ORIGINALITY OF THE GENRE POETICS IN V.A. NIKIFOROV-VOLGIN'S STORY "THE ROAD STAFF" IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PROSE OF THE RUSSIAN DIASPORA
Get PDFThe purpose of the article is to study the originality of the genre poetics in V.A. Nikiforov-Volgin’s story "The Road Staff" in the context of the prose of first-wave Russian diaspora – the works by I.A. Bunin ("Iz zapisok neizvestnogo" ["From the Notes of the Unknown"]) and I.S. Shmelev (short story "Blazhennye" ["The Blessed"]). The analysis convincingly shows that these works are an example of genre synthesis, which is dominated by features of the ancient Russian genres of "khozhenie" ["journey"], hagiography, and sermon. The authors emphasize the originality of the concept of "The Road Staff" in the context of Russian diaspora literature, demonstrating the synthesis of genre under the influence of ancient Russian genres and biblical, saintly reminiscences and allusions
EM BUSCA DA LINGUAGEM UNIVERSAL: Os Livros de Emblemas dos Séculos XVI e XVII
Get PDFIn the 16th and 17th centuries, books of emblems were a genre of publication with considerable circulation in the Old Continent. Written, published, re-edited and translated in the major publishing centers, the emblem books had pedagogical and recreational uses, in addition to serving as manuals for craftsmen and artists. This article approaches the main characteristics of these works, their context of production, the sources of inspiration mobilized by their authors, and the academic discussions around emblems. Special attention is given to the books considered to be the founders of the genre, the Emblematum Liber (1531) by Andrea Alciati and the Iconologia (1593) by Cesare Ripa. Thus, the potential of studies based on emblem books is explored throughout the text for a better understanding of images produced in the Renaissance.Nos séculos XVI e XVII, livros de emblemas foram um tipo de publicação de considerável circulação no Velho Continente. Escritos, publicados, reeditados e traduzidos nos grandes centros de publicação, os livros de emblemas tinham usos pedagógicos e recreacionais, além de servirem como manuais para artesãos e artistas. O presente artigo aborda as principais características dessas obras, seu contexto de produção, as fontes de inspiração mobilizadas pelos seus autores e as discussões acadêmicas em torno dos emblemas. Especial atenção é dada aos livros considerados fundadores do gênero, o Emblematum Liber (1531) de Andrea Alciati e a Iconologia (1593) de Cesare Ripa. AS GERÊNCIAS NOS HOSPITAIS PÚBLICOS E O PAPEL DAS CHEFIAS DE SERVIÇO SOCIAL
No full textIt is this writing of an essay, the fruit of bibliographical research, as well as observations and initial discussions which has been waged in the doctorate in Social Policy. The goal is to think like the changes that have occurred in the everyday life of the modes of management of hospitals, which are in line with current health policy in Brazil, impact the role of leadership/coordination of Social service teams and favour processes that contribute to the strengthening of the hegemonic model of health at the expense of "SUS historic" and Constitutional. Advocates that this influence, it causes contradictions and tensions, just demanding several requests to the/social workers, in management positions of teams, which are related to the request for productivity, for targets, for immediate responses, attuned to the managerial aspects of management (such as effectiveness, efficiency, targets among others). Contacted if, through bibliographical research, that to meet these requisitions, the professionals need to re-define its activities and actions, based on the design of democratic and participatory management contained in the Federal Constitution of 1988. And above all, be by reference, health, a public, universal and system of quality, which reinforces the existing values in the political and ethical project in wrestling category.Trata-se, este escrito, de um ensaio, fruto de pesquisa bibliográfica, bem como de observações e discussões iniciais que vem sendo travadas no doutorado em Política Social. O objetivo é pensar como as mudanças que tem ocorrido no cotidiano dos modos de gerência dos hospitais, que estão em consonância com a política de saúde vigente no Brasil, impactam o papel das chefias/coordenações de equipes de Serviço Social e protagonizam processos que contribuem para o fortalecimento do modelo hegemônico de saúde em detrimento do “SUS histórico” e Constitucional. Defende-se que essa influência, que provoca contradições e tensões, acaba demandando diversas requisições para os/as assistentes sociais, em cargos de gerência de equipes, que estão relacionados a solicitação por produtividade, por metas a atingir, por respostas imediatas, sintonizadas com os aspectos gerenciais da gestão (como eficácia, eficiência, metas dentre outros). Contatou-se, através da pesquisa bibliográfica, que para fazer frente a essas requisições, os/as profissionais precisam re-definir suas atividades e ações, tomando por base a concepção de gestão democrática e participativa contida na Constituição Federal de 1988. E acima de tudo, ter por referência, na saúde, um sistema público, universal e de qualidade, o que reforça também, os valores existentes no projeto ético político e nas lutas da categoria.

