    HOW ECONOMIC CLUSTERS COULD ADDRESS THE LOW RESILIENCE UNDER PANDEMIC DISRUPTIONS OF THE INWARD PROCESSSING INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

    The paper aims at examining how economic clusters could address the low resilience of the Moldovan industries relying on inward processing. The authors conceptualize the notion of economic resilience under pandemic disruptions. They justify economic clusters contribute to building the resilience of their companies-members, particularly in the Republic Moldova. The analysis reveals despite some opportunities, Moldovan inward processing exports have turned out especially sensitive to the crisis. The dependence on lohn limits the ability of Moldovan enterprises to recover from disruptions. The research suggests that Moldovan companies capitalize on the experience of companies in the European Union, by forming or joining economic clusters. The authors hold the case of Republic Moldova reconfirms the direct correlation between the weak clusterization and the low level of economic resilience, thereby pointing to a vicious circle.     The objective of this article is the development of a proposal for a comprehensive conceptual model of innovation for developers, within the supply of auto parts in the context of emerging economies, based on a systematic review of innovation capabilities. For this purpose, prestigious digital sources were used to collect and select related literature, taking into account global quality metrics; the results yielded a selection of 50 articles that address in depth the research constructs with updated studies, and that include both the contexts of the research objective and alternative contexts with important theoretical contributions; The results of the systematic review also clearly show a classification of internal and external factors of the organizations, which influence the dimensions of innovation capacity and developed constructs, as well as their role in a proposal that integrates them in a conceptual model for managing innovation, using the theoretical bases of open innovation and the PDCA cycle

    The objective of this study is to analyze the opinions held by directors of SMEs (small and medium-sized companies), in relation to the concept of adulthood; and how this directly impacts career transition initiatives. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 13 managers. Subsequently, a Likert scale was used to process the information proceeded by the Spearman\u27s non-parametric correlation test. The results indicate that the definition that managers have of youth and adulthood, has a direct impact on their human resource planning

    Gastronomic Tourism is the type of tourism that involves people travelling to different places for the sole purpose of eating local food and engaging in local food related activities. Culture is also an important part of the gastronomic tourist experience because local food signifies the culture of a destination. Meghalaya, a north-eastern state in India, is rich in culture which is an attraction to tourists. Food forms an important part of the Khasi culture of the Khasi tribe of Meghalaya. The Khasi culture is an attractive tourism product with its dances, festivals, attires, religious practices and so on, however, Khasi food is not yet celebrated as a cultural tourism product. Tourists who visit Meghalaya often miss out on tasting and eating Khasi food because of many reasons which are mentioned in this paper. This paper employs content analysis and anecdotal approach towards achieving the objective of projecting the prospective aspects of gastronomic tourism promotion in Meghalaya. Therefore, Khasi food has the prospect to be promoted as a tourism product of Meghalaya because it is inherent with the Khasi culture and accordingly gastronomic tourism in Meghalaya will be branded as an image and promoted for tourism development in the state

    Waste is one of the main pollutants of all vital elements of the environment both globally and locally. Thus, waste management is the foundation of long-term policies aimed at sustainable development, with a focus on reducing the volume of waste produced, recycling, reusing and disposing of it in an efficient and least polluting way. Waste management is a first step in the transition to a circular economy as this objective is included in the program implemented by the European Union in 2017. Also, achieving the global recycling target of 50% of waste generated aims to increase the level of recycling among population, the use of recycled materials and energy production. The main objective of this paper is underlined by the idea of outlining the role of waste in the context of the circular economy and to make the transition to a circular economy, given both the threats and the opportunities specific to this path. In this sense, the study aims first of all to identify the way in which waste has a beneficial global contribution, and secondly it aims to capitalize on the concept of circular economy and develop the main steps needed to substantiate that concept.

    The present paper reveals the results of a study undertaken with the tourist visiting Goa in the tourist season from December 2020 to March 2021, yielding 962 valid responses. The study\u27s objective was to analyze the impact of socio-demographic profiles of a tourist on the choice of alcohol, choice of drinkscapes and consumption patterns. Results point at a clear distinction between a wealthier, older group of tourists and gender contrasting with a lesser income and younger respondents with regards to the choice of alcohol and choice of drinkscapes. The findings may aid in understanding the alcohol consumption patterns of tourists and assist in better target marketing to each group while also comprehending the actual and prospective role of each group for beverage tourism
