A New Regime for Small and Private Companies
Get PDFP(論文)英国会社法は,大会社に対する要求を中心として規定されているが,これらの規定の中には,小会社にとっては不適切または過剰負担となるものが数多くある。現代会社法の最終報告書において,小会社が合理的な経営を行うために,書面決議や取締役の権限,秘書役の選任,紛争の解決等に関して簡素化することが勧告されている。The Act is prescribed around the demand for the larger, public-owned companies. But, it is inappropriate or excessive burden for the small and private companies in these regulations. It is reccommended something in the final report of the modern company law. A Study of Professional Baseball Fans : Comparison Between Tigers Fans and Giants Fans
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は、大学生を対象とした質問紙調査により、日本のプロ野球ファンの心理を明らかにしようとするものである。本稿では、その調査結果の一部について記述することを目的としている。概括すると、阪神ファンと巨人ファンでプロ野球ファン全体の4割近くを占め、巨人を除く11球団のファンの半分以上が巨人を嫌う傾向にあった。特に、広島、阪神、中日といった球団のファンにアンチ巨人傾向が強く示された。また、阪神ファンは巨人ファンに比べ顕著なイメージが形成されていること、両ファンの嗜好性はマイナー-メジャー(大阪-東京)に代表される項目で差異が見出されることが明らかにされた。departmental bulletin pape
The Aging and The Continuation of Long-lived Companies
Get PDFP(論文)老舗企業と呼ばれる企業は、その年齢が永い。なぜこれほどまでに永く企業活動を続けることが可能なのだろうか。その要因を明らかにすることはあらゆる企業にとって有益なものであり、常に模索し続けているものである。この大きなテーマのもと、本稿では老舗企業の存続に焦点を当てて分析し、考察している。老舗企業の企業経営の存続の要因を探るべく、インタビューとアンケートから老舗企業を四分類した。分類に用いた軸は企業規模と経営行動の志向性である。それによりインタビューした企業を分類し、各分類毎の特徴を導いた。「存続」ということを「企業としての活動が継続していること」と定義すると、信用を築き上げている老舗企業にとってその存続は困難なものでなく、企業規模に関しては拡大するよりも現状維持に重点をおくことが明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape
On the Knowledge Management of Religion
Get PDFP(論文)本稿は,知識経営あるいは知識創造の視点から,宗教システムの運営について分析する試みである。まず,知識経営論について紹介し,本稿の分析枠組を明確化する。次に,その分析枠組にもとづき,徒弟制の視点から,宗教システムにおける知識の共有と創造について考察する。そして最後に,秘密が宗教システムのなかで果たす役割と,秘密のマネジメントに関する仮説を提示する。This is an essay on the management of religious system from the viewpoint of the knowledge management or the knowledge creation. In the beginning, to make clear my framework, I will introduce the theory of knowledge. Then, based on that, I will consider the knowledge sharing and creation from the viewpoint of theories on apprenticeship. The Early Warning Tool for Identifying Declining Tourist Destinations : An Explorative Assessment Case of Kobe City
Get PDFP(論文)本研究では、観光地衰退の兆候を早期に発見し警戒を促す早期警戒手法の試用と改良とを目的として、都市型観光地である神戸市の観光状況を分析し評価した。具体的には、1993年から2003年までの期間を対象として、「観光来訪者入込量に関する衰退」、「観光地の質的要素の低下」、「持続可能な観光の確保を妨げる要因」、「観光を抑制する外部要因」という4カテゴリーに分類された20項目について、神戸市の適合度を判定した。その結果、本研究の早期警戒手法を適用した際に生じる問題点として、持続可能な観光に関するデータが圧倒的に不足していること、長期的な継続データが入手困難なこと、という示唆をえた。また、神戸市の現状については、観光製品の質に関して、主要観光施設の85%が衰退傾向を示しており、局所的ではなく施設群としての対策の必要性を指摘した。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)中東産油国では石油産業への依存から脱却し、多様化を目指す政策として、外資導入による天然ガス開発が行われている。本稿の目的は、これらの諸国の中でサウジアラビアとカタールに焦点を当てて、これら2ヶ国における外資導入による天然ガスの開発パターンを比較して、両国の開発政策の相違点を明らかにすることである。Development of natural gas industry by introducing of foreign capital has been carried out in the Middle East oil producing countries as a policy for going out of dependence on oil industry and for further diversification.
