Teacher Quality Described in "STAYING AHEAD: In-service Training and Teacher Professional Development"(OECD)
Get PDFP(論文)本書は,OECD加盟国8か国の教育改革における教師教育を,現職教育の制度を中心としてまとめた報告書の翻訳本である。10年の年月を経た現在では,本書内容は世界的な教育改革の経緯と,日本の教師教育の状況を映し出す貴重な資料となるため,教師の資質能力の向上をテーマとする研究の,理論構築のための基本文献のひとつとして取り上げる。本稿では,その「解説」に記載された内容を中心に,「教育改革の進行」「日本の教師教育の変化」「教職の研修制度」「大学と教師教育」の観点で全体内容を再分析する。This is a translation book of the OECD report on teacher education, especially focusing on in-service training on teachers, under the circumstance of education reform of each 8 countries out of the OECD members. 10 years later, the book clearly helps to explain how the world-wide education reform was 'done and how the situation of Japanese education was changed. The book is now used to formulate a theoretical framework on the research project of 'teacher quality'. Then this article aims to re-analyse the book by referring the context described in "Commentary" of the book, into the aspects; implementation of education reform, change of Japanese teacher education, teacher training system, university and teacher education.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)本研究は、在宅生活を送る精神障害者の就労支援に関する指針を得ることをねらいとして、就労が困難とされている統合失調症患者を対象に、障害の概念整理を行うとともに、彼らの就労状況に関する現状を明らかにしその関連要因に関する検討を行うことを目的とした。本研究における調査対象は、中・四国圏内(5県)における84ヶ所(精神科医療機関12、保健所6、精神障害者社会復帰施設66)の利用者のうち調査協力の得られた統合失調症者291名とした。調査内容は対象者の基本的属性、精神科医療機関への総入院期間及び入院回数、罹病期間、精神症状、就労形態、就労意欲、ワークパーソナリティ障害、就労支援で構成した。本研究の成果は、精神障害者個々人の職業的な予後の予測にとって有益な情報をもたらすものと推察される。departmental bulletin pape

Child-rearing Support Activities with the Cooperation of the Whole Community : From the Survey in Miki City
Get PDFP(論文)本稿では、地域ぐるみの子育て支援活動について,兵庫県三木市「人の目の垣根隊」を事例にとりあげ考察する。同市では2004年6月,子どもが犯罪に巻き込まれるのを地域ぐるみで防ごうと,市民に下校時の見守りを呼びかける運動が始まった。その運動は「人の目の垣根隊」という市民ボランティア組織に発展,2005年6月より,あいさつ・声かけによる見守りやパトロールがスタートした。現在の会員は約1000人。地域ぐるみのユニークな活動ぶりが話題になり,他市町からの問い合わせが絶えないという。「人の目の垣根隊」が地域ぐるみのボランティア団体として発足するまでの経緯と,その後の1年半の活動を紹介するとともに,今後の活動のあるべき方向性について考える。In this paper, child rearing support activities with the cooperation of the whole community will be considered, using the example of the"Hito-no-me no kakine-tai" (Fence of people's eyes) project in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture. In June 2004, citizens of Miki City started a program to watch school children going home from school in an effort to protect them from crimes. Their combined efforts evolved into a citizens' volunteer organization called the "Hito-no-me no kakine-tai." Since June 2005, the volunteers have continued keeping an eye on children by greeting them and patrolling the neighborhood. Approximately 1, 000 citizens are currently members of the "Hito-no-me no kakine-tai." Their unique activities involving the whole community have drawn public attention, and they receive constant inquiries from other municipalities. The process of how the "Hito-no-me no kakine-tai" program was inaugurated as a volunteer community organization as well as its activities for the one and a half year since then will be introduced.
