    Background: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs over a long period and can be transmitted across generations. One of the key strategies to prevent stunting is providing adequate complementary feeding in both quality and quantity, as nutritional fulfillment plays a vital role in a child's growth. Nutrition education for Posyandu cadres serves as a strategic effort to enhance their role in stunting prevention.Objective: This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of nutrition education in improving cadres' knowledge regarding the preparation of supplementary food (PMT) using local food ingredients at Paccerakkang Public Health Center, Makassar City. Methods: This research used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. A total of 30 Posyandu cadres were selected using quota sampling. Results: The findings showed that the average knowledge score increased from 5.77 (pre-test) to 9.83 (post-test). The paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test indicated a statistically significant difference (p < 0.001), confirming that the training had a substantial impact on improving cadre knowledge. Conclusion: Training on the preparation of supplementary food based on local ingredients effectively enhances Posyandu cadres' knowledge and supports community-level efforts to prevent stunting

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Diorama Pada Materi Mengenal Bumi Di Sekolah Dasar

    This study aims to describe the development process of Diorama as an instructional medium for the topic Knowing the Earth in elementary school, as well as to determine its effectiveness in enhancing the quality of learning. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the 4D model, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The developed Diorama is a three-dimensional medium that visually and concretely represents the Earth's structure, its layers, and various natural phenomena. The key characteristics of this medium are its attractive visual presentation, ease of understanding, and interactivity, as students can directly observe and manipulate the objects in the Diorama. The media was tested on fifth-grade elementary school students. Based on the questionnaire results, out of 10 indicators measured using a Likert scale, the average percentage of students who responded “Strongly Agree” and “Agree” exceeded 85%, with the average score for each item above 3.3. Most students reported feeling happier, more active, and better able to understand the material when using the Diorama. Thus, the Diorama has been proven effective in improving understanding, interest, motivation, engagement, and in creating a fun and non-monotonous learning atmosphere. This medium is recommended for use in thematic learning that requires concrete visualizations to support student comprehension

    Generation Z Pre-service Science Teacher Artificial Intelligence Competence Self-Efficacy (AICS): A Survey Study

    Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antar enam sub-konstruk (AI Knowledge (AIK), AI Pedagogy (AIP), AI Assessment (AIA), AI Ethics (AIE), Human-Centred Education (HCE), and Professional Engagement (PEN)? dari Artificial Intelligence Competence Self-Efficacy (AICS). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi pengaruh gender dan spesialisasi (kimia, fisika, biologi, dan sains) terhadap AICS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif untuk menilai AICS pada 318 mahasiswa calon guru sains. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen yang telah divalidasi dan disesuaikan, mencakup enam sub-konstruk terkait AI. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 25, meliputi analisis korelasi, perbandingan gender dengan uji t independen, dan perbedaan spesialisasi menggunakan uji ANOVA satu arah dengan uji lanjutan LSD. Hasil deskriptif dan korelasi menunjukkan bahwa AI Knowledge dan AI Assessment adalah area yang paling dikuasai oleh peserta, dengan hubungan positif yang kuat di seluruh sub-konstruk. Perbandingan berdasarkan gender menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan, yang mengindikasikan tingkat self-efficacy AI yang seimbang antara peserta laki-laki dan perempuan. Namun, analisis berdasarkan spesialisasi menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada AI Pedagogy dan AI Assessment, di mana mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Kimia dan Pendidikan Fisika menunjukkan kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jurusan pendidikan sains. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan program pelatihan AI yang disesuaikan, spesifik sesuai disiplin ilmu, dan inklusif dalam pendidikan calon guru

    From Vocabulary Building to Cultural Literacy: Implementing Contextual Teaching and Learning in Resource-Limited EFL Classrooms

    This study aims to explore the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach in teaching English in resource-constrained classrooms, with a focus on vocabulary development and cultural literacy. Using a multiple case study design with a qualitative approach, data was collected through semi-structured interviews with three lecturers at two educational institutions in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The findings show that the use of materials based on local wisdom, such as folklore and community history, significantly improves vocabulary acquisition, reading comprehension, and student motivation. In addition, CTL based on local contexts strengthens students' connections with teaching materials, enriches cultural literacy, and builds enthusiasm for learning. Despite resource limitations such as lack of access to technology and English language references, lecturers showed creativity in developing contextual teaching materials. This study contributes to filling the literature gap on local context-based language learning in a confined environment, as well as recommending the need for further research that expands population coverage and examines the long-term impact of the use of local materials in EFL teaching

