On the crime situation and the possibility of the introduction of Megan's law in Japan
Get PDFP(論文)我が国では,犯罪の発生数が減少しているのに対して,再犯率は近年,著しく増加している。とりわけ,子どもに対する性犯罪の再犯を減らすために,本研究ではアメリカ合衆国で導入されたミーガンの法律の効果が調べられた。しかしながら,ミーガン法は犯人の人権を侵害する可能性が有り,日本の再犯防止には役立たないと考えられた。その結果,犯罪者の評価や再教育が最も重要だと結論された。Whereas the number of the occurrences of the crime decreases in Japan, the secondoffense rates increase remarkably recently. This study examined the effectiveness ofMegan's law, which was introduced in the United States, to reduce the re-offense of sexual assaults for young children.However, the Megan's Law might violate the human rights of the criminals and would not produce the prevention of the re-offense in Japan. As a result,it was concluded that an evaluation and the remedial education of the criminals should be taken into consideration.departmental bulletin pape
Student's Caravan and Suicide Prevention : From the Aspects of Social Capital and Depression among Regional Elderly
Get PDFP(論文)筆者ら3名は平成23年9月5日-8日に,アシスタントとしての大学院生3名および大学院修了生(臨床心理士)1名と共に1-4回生の本学学生27名を引率して兵庫県新温泉町居組地域を訪問し,その後学外講師4名と共に3-4回生の本学学生8名を引率して青森県弘前市を訪問した。 いずれの地域でも学生たちは地域の家庭訪問を行い,高齢者へのインタビュー調査を行った。狙いは自殺の多い両地域で,まずは高齢者の生活のありようを調査し,高齢者が「安心して暮らせる地域づくり」の要因を把握し,その要因を踏まえた生活を多くの住民が実践することが,この地域の自殺者を減らしていくのではないかと考えた。このインタビューのデータは質的研究として解析中であるが,今回はこの事業を行うにあたって説明会に参加した住民から得た調査表の量的解析を行った。その結果地域のいわゆるソーシャルキャピタルと抑うつ得点が負の相関を示すことが明らかとなった。During September 5-8. 2011 we performed the so-called "student's caravan". Namely wevisited Shin-Onsen Town in Hyogo prefecture with 27 Students and afterwards Hirosaki city in Aomori prefecture with 8 students. Students made a home visit and interviewed 62 elderly, while gathering qualitative and quantitative data on what they describe living "satisfactory" lives.Consideration was given to factors leading to "a community that enables elderly to live well". Interview data is now under qualitative analysis. We were interested in the relations between factors contributing to the well-being of inhabitants, and the reduction in suicide in regions identified with high suicide rates. Further to qualification of data, quantitative results from questionnaires collected from inhabitants showed a negative correlation between Social Capital and Depressive scores.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)前回の研究「小学校体育指導におけるリレー競技の指導」『関西国際大学研究紀要』第12号(平成23年3月31日)1)では,セパレートコースを利用し,理想的なバトンパスを行なうことが,どの程度記録の伸びをもたらすかを明らかにした。 しかし小学校におけるリレー競技の指導では,トラックを周回することで行なわれる。従って,今回は小学校高学年の児童を対象に,実際に授業で行われる曲走路を含んだオープンコースを使用し,リレー競技における理想的なバトンパスの指導法について研究を行った。その結果,曲走路を含むリレー競技の指導では,トラックの曲走路部分にリレーゾーンを設定することにより,ダッシュマークが固定され理想的なバトンパスを行うことができると考えられる。また,上記の方法を用い,短距離走の記録から二人でバトンパスを行ったときの記録(期待値)を設定し目標を定めたところ,記録の伸びをもたらすことができた。My previous research proposed an effective way to train elementary school children tomake better button pass in a relay rece on the separata-lane course where each runner keeps the same lane assigned for each.However, relay races at elementary schools are usually conduced in the open-lane whereall runners run along the track not keeping their own separate lane. In this research, 5th and 6th graders practiced button pass in the open-lane course which includes curves. The button pass zone was set at the curvy part of the track. It was expected that the button pass zone at the curvy part of the track would runners to set the dash-mark point and improve their button pass. The children trained in this way recorded better time than their estimated time calculated from each runner's time for a 100m dash.departmental bulletin pape
A Study of Learning Effects by LITE : The Structure of Learning Effects by Student responses
No full textP(論文)本研究は,アクティブラーニングの手法の一つであるLITE(Learning in Teaching)を授業で活用し,受講者の反応をもとにその学習効果の構造を明らかにすることを目的とするものである。まず,LITE を経験した受講者を対象に予備調査を実施し,その学習効果を自由記述形式により回答してもらった。そして,その結果を分類整理し,最終的に37項目からなる質問紙が作成された。本調査は,5科目の受講生108名(男子69名,女子39名)を対象に実施された。その結果,因子分析により最終的に8因子が抽出され,解釈された。LITE (Learning in Teaching) which is one of the active learning methods was utilized inthe classrooms. The purpose of this study is to reveal the structure of learning effects based on students' responses. First, a pilot survey for students who experienced the LITE was conducted, and answers to the learning effects in free form were asked. Then, the results were classified and organized. The questionnaire utilized consisted of 37 items. The secondsurvey was conducted with 108 people (69 males, 39 females) in five subjects. 日本男子学生テニス選手の強化策についての考察 -第26回ユニバーシアード競技大会の強化活動と今後の課題-
Get PDFP(論文)日本男子学生テニス選手の強化策について,第26回ユニバーシアード競技大会の強化活動及び,本大会における結果から考察する。次回大会においての男子チームの目標は,1)シングルス入賞/ダブルス,団体メダル獲得/MIX ダブルス銀メダル,2)競技者として社会人としての人間形成の2点である。その為には,今後も継続的な強化活動の中で,1)についてはATP ランキングの更なる向上,2)についてはスポーツマンシップ教育であると考える。The way to make a hard-hitting measure of tennis players who are Japanese male students from an enhanced activity of the 26th Universiade game cup and the result of this cup are discussed. There are two goals for the next cup. The first goal is to win the single prize, to get medals for doubles and groups and to get a silver medal for mix doubles. The second one is to build a character as an athlete and a member of society. It is necessary for the first goal to improve ATP ranking more while continuing an enhanced activity. Get PDFP(論文)商店街は大規模小売店との外部競争にさらされているが,前稿でも明らかにした様に内部にも競争構造を持っている。また,都市のスプロール化やモータリゼーションによって大規模小売店は郊外へと移転し商店街は新たに近接する商店街との競争に直面する様になった。それは寡占的製造企業の管理下という限定された競争の性格を持ち,「中間」競争といえる。法的環境変化や都市のスプール化によって大規模店の郊外化と競争が激化する中で,商店街の中間競争への対策としてのコミュニティー形成機能こそ,商店街活性化の重要な視点になると筆者は考える。Although the mall is exposed to external competition and large-scale retailers,there is also an internal competition.
