Exploring Experiential Learning to Enhance Project-Based Learning in First-Year Education Students: Insights from Surveys and Practical Applications
近年,経験学習は各大学において導入されており,特に初年次教育において高い成果を上げるためには,意欲・動機形成型のコンテンツを中核に据えたカリキュラムの再編が必要だと考えられている。本研究では,A大学教育学部学生への質問紙調査を行い,これまで実施した経験学習(PBL)の授業改善の提案をすることを目的とした。その結果,A大学教育学部におけるPBLの実践は,科目への意欲・動機形成につながっていた。また,経験学習の評価項目があると学習意欲の向上に繋がるという認識(95.8%)と学習成果に繋がるという認識(97.9 %)を持っていた。授業内容については,学習意欲の向上や学習成果の実感のためにも経験学習の明確な評価項目を提示する必要があることや,グループワークのルーブリック評価などを用いて,他者評価をする必要性が示された。今後は,チームが責任感を持てるような評価とは何かについて学生を交えて検討していくことが求められる。In recent years, experiential learning has been introduced in universities, and it is believed that to achieve high outcomes, especially in first-year education, it is necessary to restructure the curriculum around content that fosters motivation and drive. This study aimed to propose improvements to previously implemented Project-Based Learning (PBL) classes by conducting a survey among students in the Faculty of Education at A University. The results indicated that the implementation of PBL led to increased motivation and engagement in the subjects. Additionally, there was a recognition (95.8%) that having evaluation criteria for experiential learning contributes to enhancing learning motivation and a recognition (97.9%) that it contributes to learning outcomes. Regarding the course content, it was necessary to present clear evaluation criteria for experiential learning to improve learning motivation and the realization of learning outcomes. The study also indicated the necessity of using rubric evaluations for group work and conducting peer evaluations. Furthermore, it is essential to involve students in discussions on what constitutes responsible evaluation to ensure the team can take ownership.departmental bulletin pape
Collective recruitment by shopping street organisations and the labour market in the retail sector in the 1950s and 1960s: the case of Tokyo
本稿の目的は、昭和30年代を中心として、東京などの大都市部の商店街組織による集団求人(集団就職)が実施された背景について、当時の東京都における中小小売店をめぐる求人・就職状況から検討することである。論文ではまず、1950年代から1960年代にかけての産業構造の変化と小売業への就業状況について概観した。それらをふまえたうえで、当時、日本社会における集団求人の実施について、先行研究による議論を整理した。そして、商店街組織による集団求人が、中小小売店の抱える問題とどのように結びつけられ議論されていたのか検討した。集団求人は、1950年代の半ばごろから東京都内の商店街組織で実施され、一部の商店街組織に拡大し、新規中学卒業者の求人において一定の成果をあげていた。しかし、1960年以降は充足率が思うように上がらず、集団求人を実施する商店街組織はしだいに減少していった。本稿では、商店街組織が集団求人を実施するにあたって、複数の点で不利な状況にあったことを仮説的に提示した。The purpose of this paper is to examine the background to the implementation of group job offers by shopping district organizations in Tokyo and other large cities, mainly from the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s, with respect to the job offers and employment situation surrounding small and medium-sized retailers in Tokyo at that time.
This paper first provides an overview of the changes in industrial structure and the situation surrounding retail employment from the 1950s to the 1960s. Next, we summarized the discussions in previous studies written about why and how group job offers were implemented in Japanese society at that time. We then examined how the discussion of collective recruitment by shopping district organizations was linked to the problems faced by retailers, based on discussions of collective recruitment in magazine articles, writings, and newspaper articles of the time.
From the mid-1950s, shopping district organizations in Tokyo began to implement group job offers, which expanded to some shopping district organizations and showed some results in recruiting new junior high school graduates. However, since 1960, the number of shopping malls conducting group job hunting has gradually declined. Future Direction of Cost Benefit Analysis of Land Improvement Projects
土地改良事業は,農業の生産性の向上などを実現するための行われるものである。そして,その実施に当っては,2015年に策定された現行の「改訂版新たな土地改良の効果算定マニュアル」に従って,経済的な投資の妥当性を検討する経済効果分析を行うこととなっている。しかし2024年5月に,その基本的な理念を示す「食料・農業・農村基本法」が25ぶりに改正された。それを受けて,今後は「土地改良の効果算定マニュアル」も改正されることが必要であると考える。そこで,「改正食料・農業・農村基本法」に示された基本的な理念に基づき,今後の「土地改良の効果算定マニュアル」の改正の際に考慮すべき点について提言した。Land improvement projects are carried out to improve agricultural productivity. In carrying out the projects, cost benefit analysis must be conducted to examine the appropriateness of economic investment in accordance with the current "Revised Manual for Calculating the Effects of Land Improvement", which was formulated in 2015. However, in May 2024, the Basic Law on Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas, which sets out its basic principles, was revised for the first time in 25 years. In response to this, It is believed that it is necessary to revise the "Manual for Calculating the Effects of Land Improvement" in the future. Therefore, based on the basic principles expressed in the revised Basic Law on Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas, recommendations are made on points that should be taken into account when revising the "Manual for Calculating the Effects of Land Improvement" in the future.departmental bulletin pape
An Attempt to Support Data Science Education Using Generative AI Tools
