The Foreign Direct Investment of Chinese Enterprises
Get PDFP(論文)本稿の目的は,中国企業の対外直接投資の推移と現状を把握し,その特徴を分析することにある。以下では,まず,過去の研究に基づいた発展途上国企業の対外直接投資の一般的特徴を取りあげる。次に,1979年から始まった中国企業の対外直接投資の展開過程を四つの段階に分けて考察し,実態を把握する。それから,途上国企業や先進国企業との比較を通じて中国企業の対外直接投資の特徴を分析し,その普遍性と特殊性を明確にする。そして,最後には,現在の国際ビジネス環境において,中国企業の対外直接投資の必要性と可能性を検証する。This paper deals with the changes in foreign direct investments (hereafter FDI) of Chinese enterprises since 1979 when Chinese enterprises started their FDI. First, previous studies are reviewed to clarify the general characteristics of FDI among developing countries' enterprises, followed by the historical analysis on the four development stages in Chinese enterprises' FDI. This historical analysis clarifies the commonness and uniqueness of Chinese enterprises' FDI, using the review studies' outcome as a framework of reference. Finally the necessity and possibility of Chinese enterprises' FDI is examined, based on the analysis on the relation between the commonness and uniqueness of the Chinese enterprises' FDI and the global business environments.departmental bulletin pape
