7月末日までに、投稿受付の審査結果をお知らせします。

The results of the final decision of publication will be sent to each of the contributors by the end of 
July.
⑼　査読／ Refereeing
投稿論文の採否を審査するために、投稿論文の学術・技術分野に精通した委員による査読
を行い、以下の 4通りの評価を下し、投稿者に通知することとします。
「1．そのまま掲載を可とする」「2．修正の後に掲載を可とする」「3．修正の後に再審査
とする」「4．掲載を不可とする」
―Manuscripts will be refereed to determine their appropriateness for publication by review 
committee members.
―After the review process, the decision of whether to publish will be made following one of four 
patterns listed below:
1) The manuscript is acceptable for publication without revision.
2) The manuscript is acceptable for publication pending revisions.
3) The author is encouraged to resubmit the manuscript following major revisions.
4) The manuscript is unacceptable for publication.
―Notification of review decision will be sent to the manuscript contributor(s).

投稿者の母語が英語でない場合は、投稿者の責任で必ず事前にネイティブチェックを受け
てください。掲載が決まった段階で当センターの費用負担で英文校閲を行います。また日
本人を含む漢字文化圏の名前の表記は原則的に苗字・名前の順とします。ただし注には原
著のままの表記とします。
Non-native English speakers must have the manuscript reviewed by a native speaker before 
submission.  Manuscripts that have been accepted for publication will be edited and proofread at 
the Center’s expense.  The sequence of the names of East Asians including Japanese is appropriately 
ordered as family name first, followed by the given name, except in cases when citing an author 
whose name has been rendered in the Western-style format in English-language publications (e.g., 
Harumi BEFU).
