    FAKTOR RISIKO STUNTING PADA ANAK BALITA DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH

    Stunting is stunted growth in children due to malnutrition. It can affect children's cognitive and physical development, increase the risk of infection, and significantly contribute to child morbidity and mortality. This study aims to analyze the risk factors for stunting in children under five (13-59 months). The study used a case-control design to compare previous exposure to stunting and normal children under five. Measurements and interviews were conducted with 120 children under five and their mothers. The SPSS (24.0) was used for the Chi-square and Odds Ratio (alpha = 5%) test. The study found the risk factors for stunting under five, poor income (OR = 4.75; 95% CI 2.18-10.33), not getting exclusive breastfeeding (OR = 5.29; 95% CI 2.39-11.68) ), there is no access to clean water (OR = 3.00; 95% CI 1.42–6.32), and healthy latrines (OR = 3.73; 95% CI 1.75-7.94). Increasing the nutritional status of pre-pregnant and pregnant women and access to clean water and healthy latrines to prevent infection is an urgent need to be implemented immediately.Â

    Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) untuk menilai bahaya dan membentuk sistem pengendalian yang berfokus pada pencegahan. Ketoprak merupakan makanan jajanan yang di jual oleh pedagang kaki lima sehingga memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengamanan makanan dengan angka kuman pada makanan.Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang ketoprak yang berjualan di Bandar Lampung. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik klaster dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 32 pedagang ketoprak. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan penilaian angka kuman makanan dengan metode angka lempeng total (ALT). Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square, untuk menilai hubungan hasil faktor risiko cemaran dengan angka kuman pada pangan makanan.Hasil penelitian mendapatkan sebanyak 18,8% (N=32) sampel makanan mengandung bakteri, dan 21,9% pedagang belum menerapkan pengamanan makanan. Risiko pedagang tidak menerapkan pengamanan makanan dengan baik meningkatkan risiko 60,0 (4,52-97,08) kali. Perlu upaya bersama untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pedagang dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hygiene sanitasi pengelolaan makanan

    Pneumonia adalah infeksi akut pada paru-paru, yang mengakibatkan paru-paru terisi cairan sehingga terjadi gangguan pernafasan akibat penurunan kemampuan paru-paru dalam menyerap oksigen. Salah satu faktor risiko ekstrinsik pneumonia adalah kondisi rumah. Rumah yang tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan terkait erat dengan penyakit berbasis lingkungan salah satunya penyakit pneumonia. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan komponen rumah sehat terhadap kejadian penyakit pneumonia pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.Penelitian ini adalah studi analitik yaitu penelitian untuk menggali bagaimana dan mengapa suatu fenomena kesehatan terjadi dan melakukan analisis dinamika korelasi antara faktor risiko dan faktor efek dengan rancangan penelitian kasus kontrol (case control).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia. Komponen rumah yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia adalah ventilasi (p value: 0,033, OR= 4,041), langit-langit (p value: 0,017, OR= 6,769) dan lantai (p value: 0,038, OR= 2,627) dan komponen perilaku yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia adalah anggota keluarga merokok (p value: 0,033, OR= 4,041) dan kebiasaan membuka jendela (p value: 0,045, OR= 2,455). Saran yang diberikan adalah mengurangi kebiasaan merokok di dalam rumah, meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai rumah sehat dan pencegahan pneumonia serta rutin melakukan perbaikan lingkungan rumah dengan cara membersihkan rumah

    The effect of anemia in pregnancy is not good for the mother, both during pregnancy, childbirth, and in the puerperium. One of the foods that contain iron is seaweed. Seaweed (Eucheuma sp) is one of the foodstuffs that contain several intermediate compounds needed in the synthesis of hemoglobin such as iron, protein, and vitamin B complex. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of seaweed juice (Eucheuma sp) on increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the first trimester of anemia. This study was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 30 pregnant women in the first trimester who met the inclusion criteria of the study. Researchers measured Hb levels before after being given seaweed juice, the statistical test used was the Paired T-Test test, p-value= 0,000. The conclusion from this study was that seaweed juice could increase Hb levels in first-trimester pregnant women with anemia

    An increase in the number of street children saved by the world due to several factors such as family problems, poverty, difficulties in the household, parents, challenges, and family assistance are also reasons why children prefer to choose the road. This literature review aims to analyze or find out about health problems in street children. After reviewing the 5 articles, it can be concluded that three problems are often faced by street children, namely physical, psychological and social health problems. The problem of street children is a shared responsibility, the need for the role of cross-sectoral cooperation, both government, community, and educational institutions to solve the problems of street children.  From this research, it is concluded that three problems are often faced by street children, namely physical, psychological and social health problems. Physical problems often experienced by street children are growth and nutrition problems, physical injuries, parasites and community-acquired infectious diseases, sexual and reproductive health problems, sexual violence and abuse, drug use and abuse. Meanwhile, the psychological problems of street children include psychiatric disorders such as depression, hopelessness, and suicidal thoughts. The social health problems of street children are economic and social. Street children are also often victims of neglect, psychological, physical, sexual abuse and are susceptible to sexually transmitted infections.Â

