Caption from Associated Press Photo: Brussels turned out to pay tribute to General Eisenhower yesterday Sept 6, when the Belgian Prime Minister, M. Van Acker presented him with the Grand Cordon Order of Leopold. The investiture took place in the marble hall of the Royal Palace, and Defence Minister M. Mundekeer deputised for the absent Regent Prince Charles. M. Mundekeer welcomed Gen. Eisenhower at the Gare du Midi, when he arrived by a special train which previously belonged to the Supreme German Headquarters
