Factors Determining Compliance Behavior of Business Zakat among SMEs: A Logistic Regression Analysis Approach
The dearth of study on the factors determining compliance behavior of business zakat among SMEs are hardly found in literature and empirical evidence as well. Due to that, this study aims to identify the relationship between factors determining compliance behavior of business zakat among SMEs. 276 questionnaires managed to be collected from SMEs in Selangor. Logistic regression analysis was presented to predict compliance behavior of business zakat among SMEs from selected factors determining. Six factors were identified and included in the model; religious practices, level of knowledge, length of business operation, government incentives, organization factors and law enforcement. The findings of logistic regression analysis revealed that full model which considered all the six factors are significant and perform well in explaining the factors determining compliance behavior of business zakat among SMEs. Four factors (religious practices, level of knowledge, organizational factors and government incentives) significantly predict compliance behavior of business zakat among SMEs. Based on the analysis, this study will hopefully shed some light to help zakat organization in implementing strategies to attract more Muslim entrepreneurs to comply pay business zakat, especially among SMEs.

Impact Of Investors’ Sentiment On Share Prices: Potential Investing Strategies During The Covid-19 Outbreak
The resurgence of the Covid-19 infections worldwide and the downtrend in stock markets give anxiety to investors on the potential loss of their investment capital and value. At present, investors are motivated to search for the appropriate investment strategies for better protection of their investment value. There will be opportunities amid the risks, especially for investors with a long-term horizon. Still, the opportunities are difficult to exploit without the understanding of how the share prices of companies are influenced during the Covid-19 outbreak. The sentiment of investors, although it can be challenging to estimate, is posited as one of the dominating factors to the movement of share prices. Investors' sentiment, which will be negative with a pessimistic view on the future trends of certain stocks, may cause some stocks to be severely undervalued, offering other investors an opportunity to buy the shares at discounted price. As history from the previous infectious disease outbreaks reveals that their shocks to stock market usually are temporary, a buying strategy to stocks that have been dipped but are fundamentally strong can be suitable to apply for investors with long term objectives. The proposal to any potential investing strategy, however, is not plausible to develop without the understanding of how investors' sentiment during this pandemic affect the share prices of companies. Thus, using panel data regression analysis, this study is proposed to examine the daily impact of investors' sentiment on share prices of the Malaysian listed companies from January 2020, the month when the Covid-19 case reached Malaysia, to May 2022. Relying on the internet search-based data, Google Search Index volume (SIV) to measure the investors' sentiment reaction or sentiment, this study predicts that the sentiment of investors will uniquely impact the movement in the share prices of companies from specific sectors

Adoption and Benefit of Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Logistics Industry: A Conceptual Paper
The adoption of Industry 4.0 in logistics is a new and critical subject with a need for more research. A few studies have started reviewing the existing works on Industry 4.0; however, they do not focus on its adoption and practices in the logistics sector. This paper presents a conceptual study on Industry 4.0 and its relation to the logistics industry. Current literature on Industry 4.0 in logistics brings out some interesting practices in the adoption of Industry 4.0 in logistics, which will be helpful for the academic and industry, especially top managers. In this paper, some reflections regarding the adequate requirements and issues enabling logistics organizations to be efficient, and fully operational in an industry 4.0 context were discussed. This work identifies several adoption and Industry 4.0 practices in the logistics industry from various selected organizations which are reflected as the highest contributor toward the adoption of a logistics firm in adopting Industry 4.0. Finally, it is evidence that defining a clear organizational vision and strategy is important to help drive logistics business efficiencies which is crucial for future competitive survival.

Healthy eSport Engagement for eSport Athletes: A Proposal for A Research Framework
The global spread of Covid19 poses a challenge to the business landscape at a magnitude we have not seen before. Covid19 was declared a “public health emergency of international concern” by the International Health Regulations Emergency Committee of the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020. Less than two months later, the WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic. The situation of lockdown and movement restrictions has resulted in the emergence of online related activities on digital platforms such as online businesses, online learning and also the online gaming that is now known as eSport. Online gaming or eSport has become very popular among the public, including university students. Hence, excessive involvement in eSport activities will have negative effects not only to the students’ health but also to their quality of life. Despite a growing research interest in eSport, a void knowledge exists regarding the healthy eSport lifestyle. To address the gap in research, this paper aims to take an initial step by proposing a framework for a holistic model to determine the attributes of a balanced quality of life for eSport athletes. The framework combines two approaches from both health and sports literature and methodically will be using both qualitative and quantitative approaches for its investigation. The framework can help eSports athletes, especially students, to maintain a balanced quality of life despite their engagement in eSport activities.