    Breastfeeding in a sitting position for 30 minutes with the mother's hand supporting the baby causes maternal fatigue. One way to increase motivation, breast milk production and reduce musculoskeletal disorder is by using a breastfeeding pillow. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a breastfeeding pillow on motivation, milk production, and musculoskeletal disorder of breastfeeding mothers in the Pringsewu Regency in 2020. This study is a quasi-research. experiment with post-test design with control group design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the number of samples was 48 breastfeeding mothers 0-1 months. The intervention group used a redesigned breastfeeding pillow, the control group used a regular breastfeeding pillow. The data were processed with univariate (mean) and bivariate analysis with Independent T-Test and Hotelling T-Test. The results showed that on average the respondents had the motivation to breastfeed in the high category, breast milk production in the good category, and musculoskeletal disorder in the not sick category. There were significant differences in motivation for breastfeeding, milk production, and musculoskeletal disorders between the group of mothers who used the redesigned breastfeeding pillow and the group that used the regular breastfeeding pillow. To midwives to promote the use of redesigned breastfeeding pillows to help increase motivation, milk production, and breastfeeding comfort so that musculoskeletal disorders do not occur and researchers can conduct further research with other variables that can affect motivation, milk production, and musculoskeletal disorders in breastfeeding mothers

    Literature Review: Model PRECEDE dapat Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup Pasien dengan Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)

    One type of cardiovascular disease that often occurs is coronary heart disease. Although the coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedure can help overcome coronary heart disease problems, the post-CABG recovery stage can also lead to an increase in angina symptoms (chest pain), decreased ability to exercise, and mostly in the Quality of dimension life. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the effectiveness of the PRECEDE educational model in reducing depression and improving quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease who have CABG. This idea seems reasonable was carried out by searching through databases in PubMed and ScienceDirect until May 13, 2020, for nursing studies in chronic heart disease patients with CABG. Two articles were found that were suitable for a literature review. Findings from the literature suggest that designing educational interventions according to the PRECEDE model significantly improves all aspects of a patient's quality of life. Providing educational programs with the PRECEDE model can reduce depression in patients with CABG. This PRECEDE educational model can reduce depression and increase QoL in patients with Coronary heart disease who have undergone CABG

    Nutrition is one of the important factors that determine the level of health between physical and mental development. Well greatly affects the concentration and intelligence of children in receiving and absorbing any knowledge obtained at school. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between eating behavior and nutritional status with the mental health status of students in Jayapura State Instruction Waena Permai. This research uses quantitative methods with correlation design and data collection techniques used questionnaires and structured interviews. Respondents in this study were all students in grades V and VI with age criteria 10-13 years with a sample of 40 respondents. The result of this study was, the eating behavior of class V and VI respondents most often consumed rice, eggs, fish, water spinach, bananas, and sweet tea. Nutritional status in class V and VI respondents was normal, and most mental health in class V and VI respondents was abnormal. In the conclusion of this study, there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and mental health with a significant value of 0.949

    Health care usually is focused on first-level health services (Puskesmas) to reduce the cost of health care covered by the BPJS Kesehatan. The quarterly visiting data of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) participants in the Inderalaya Puskesmas show a fluctuating trend. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of attribute towards the quality of health care service to the outpatient covered by JKN in the Inderalaya Puskesmas throughout 2018. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research method using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The sample of this study were 122 JKN participants chosen by accidental sampling in the site. Data gathering was conducted with the questionnaires of expectation and reality consisting of eight quality dimensions and 30 attributes of statements. The overall conformity level in this study is 94.16%. The study found many respondents are dissatisfied with five care namely effectiveness (93.14%), physical/direct evidence (91.93%), reliability (93.86%), responsiveness (93.07%), and insurance (93.24%). Results of the cartesian-diagram analysis suggest that from 30 attributes, there were four attributes in the A quadrant, 12 attributes in the B quadrant, 11 attributes in the C quadrant, and three attributes in the D quadrant

    Faktor Pemanfaatan Imunisasi Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV)

    The low utilization of IPV immunization services in Palembang in 2017 was 66,7% while the national target was 95%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the utilization of IPV immunization services in Palembang. The study was conducted in September-October 2018, the population was 3570 mothers who had babies who were targeted by IPV immunization, 400 samples of mothers who have babies are targeted by IPV immunization in 5 health centers in Palembang by random sampling. Research using quantitative methods with cross-sectional design. Data collection instruments were questionnaires based on the concept of health trust models, interviews, and observations, the data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 84.5% of mothers used IPV immunization services in Palembang. The results of multiple logistic regression showed that the family support variable (PR=2,015), knowledge of the mother variable (PR=2,164), the availability of health care facility variables (PR=2,376), and variable support for health workers (PR=3,601) affect the utilization of IPV immunization services in Palembang City. Conclusion: variable support for health workers is the variable that has the greatest influence on the utilization of IPV immunization services in Palembang
