A Study for Marketing of long-lived Company
Get PDFP(論文)企業の開業と廃業は,産業社会の新陳代謝に他ならない。平成11年度の中小企業白書によれば,平成元年のバブル期を除いて,会社の新規設立登記数は,昭和40年代後半以降,ほぼ10万件で安定的に推移している。しかし,昭和32年以降,創業率が廃業率を上回る傾向が続いていたが,平成9年には,ついに,廃業率が創業率を上回る逆転現象をみるにいたった。毎年,多くの企業が生まれ,多くの企業が消滅していく。我が国の会社数は約510万件,そうした中で100年以上続く長寿企業は,意外に数多く存在する。一体,なぜ長寿の企業になり得たのか。アリー・デ・グース氏の著書「リビングカンパニー」は総括的にその要因を(1)環境に敏感(2)強い結束力(3)許容度(トレランス)と自由度(4)資金調達の保守性の4つに絞っているが,本論文の研究は,我が国の長寿企業である「老舗」をケーススタディーにして,そのマーケティング戦略に焦点を当て,長寿のための要因を探った。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)本研究はオーラル・コミュニケーションにおいて,日本人の英語学習者が持つ心理的障壁に関して,その原因を探り,授業の中でそれらをどのように取り除けるか,教授者としてどのような対応が可能であるかを,合わせて探ることを目的としている。小学校から始まる日本語の音声教育の在り方,十代という思春期独特の心理状態,英語を話すことに対する基礎訓練の問題,語彙や文法など英語の基礎知識が運用時に十分に使えないという問題など多岐に渡っており,英語によるコミュニケーションを行う際の心理的障壁を除去することは,教師にとって重要な仕事と考えられる。その改善に対する方略や工夫についての具体的な提言を行なった。departmental bulletin pape

However, in order to clarify the Design Theory of Cyberspace-communication, have to be investigated the Algorithm of ill-structured Query and the correlation with Query and Understanding. Therfore, this study intended to find out the Algorithm of ill-structured Query and the correlation with ill-structured Query and Understanding in Live-learning and to realize the Modelling on the ill-structured Query. In this paper, first of all, introduce various examples of ill-structured Query and the correlation with Query and Understanding in remedial and/or supplementary learning with "face to face communication".