Get PDF The present work consists of a theoretical essay on the environmental issue, dealing with the paradigms and paradoxes of consumer society, given the natural limitations, which are consistent with the available amount of a resource or with the impacts of maintaining economic activity. Thus, it talks through data, information and conceptions, in face of the inability to sustain the predatory use of natural assets in favor of fulfilling needs, whether natural or constituted. Listing the movements of capital and private interest in favor of maintaining its profitability and systematic, expressed through the institutional dismantling of inspection, control and combating acts harmful to the environment, granting the pandemic period great setbacks and damage to nature as one all. In nominees, the mobilization of the law and its operators in favor of the protection of the general interest conceived in the figures of environmental protection and sustainable development models. Thus, this article seeks to explore the impossibility of maintaining and expanding consumption, given the neoliberal facet and its self-regulating and individualistic discursive, delimiting itself to the national territory, especially the Amazon case, which is the forest world, is present in a large part of the Brazilian territory and is in growing threat.O presente trabalho constitui-se de um ensaio teórico relativo à questão ambiental, tratando dos paradigmas e paradoxos da sociedade de consumo, frente às limitações naturais seja estas condizentes com a quantidade disponível de um recurso ou com os impactos da manutenção da atividade econômica. Assim, discorre através de dados, informações e concepções, frente à incapacidade de sustentar a utilização predatória dos bens naturais em prol da realização das necessidades, sejam estas naturais ou constituídas. Elencando as movimentações do capital e do interesse privado em prol da manutenção de sua lucratividade e sistemática, expressos através do desmonte institucional de órgãos de fiscalização, controle e combate a atos danosos ao meio ambiente, outorgando ao período pandêmico grandes retrocessos e danos a natureza como um todo. Em oposição, a mobilização do direito e de seus operadores em prol da proteção do interesse geral concebidos nas figuras da proteção ambiental e dos modelos de desenvolvimento sustentável. Desta forma, o presente artigo busca explorar a impossibilidade de manutenção e expansão do consumo, em face da faceta neoliberal e sua discursiva auto reguladora e individualista, delimitando-se ao território nacional, em especial ao caso amazônico, fato que trata-se da maior floresta tropical do mundo, faz-se presente em grande parte do território brasileiro e encontra-se em crescente ameaça
EFEITOS DA GEOPOLÍTICA NEOLIBERAL: ANÁLISE DA SITUAÇÃO DA AMAZÔNIA EM MEIO À PANDEMIA DA COVID-19
Get PDFCenter of attention during 2020, the recent pandemic caused by Covid-19 removed from the main media agenda the devastation practiced against the Amazon in anti- environmental measures caused by the rise of neoliberal policies. According to Weber, the law in capitalism is molded from the material to the formal sense, that is, the morals of the ruling class are formalized and imposed in a positive law. In this sense, the ruling class in the agricultural sector and their political allies enjoyed the media chaos provided by Covid-19 to deprecate environmental heritage for their own benefit and "pass infra-legal deregulation reforms", as stated by former Environment Minister Ricardo Salles. Bearing in mind the panoramas of globalization regarding the predatory use of the Amazonian soil and its solely economic foundation, it is up to the work to analyze the effects that such exploitation imposes on human health in the midst of the environmental crisis.Centro das atenções durante o ano de 2020, a recente pandemia causada pela Covid-19 suprimiu das principais pautas midiáticas a devastação praticada contra a Amazônia em medidas antiambientalistas causadas pela ascensão de políticas neoliberais. Segundo Weber, o Direito no capitalismo é moldado do sentido material para o formal, isto é, a moral da classe dominante é formalizada e imposta em um direito positivo. Nesse sentido, a classe dominante do setor agropecuário e seus aliados políticos desfrutaram do caos midiático proporcionado pela Covid-19 para depredar patrimônio ambiental em benefício próprio e "passar reformas infralegais de desregulamentação", conforme dito pelo antigo Ministro do Meio Ambiente, Ricardo Salles. Tendo em vista os panoramas da globalização a respeito do uso predatório do solo amazônico e sua fundamentação unicamente econômica, cabe ao trabalho tecer análise sobre os efeitos que tal exploração impõe à saúde humana em meio à crise ambiental

PARA UMA CRÍTICA DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS NA ERA DA BIOPOLÍTICA