本研究では、データサイエンス教育支援のためのGPTsアプリケーションとしてAI教育支援システムを開発し、教授者支援から学習者支援に至る多面的な有効性を実証した。本システムは、授業準備の効率化、アクティブラーニングの支援、データ分析プロセスの向上、および発展的学習活動の促進に焦点を当てた形成的評価を通じて検証された。さらに本研究では、プロンプト設計やハルシネーション問題などの技術的課題にも着目し、教育現場における生成AIテクノロジーの効果的な実装方法を提示した。This study developed an AI teaching assistant system as a GPTs application for Data Science education support and demonstrated its effectiveness across multiple aspects, from instructor support to learner support. The system was evaluated through formative assessment, focusing on improving teaching preparation efficiency, supporting active learning, enhancing data analysis processes, and promoting advanced learning activities. Approach to Reconstruct School Management StrategiesⅢ: Curriculum Management for Globalization of Education
日本の女子校のルーツは明治時代にあり,以後,独自の教育を実践し,自律して社会で活躍する女性を輩出,歴史と伝統を刻んできた。一方,ジェンダーレス化やグローバル化といった社会変容は激しく,教育のあり方が問われてきたこともまた事実である。本稿では,神戸山手女子中学校・高等学校における教育のグローバル化の取り組みを例示した。同時に, 学問の最先端の成果を文理融合の視点から活用していく姿勢が不可欠であること,さらに, カリキュラム・マネジメントが素材研究,教材研究,指導法研究の定着と「チーム学校」としてのモニタリングに他ならず,その積み重ねが熟練した教師を創り出す学校文化を醸成していくと論及した。Girls' schools in Japan have their roots in the Meiji period (1868-1912), and since then, they have practiced unique education, produced women who are independent and active in society, and carved out a history and tradition. On the other hand, it is also true that social changes such as genderlessness and globalization have been drastic, and the nature of education has been questioned. This paper presents an example of the globalization of education at Kobe Yamate Girls' Junior and Senior High School. Construct of a self-directed learning material on AI analysis processes integrated with interactive generative AI
本稿では「自律して学び続ける人材」となるための新たな学習法の実現を目的に,インストラクショナルデザイン理論の「学習成果の5分類」に基づいて,対話型生成AIと連動する自律学習環境を構築した。方策として「プログラミング初学者によるAI分析」をテーマに設定し,ノートブック(Pythonコード)を教材化した。筆者自らによる形成的評価を行った結果,使用上の留意点はあるものの,対話型生成AIの機能を活かすことで学習支援環境を実現し,さまざまな教育活用と効果につながる可能性が示された。This article introduces a new learning method for supporting 'autonomous lifelong learners.' It constructed a self-directed learning environment integrated with interactive generative AI using a notebook (Python code) for AI programming as educational material. Because the learning objectives of AI programming include various developmental points of view, this study was based on Gagné's five categories of learning outcomes and was adapted for guides on materials. Additionally, it formatively evaluated the validity of this learning method by asking categorized questions of an interactive generative AI. Proposal for a Faculty Support Strategy to Identify Students in Need of Early Assistance Based on Learning Activity Logs
本研究は、学習ログデータ分析により「支援を要する学習者」を予測し、その状況に対応した個別学生サポートを行うための方略を担当教員に提案するところまでを一括りとした教員支援フレームワークを設計・開発しようとするものである。本稿ではまず予備調査として、授業出欠情報、LMSアクセス回数ならびにGPAのデータを用いて学習ログ分析モデル構築の試行を行い、その構築方法について検討した。さらに、インストラクショナル・デザイン(ID)のモデルや理論を応用したサポートを提供するために、「支援を要する学習者」の状況を説明する要因の分類について検討した。This study aims to design and develop a teacher support framework that predicts “learners in need of support” by analyzing learning activity log data and proposes strategies to teachers for providing individualized support to students in response to their situations. In this paper, as a preliminary study, we conducted a trial of building a learning log analysis model using data on class attendance, LMS access frequency, GPA, and whether or not students withdrew from University. 不登校・留年・休学の発達障害大学生が卒業するまでのクラス担任の支援 ~心理臨床の専門家であるクラス担任として~
留年と休学,不登校から発達障害と診断された大学生が,卒業するに至った過程を事例研究として紹介し,それらの事例に対して,心理臨床の専門家であるクラス担任が行った支援を学生支援の3階層モデル,修学サポート,心理的サポート,心理教育的サポートから検討した。クラス担任は大学生が自分の発達障害の状態を受け入れ,問題に直面化できる力が学生自身に溜まるまで待つこと,その学生と日常的に接している保護者をサポートすることが必要であると考えた。The case of university students diagnosed with developmental disorders, who during their stay at university have been absent or truant from class has been proposed. Support for these cases by qualified teachers as well as officially certified clinical psychologists has been studied from a three-tiered model of student support and academic, psychological, and psycho-educational support. Proposal of Topics that Students Can Actively Engage Within Mathematics Classes
本稿では,中学校の数学の授業にける「主体的で協働的な」学習状況を実現するために,先行実践等から生徒が主体的に取り組む題材の要素を整理した。主体的な学びを促進する題材の要素として,「問題解決の糸口を見つけ出せること」「身近で現実的なものであること」「ちょうどよい難度であること」「思考を深めるための要素が含まれていること」が重要であると分かった。それをもとに,四角形の性質や相似の考え方を活用し,自ら条件を設定し,四角形の新たな分類方法を考える授業を提案した。In this paper, in order to realize a "proactive and collaborative" learning situation in junior high school mathematics classes, we have summarized the elements of subject matter that students can work on proactively based on previous practice etc. We found that important elements of subject matter that promote proactive learning are "being able to find a clue to solving the problem," "being familiar and realistic," "being of just the right level of difficulty," and "including elements that deepen thinking." Based on this, we proposed a lesson that utilizes the classification of quadrilaterals and the idea of similarity, in which students set their own conditions and create classification diagrams through trial and error in the process of thinking of new classification methods.
