siswa SMA Brigjend Katamso Medan dalam menjalankan kegiatan program OSIS. Adapun sasaran dari program ini adalah siswa SMA Brigjend Katamso Medan khususnya anggota OSIS . Hate Speech on Social Media: the Urgency of Criminal Law Regulation and Approaches
The spread of hate speech on social media is one of the results of rapid advances in information and communication technology. However, these advancements have also created new opportunities for social interaction. Hoaxes that appear on the internet often have negative social, psychological, and even political consequences. This study aims to determine the importance of regulating hate speech in social media and analyze methods that can be used in criminal law to deal with the spread of hate speech. Using the descriptive analysis method, this study shows that the current regulations are weak and ineffective, so a firmer method in criminal law is needed to deal with the spread of hate speech. The study also emphasizes how important it is to work together between governments, social media platforms, and the public to prevent hate speech from spreading.
