Study of how to overcome an unfavorable sport : Developing skills by using one's stronger and more skillful hand and foot, left or right
Get PDFP(論文)私達人間の生活では,「右利き」の人が標準である場合が多い。日常生活においては,「右利き」環境に適応せざるを得ないことが多くある。しかし,個人的な動作やスポーツにおいては,無意識に左右どちらでも行ないやすい方で動作をしているものである。体育の授業やクラブ活動では,先生や先輩の動作を見て技術を習得しようとするものが多く,どうしても指導者の動作に影響されてしまう。自分自身の固有の「利き腕,利き足」を知ることにより,技術の習得が合理的に行えるようになり,また,指導者も生徒の「利き腕,利き足」を知ることによりより効果的な指導が可能となる。Most of the human life norms are formulated in favor of 'right-handed' people. In our daily life, 'left-handed' people have to adapt to the social environment designed for 'right-handed' people on many occasions. However, in individual actions and sport performance, people tend to move unconsciously in a way that is easier for them to follow, using their favorable hand and foot, left or right. In gymnastic classes or sport clubs, students learn to develop their skills by imitating actions demonstrated by their instructors and senior members. So, they unknowingly come under the influence of their instructors. If they become aware of which is the hand or foot they are more 'dexterous' with, they will be able to learn gymnastic skills more rationally. Also, instructors could find ways of training their students more effectively, if they are aware of the hand or foot their students are more 'dexterous' with.departmental bulletin pape
On the Education of Criminal Profiling at University
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は,日本の大学教育における「犯罪心理学」について,犯罪情報分析を行う「犯罪者プロファイリング」を題材とした講義の内容及び手法について検討を行った。まず,実際の犯罪捜査場面における分析手順をふまえながら,学生が講義にて行える「犯罪情報分析」のプログラム「大学生版CIA」について提案した。また,この「大学生版CIA」を実施するうえで基礎的な資料となると思われる,大学生の犯人像などに関する推論過程の調査を行った。その結果,「大学生版CIA」を用いた演習の効果が,犯人像の推定に影響を及ぼしたことが示唆された。このことは,「犯罪者プロファイリング」の講義が,捜査経験を持たない大学生に対しても,良い教育効果をもたらすことを十分予測させるものと思われた。departmental bulletin pape

Investigation Concerning Teacher's Ability : Analysis of Elementary School Preliminary Survey Result
Get PDFP(論文)本研究の目的は,小学校教師の資質能力を調査し,教員養成および現職教育のプログラムを開発することにある。そのために学校教育に関与する人々-ステークホルダー-に質問紙調査を行った。本論文では,その予備調査の結果を分析した。ステークホルダーはいずれも今日の子どもを取り巻く諸問題に敏感に反応して回答している。しかしながら保護者と教師では,子どもへの焦点の当て方が異なっている。教師はある種の能力を大学で身につけ,他の能力を勤務校で身につけると考えられている。この研究は教師のライフステップを見極めた研究へとつながることが望まれる。The purpose of this research is to investigate necessary abilities to be a good elementary school teacher and to develop programs for teacher training and an incumbent education. For this purpose we sent out questionnaires to the people who take part the academic training. We call them 'stake-holder'. In this thesis, the result of this preliminary research was analyzed. Every 'stake-holder' made answers sensitively reacting to today's child's problems. However the focus point in the process of watching children is different between the guardian and the teacher. It is thought that teachers acquire certain kind of skills at the university, and acquire other skills in work school. An Overview on the Domestic Research of the University Town
Get PDFP(論文)二十一世紀末以降,高等教育システム改革の実施と進学者定員枠の拡大に伴い,我が国においては研究学園都市(中国語では「大学城」と称す)の設置ブームが巻き起こった。これを受けて,研究学園都市という新しい区域形態に対する多角的な研究が次第に国内の学界で注目され始めた。本論では,近年のわが国における研究学園都市研究に関する大量の文献に対し,詳細な振り返りと概観をした。そして最後に,研究学園都市に対するさらなる研究を行う意義と今後の展望をまとめた。Since the end of the twentieth century, with the reform of higher education and expansion of college enrollment, a great many university towns have been built in our country. Many scholars have paid more and more attention to research of the university town, the new form of regional pattern, from many different views. This paper has reviewed in details most of the research of university towns of our country and given some comment on this. Research on Competence and Ability of Kindergarten Teacher : Analysis of Preliminary Survey about Kindergarten Teacher
Get PDFP(論文)本稿は,学校をめぐるステークホルダーの人たちが教師に求める資質能力を明らかにし,それを実現するための教員養成および現職教育のプログラムを開発することを目的とした研究プロジェクトのうち,幼稚園教師に求める資質能力に関する予備調査の分析結果をまとめたものである。予備調査では,幼稚園教師に求める資質能力は,保護者と教師自身で差異が見られ,また小学校教師に求める資質能力とも差異が認められた。This paper reports the results of preliminary survey about the competence and ability of kindergarten teacher. This survey is the part of the research project that explores the teacher competence and ability. This project attempts to clarify the quality and ability that stakeholders over the schools seek and expect, and to develop a teacher training program and incumbent program to train the qualified teacher. The results of the survey show that the competence and ability of kindergarten teacher that parents expect is different from ones that kindergarten teachers expect, and the competence and ability of kindergarten teacher is different from the ones of elementary school teacher.departmental bulletin pape
