CLIMATE IN ONE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE AND POSSIBILITIES OF ITS IMPROVEMENT
No full textThe goal of this article is to evaluate climate in one business enterprise and to suggest possibilities for its improvement. The following objectives were set to attain the established goal: 1) to disclose a contemporary attitude towards organisational climate; 2) to carry out quantitative research on climate in a business enterprise; 3) to suggest possibilities for improving organisational climate. The methods of scientific literature analysis and anonymous questionnaire survey were applied in the research, which allowed evaluating current climate of business enterprise objectively and suggesting possibilities for its improvement. So far Lithuanian business enterprises have not been investigated following the four factors predetermining climate in an enterprise, i.e., motivation, leadership, communication and organisational structure. Thus, possibilities for improving climate in a business enterprise can be applied in other business companies, which aim at ensuring successful and productive activities of their employees. The research results showed that good climate in an enterprise is predetermined by 1) friendly, understanding, kind, collaborating colleagues, who get along with each other; 2) a democratic, understanding and collaborating leader; 3) motivating salary. Considering this, it is recommended for a leader: 1) to build a team, whose members experience positive emotions working and relaxing together; 2) to contact with employees as much as possible; 3) to create an innovative and unique system of staff motivation that is suitable namely for his / her company. These possibilities for improving climate could contribute to solving problems not only in the investigated enterprise but also to dealing with those in a big number of other enterprise

Помимо появления и развития корпоративного подоходного налога, мы рассмотрим вопросы применения налогового механизма, сравнивая практику в Республике Молдова с лучшими известными практиками других стран. Подписание Соглашения об ассоциации с Европейским Союзом и стремление привести законодательство Республики Молдова в соответствие с международными стандартами и практикой повысили важность изучения вопроса о механизме подоходного налога для юридических лиц в Республике Молдова и сделали его абсолютно необходимым. необходимо для развития и гармонизации системы налогообложения. В этом контексте мы отмечаем, что налоговое законодательство и стандарты бухгалтерского учета требуют метаморфозы, чтобы привести их в соответствие с международной практикой. Учитывая длительное и разнообразное применение этого налогового инструмента государствами, которые прошли аналогичные шаги по гармонизации системы налогообложения, мы уверены, что он позволит Молдове ускориться эффективно и с меньшим количеством препятствий для достижения поставленных целей

No full textThe present research aims at the comparative analysis of the conditions that support the manifestation of the principle of autonomy in public administration in the administrative-territorial units, with particularization at the commune of Mérignac in France, Quebec province in Canada and Tudora commune in Romania. Through the approach, we found that, in support of local autonomy, the French territorial communities are communes, departments, regions, communities with special status, overseas communities; the Canadian territory is divided into provinces and territories, the province of Quebec being divided by municipalities, cities, parishes, villages, cantons, united cantons; the Romanian national community is divided into local communities formed into counties, municipalities, cities and communes. At the level of the three administrative-territorial units analyzed, human, material and financial public resources were identified, which together provide support for the applicability of the principle of autonomy. In addition, the consistency of local autonomy is also conferred by the recognition of the full competence of the local public administration authorities to manage the affairs of the administrative-territorial units. The fact that the acts of the local public administration authorities in the three territorial divisions are subject to control does not express a restriction on the principle of autonomy

No full textIn the historical context of the social disorganization in both rural and urban areas following the conclusion of military operations in the First World War, as well as the various tensions between the different factions and political structures at that time, the Agrarian Reform Law was drawn up, marked both by a series of benefits and by insurmountable deficiencies, given the context of its conception. The final outcome was a major change in the way the land fund was allocated and a shift in the balance of economic, social, and political powers of the Kingdom of Romania. In this respect, it should be noted that while the need for a fairer distribution of the land fund had been called for time and again, the oppressive political regimes that came to power only sought to preserve their status quo, the old de facto and de jure states. The 1918-1923 period was marked by a series of political and economic events with historical relevance, as shown by the extensive literature dealing with this topic, concentrating on coordinates such as: the establishment of the unitary national state in 1918 and the enlargement of the socio-economic patrimony of the Kingdom of Romania; the elimination of the census-type voting system; a firm commitment to the principles of democracy on the basis of a new fundamental organic law - the Constitution promulgated in 1923.
