A Study of Continuation Learning for High School Graduates Who Go on to Higher Education after Employment - Focusing on the University's Support for Employed Learners Who Entered through the "Special Selection of Employees"
高等教育の普遍化が世界的流れになっている中、韓国は2008年から学齢期学生中心の大学から成人学習者親和的体制に転換する政策を積極的に推進してきた。2010年、政府によって「先就職後進学」という制度が提示され、その制度の中で「在職者特別選考」は職業系高卒者の卒業後就職、そして継続教育を支援するものである。しかし、在職者特別選考の拡大によって高等教育へのアクセスは容易になりつつも大学の環境は未だに学齢期学生を中心に作られており、多くの成人大学生は大学生活への適応が困難である。そこで、本稿は「成人教育の出発点」としての大学という観点から成人学習者への大学の支援状況を把握し、高等教育機関のあり方に沿う学校内学問的・非学問的学生支援の方向性や改善点について考察する。departmental bulletin pape
The academic history and career development process of a person with intellectual disability(3) : Daily learning experiences gained through on-site training in the special support school for intellectual disabilities high school division
This research project has aimed to analyze the academic history and career development process of a high school graduate of the special support school for intellectual disabilities high school division through collecting and organizing data gained from qualitative research interviews and materials accumulated for career counseling and also to contribute to the improvement and enhancement of vocational education and career development support for students with intellectual disabilities. This particular study focuses on clarifying the significance of learning in on-site training by the researcher interpreting daily learning experiences that the research participant as a trainee noted down in his daily journal during an industrial internship.
In the previous studies, a variety of different types of data were overviewed, data gained from qualitative interviews and materials prepared and used for the research participant in his high school days. The materials include an individual education plan for career counseling, an internship and on-site training workbook, and multiple documents related to career counseling for the research participant. The recent study organized the descriptions of the research participant’s and his parent’s thoughts in the internship and on-site training workbook, followed by indicating his suffering caused by disabilities along with learning.
