THE EVOLUTION OF THE ORGANIC PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR
Within this paper we bring together the conceptual and practical issues regarding the organic products market and the consumer behavior specificity on this market. In the first section we introduce the importance and argue the conceptual approach. Throughout the second section, we review the evolution of the ‘organic’ concept and emphasize the necessity to promote this consumption trend both at European level and national level. The evolution of the ‘organic’ concept must be acknowledged in order to have proper meaning of its origin and usefulness. The third section presents some evidence at European level regarding the practicing of organic farming and agriculture. Section four describes the specificity of the consumer behavior on this niche market. In order to bring the suitable arguments, we present a categorization of consumers and their behavior, in section 5. Throughout the conclusion section we review the most relevant ideas and interpretations on the subject. We conclude that each type of behavior depends on previous factors that had an influence, directly or indirectly. In real life, marketing studies are directly interested to discover and analyze the triggers of consumer behavior which further determine the consumers’ act of buying and that is highly more important for such a domain like organic products
PARADIGM OF GAIN IN TOURISM COMMUNICATION
To decode the message in the field of tourism, it is essential to possess the terminological key, that is to know the terms of that field. The paper focuses on the inventory of specialized terms belonging to the paradigm of gain in tourism communication in Romanian and English, extracted from a self-compiled corpus of tourism texts with different degrees of specialization (education, media, brochures, electronic correspondence, etc.). The examination of various tourism terms is based on the use of analytical techniques that belong to corpus linguistics as it would be impossible to detect them intuitively. The benefits of using corpus linguistics techniques rely on the opportunity to identify new patterns (i.e. collocations) based on electronic data analysis. Thus, the study also describes the language of tourism using the notion of ‘collocation’ as we believe that we can master a specialized language if we can identify its specific collocations

Contemporary social and economic development is marked by developments in the services sector, which is a vital part of the global economy. The tertiary sector of the global economy, based on information, is currently indispensable in any process of production, supply or supply. It includes adjacent elements, such as imagination, creativity, knowledge, intangible assets and intellectual property, which are the main sources and valuable resources. Services on the world market have benefited considerably over the last twenty years, mainly due to diversity and other components of changing consumer behavior. This increase is also due to the development of new telecommunications and IT technologies, which are particularly essential in the provision of services, which has led to an increase in consumer demands. It is observed that they are more influenced than ever by the environmental factors, more and more sensitive, more demanding when choosing a particular service, but just as difficult to satisfy. By diversifying the tastes and the offerings the individuals become aware that they live in a world dominated by increased competition and that they are the target of all the destined to the market. The service sector is responsible for increasing the standard of living, contributing to improving the quality of work by raising the level of qualification and training of staff, so we can conclude that services have an important economic role