Enforced Remote Work During the Covid-19 Pandemic: The Relationship between Remote Working Intensity and Employee Motivation Using A Structural Equation Modelling Approach
Since the time corona virus disease (COVID-19) outbreak was first reported in December 2019, the world has never been the same. With rapid spread of the disease, individuals, organisations and governments took steps to curtail the damage that followed including travel restrictions, social distancing and remote working. Little is known based on empirical evidence of the relationship between remote working and employee motivation. This study employed survey research design, and analysed data using structural equation modelling. Using self-determination approach, the study found that, although remote working saved commuting time for employees and improved work-life balance for most, it did not improve employee motivation. One reason for this was that remote working took employees by surprise and many saw it as forced flexibility because they had no other option and had no input in the decision to work remotely. The negative relationship between remote working and employee motivation is also connected to lack of face-to-face collaboration, inadequate peer support and social isolation. Building digital competencies require time and effort, and the frequent interruption of work due to other demands at home negatively affected work, creating stress, mental health challenges and other psychosocial risk issues. These present an opportunity for organisations to formulate and implement policies that support remote working, and ultimately improve engagement and motivational outcomes in the new normal.

Shaping the Skills and Styles of Future Innovative Women Leaders: The Moderating Roles of Self Efficacy and Personal Initiative
Innovative leaders are crucial in the 21st century. In order to effectively manage the rising demands for innovation in many aspects of business organisations, innovative leaders must exhibit multiple skills and styles, particularly in promoting creativity and innovation. This paper critically analyses past literature on the skills and styles of innovative women leaders. Studies in this direction suggest that the boardroom presence of women leads to more innovative performance. Innovative women leaders play a crucial part in closing a significant gap between a stated desire for innovation and capabilities in order to optimise organisational innovativeness to attain business sustainability. Innovative women leaders will bring different perspectives, skills, and innovative ideas to the table, but the combination of these three will help create new perspectives that will lead to better decision-making for the business as a whole. Moreover, an innovative woman leader can bring out the best abilities in team members and motivate them to work together to achieve a shared innovative opportunity by identifying the appropriate skills and style. For this reason, the paper provides a holistic framework that conceptualises the six main variables as the skills and style in shaping innovative women leaders. This will provide new insights for organisations and an edge to utilise innovative women's leaders' resources in penetrating markets faster and provide a better connection to developing markets. Clearly, it could also investigate emerging opportunities and unleash human capital potential, resulting in more innovative female leaders and a greater impact on innovation.

Factors Predicting Environment-Friendly Consumer Behavior: Reducing Plastic Consumption in Oman
Environment-friendly behavior is the need of the hour. The United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have placed a collective burden on countries around the globe to undertake measures to safeguard the planet by starting with their own territories and water bodies. The Sultanate of Oman is an example of a country where there is top-down participation in environmental initiatives. Nevertheless, it appears that the initiatives have to be current and on-going, accompanied by stringent monitoring and evaluation. In this context, the present study undertakes a scoping review of literature related to the factors that influence environment-friendly behavior in different individual and social contexts. The use of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), a popular theoretical framework in recent studies on environment-friendly behavior, to identify the factors of environment-friendly behavior was utilized as the basis for the review. A set of 50 empirical studies from 2012-till February 2022 were included in the scoping review. Academic and managerial implications are offered based on the findings. Overall, it could be seen that despite considerable research in the area, environmental awareness was a significant contributor to environment-friendly behavior and the study recommends governmental, public and private attention to increasing environment-friendly behavior among citizens.

Conceptualising Stakeholder Commitment, Closed-Loop Supply Chains and Organisational Performance: A Circular Economy Perspective
In the supply chain context, circular economy (CE) initiatives strive to minimise waste and pollution by promoting remanufacturing to reduce the reliance on virgin materials. To realise the CE, closed-loop supply chains (CLSCs) have been identified as the backbone of its implementation. Unfortunately, little attention has been paid to exploring the contribution of CLSC practices in manufacturing industries, particularly towards the transition to a more circular economy in emerging economies. This study aims to propose a conceptual framework for examining the impact of stakeholders’ commitment on CLSCs and organisational performance. In general, this study proposes that stakeholders’ commitment (customers’ pressure, top management commitment, buying firms’ leadership, and government support) has a significant impact on CLSCs implementation. Furthermore, this study also proposes that CLSCs implementation contributes significantly towards organisational performance. This study suggests that future studies should conduct an empirical investigation using the conceptual framework of this paper. It is expected that this study will facilitate discussions on the need to deepen the comprehension of stakeholders’ commitment and its influence on CLSCs and organisational performance. The study contributes to the existing literature by addressing the gaps between stakeholders’ commitment, CLSCs, and organisational performance in realising the transition towards CE.

Exporting and Technological Innovation: Evidence from Southeast Asia
Exporting is imperative for a contemporary business as it enhances firm competitiveness and performance. Previous studies have focused on the link between exporting and innovation. Firms’ innovation is enhanced after entering the export market by absorbing the knowledge of these markets. Nevertheless, there is little evidence in developing economies. In the Southeast Asian context, this relationship has not yet been explored. Thus, this study investigates the role of exports in firm-level technological innovation (product and process innovations) in Southeast Asia. Using a sample of 4,416 manufacturing firms in 2015 and 2016 and a multilevel mixed-effects logistic regression to deal with the hierarchies of the data set, the study finds empirical evidence that involvement in exporting activities can spur corporate technological innovation. The practical implication emphasizes the support of Southeast Asian governments to encourage exporting activities.