Get PDFA presente pesquisa possui como principal objetivo realizar uma crítica biopolítica dos direitos humanos. Para sua consecução, foi proposta, em primeiro lugar, a partir de um diálogo com a história do direito, uma genealogia do moderno sujeito de direito, a base jurídico-filosófica da ideia de direitos humanos, e que foi aqui identificada como uma teoria tradicional dos direitos humanos. Depois, buscou-se apresentar, em um segundo momento, as radicais críticas de Karl Marx e de Hannah Arendt quanto a abstratalidade e mera formalidade das declarações de direitos humanos. Por fim, tendo como base sobretudo a contribuição fornecida pelos aportes teóricos de Giorgio Agamben, foi promovida uma crítica dos direitos humanos na era da biopolítica, a qual tem como principal desiderato denunciar as aporias que ficam veladas numa teoria tradicional dos direitos humanos, uma vez que esta possui, como ponto de fuga irretratável, a figura do refugiado, o conceito-limite que põe em radical crise as categorias fundamentais do Estado-nação e a própria ideia de direitos humanos
POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE COMBATE À VIOLÊNCIA PATRIMONIAL E FINANCEIRA AO IDOSO EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
Get PDFEste trabalho almeja demonstrar como a pandemia da covid-19 impactou no aumento da violência contra a pessoa idosa e de que forma pode-se pensar em políticas públicas para combater violências, em especial a violência financeira e patrimonial, de forma a assegurar seus direitos e dignidade. Abordar-se-á como a vulnerabilidade desses grupos foi acentuada com o advento do coronavírus, alocando-os nos “grupos de risco” e excluindo-os da vida em sociedade, o que resultou em um agravamento do preconceito e fortalecimento de práticas discriminatórias contra os idosos. Serão estudados conceitos de políticas públicas para demonstrar como elas podem auxiliar na concretização de direitos, analisando-se o papel do direito nesta seara. Por fim, serão trazidos alguns dados sobre a violência contra a pessoa idosa, demonstrando-se como algumas campanhas e ações estão sendo pensadas para tentar combater a violência financeira e patrimonial. Quanto à metodologia, utilizou-se das pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, possibilitando a construção de análises críticas, temáticas, interpretativas e comparativas, a fim de despertar a curiosidade epistemológica quanto ao objeto de investigação científica
A LINGUAGEM COMO CONDIÇÃO DE POSSIBILIDADE PARA A COMPREENSÃO DOS FUNDAMENTOS CONSTITUCIONAIS DO CÓDIGO DE PROCESSO CIVIL/2015: DA FILOSOFIA DA CONSCIÊNCIA À FILOSOFIA HERMENÊUTICA NO PROCESSO
Get PDFThis papper aims to investigate the new foundations of the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure, as Law 13.105/2015 was innovative in expressing the obligation to observe the principle guidelines of the Federal Constitution of 1988 and how, to In such an understanding, the hermeneutic focus must be shifted from a philosophy of consciousness, which still dominates procedural thinking, to a philosophy of language included in the process. Thus, through the hermeneutic-critical methodology, we seek to answer the problem of how hermeneutics can help to build a philosophy in the process so that the 2015 CPC can be interpreted and applied in accordance with constitutional principles consistent with the State Democratic Law. Thus, with the use of a theoretical hermeneutics matrix and through the method of historical and monographic procedure, it is concluded that hermeneutics is essential for the construction of new directions for the civil process because it recognizes that language is not just an instrument , but rather a condition of possibility to insert the practical world into the process, which makes it possible to overcome the subject-object scheme and enables the achievement of the constitutionally correct answer, as is the objective of the 2015 CPC.O presente artigo tem como objetivo investigar os novos fundamentos do Código de Processo Civil de 2015, visto que a lei 13.105/2015 foi inovadora ao trazer de forma expressa a obrigatoriedade de observância das diretrizes principiológicas da Constituição Federal de 1988 e como, para tal compreensão, deve-se mudar o foco hermenêutico, de um filosofia da consciência, que ainda domina o pensamento processualista, para um filosofia da linguagem incluída no processo. Assim, através da metodologia hermenêutico-crítica, busca-se responder ao problema de como a hermenêutica poderá auxiliar na construção de uma filosofia no processo de modo que o CPC de 2015 possa ser interpretado e aplicado de acordo com os princípios constitucionais condizentes com o Estado Democrático de Direito. Deste modo, com o uso de uma matriz teórica hermenêutica e através do método de procedimento histórico e monográfico, conclui-se que a hermenêutica é imprescindível para a construção de novos rumos para o processo civil porque ela reconhece que a linguagem não é apenas um instrumento, mas sim condição de possibilidade para inserir o mundo prático dentro do processo, o que possibilita a superação do esquema sujeito-objeto e viabiliza o alcance da resposta constitucionalmente correta, tal qual é o objetivo do CPC de 2015