    Molecular identification of the virus causing yellow curl symptoms in local Katokkon Chili Plants (Capsicum chinense Jacq.) in West Sulawesi

    Katokkon Chili is an important local variety in Mamasa, West Sulawesi, which frequently exhibits yellow mosaic and yellow curl symptoms. These symptoms are strongly suspected to be associated with viral infections, particularly those in the genera Begomovirus and Potyvirus. This study aimed to molecularly identify viruses causing yellow curl symptoms in Katokkon Chili plants. Symptomatic leaf samples were collected purposively from 14 locations in Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi, followed by molecular detection and identification using universal Begomovirus and Potyvirus primers and sequencing analysis. Detection and identification results showed that chili plants yielded 912 bp DNA fragments with SPG1/SPG2 primers, confirming viral identity as Pepper Yellow Leaf Curl Indonesia Virus (PYLCIV) and demonstrating >98% homology with PYLCIV isolates from South Sulawesi. This study reports the first occurrence of PYLCIV in the Katokkon Chili variety in West Sulawesi and expands the host range of PYLCIV among chili varieties in Indonesia. These findings are important as a foundation for developing viral disease control strategies for chili plants in West Sulawesi

    Penelitian ini berfokus  pada kinerja keuangan yang pada UMKM Provinsi Sulawesi Barat menggunakan Model Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan variabel moderasi yaitu literasi keuangan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh pemahaman literasi pelaku UMKM dalam memoderasi penerapan akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelaku UMKM yang berada di Kabupaten Majene berjumlah 35 orang yang telah berdiri lebih dari 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan literasi keuangan mampu memperkuat pengaruh penerapan akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja keuangan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran Mind Mapping Kelas X pada mata pelajaran Biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes soal dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengukur aktivitas guru dan siswa di setiap siklusnya. Tes soal digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Mind Mapping dan dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data serta informasi yang dapat mendukung penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat yaitu pada siklus I setelah di berikan tes soal didapatkan nilai dengan nilai rata-rata 70,45% dan mengalami peningkatakan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-tata 92,08%. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahawa penggunaan media pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa

    Pengaruh Strategi Affiliate Marketing Terhadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Pada Aplikasi TikTok Shop

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi Affiliate Marketing yang diukur melalui indikator akurasi, kegunaan, daya tarik, dan kemudahan untuk diarahkan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan pada aplikasi TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 384 responden yang merupakan pengguna TikTok Shop di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan Kabupaten Majene, yang dipilih dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Affiliate Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan baik secara simultan maupun parsial, namun ada satu indikator yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu indikator kegunaan (X2). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar ,350 atau 35% menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan volume penjualan dapat dijelaskan oleh strategi affiliate marketing, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65% dipengaruhi oleh faktor luar yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini

    Artificial Intelligence-Supported English Language Instruction: Impacts on Student Achievement

    In the continuously evolving digital era, mastering English in a professional context has become a primary necessity, especially for accounting students who are required to understand technical terminology and effectively communicate financial information. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of artificial intelligence tools in enhancing the teaching of English for Accounting, specifically within the framework of English for Specific Purposes education. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design, the study incorporates a pretest and posttest control group, comprising two distinct groups of accounting students. One group receives conventional instruction, while the other benefits from AI-enhanced teaching methods. The findings suggest that the group that participated in the experiment showed notable enhancements in their knowledge of technical terms, ability to comprehend financial documents, and proficiency in both writing and communication related to accounting when compared to the group that did not participate. Additionally, the use of AI proved to help reduce cognitive load and enhance learning motivation among students. These findings imply the need for systematic integration of artificial intelligence technology into the ESP curriculum, as well as training for instructors to optimize its use. Thus, AI technology plays not only a supportive role but also serves as an adaptive learning strategy relevant to current industry needs

    Conformity is a change in a person's attitude, behavior or belief caused by group pressure or social influence driven by their own desires because everyone else displays this behavior in order to continue to socialize according to existing social norms. the purpose of the study was to determine the impact of peer conformity on changes in drug abuse behavior in groups of adolescent gangs. Materials and methods: The design of this qualitative study is specifically directed at the use of phenomenological methods. One form of peer conformity is when adolescents are involved in gathering activities carried out with their group. Starting from consuming drugs, drinking alcohol, watching illegal motorcycle racing and rolling looking for victims or objects of peer crime.
