Family Firms and Their Longevity
Get PDFP(論文)創業者一族が所有・経営関与を続けているファミリー企業は、フォーチュン500社の40%を占めているように国民経済に占める比重が大きい。世界の主要ファミリー企業250社のうち、老舗企業(100年以上存続)は28%を占めており、欧米ではファミリー企業の育成、特にその長寿性維持が大きな目標となっている。大学も積極的に参画して、家憲を始めとする各種リスク・マネジメント・システムが構築されている。200年の長寿を保つファミリー企業を分析し、事業の継続的革新ならびにコーポレート・ガバナンスの革新の重要性が明らかになった。米国の大手ファミリー企業は非ファミリー企業より成長性でも卓越しており、収益性でも優れている。一方、我が国の老舗企業が著しく優れているのは安定性である。今後、老舗企業及びファミリー企業の国際比較を行い、それぞれの特徴を明らかにする必要がある。departmental bulletin pape
Goodwill and Intangible Assets in FRS10
Get PDFP(論文)英国財務報告基準第10号において、買入のれんは資産計上し,無形資産については,買入のれんと区別して資産計上しなければならないと規定されている。他方,自己創設のれんについては資産計上してはならないが,自己創設無形資産については容易に確認可能な市場価値がある場合に限り,資産計上を認めている。また,積極のれんと無形資産について,規則的償却を規定し,経済的耐用年数の決定および見直しについても要請されている。Financial Reporting Standard 10 "Goodwill and Intangible Assets" sets out the principles of accounting for goodwill and intangible assets. Purchased goodwill and intangible assets should be capitalised as assets. Internally generated goodwill should not be capitalised. Internally developed intangible assets should be capitalised only where they have a ascertainable market value. Where goodwill and intangible assets are regarded as having limited useful economic lives, they should be amortised on a systematic basis over those lives.departmental bulletin pape

Notes on the Understanding of Japanese Religion
Get PDFP(論文)日本人の宗教観や宗教意識を表現する際に,しばしば使われるのが「無宗教」や「無神論」といった表現である。本稿では,「日本人=無宗教」あるいは「日本人=無神論」という言説が生まれた背景を探るとともに,日本人が無宗教・無神論であるのかについて検討する。そして,それを踏まえて,日本宗教と異文化における宗教との比較研究を深化させる視点や,グローバル化状況における日本宗教を理解する視点を提示したい。When scholars depict Japanese religiosity or Japanese religious consciousness, they often use the words "non -religious" and "atheistic." In this paper, I will explore the social background from which the discourse on "non-religious" or "atheistic" Japanese has been generated. Then, I will examine whether the discourse reflects the realities of Japanese religion or not. Based on that, in order to make comparative studies of Japanese religion and non -Japanese religion more fruitful, I will propose a point of view. Finally, I will touch upon the concept of "diffused religion" in order to understand the contemporary Japanese religion in the broad context of globalization.departmental bulletin pape
