    Communication Patterns of the Qadariyah Naqsabandiyah Tarekat in Gawan Tradition in Mlagen Rembang

    This study aims to explore the unique traditions among the people of the qadariyah naqsabandiyah tarekat, Mlagen village, Pamotan sub-district, Rembang district, Central Java. Descriptive research method with the phenomenology. The interview technique used purposive sampling, interview by selecting sources in accordance with the direction of the study. The researcher did not select samples randomly, but actually looked for samples that matched the criteria. The results showed that gawan has indirectly become a tradition for the community. They will come to the kyai carrying gawan. The community will get a reward in the form of a level increase. As a tradition, if it is not carried out, the community will be embarrassed and embarrassed by itself. So that limitations and status as a poor family does not become a barrier for the community to improve the quality of worship.

    Reality Counseling Approach as A Preventive Effort for People with Disabilities

    This paper aims to provide a conceptual framework regarding the reality counseling approach as a preventive effort for persons with disabilities. The problems faced by individuals with disabilities are essentially very complex and can be viewed from various aspects. In general, it can be grouped into three, namely learning barriers, developmental delays, and developmental disabilities. To foster a social spirit with disabilities, it is necessary to have facilities that can provide information, namely counseling guidance activities. One effort that can be done is through reality counseling. The concept of reality counseling is to emphasize the responsibility of persons with disabilities in responding to current conditions and to encourage the counselee to face the current reality

    Android Snake Ladder on Triangle using TGT Learning Model to Increase Learning Motivation

    The aims of this research were developing mathematics learning media based on android using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning type on triangle materials to improve learning motivation of class VII Junior High School students according to these validity, practical, and effective criterias through snake ladder game. The subject of this research were 28 students of class VII D SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu.  This research based on ADDIE developing model contains 5 steps: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of this research showed that mathematics learning media based on android using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning type on triangle materials to improve learning motivation of class VII Junior High School students was completed on: (1) validity aspect through material expert validation with score 64 and categorized very good in criteria also media expert validation with score 64 and categorized very good in criteria. (2) practical aspect through mathematics learning media based on android tested to 28 students with student response questionnaire score was 1.053 and categorized good in  criteria. (3) effectiveness aspect through increasing learning motivation students as much as 26% from 54% to 80%. So, it can be concluded that mathematics learning media based on android is appropriate for learning activity and beneficial to improve learning motivation students

    Implementation of marriage itsbat in Aceh

    This paper describes the process of marriage itsbat in Aceh and its approval factors despite its non-compliance with the applicable provisions. From the study results, it is known that the judge determining marriage itsbat prioritized benefit (maslahah) for the litigants. Its approval is considered to have more positive impacts, both for the litigants and their children. When it is granted, their marriage has had legal force and is recognized by the state, with the result that the litigants and their children have the same rights as those who register their marriage.     In the 13th years of prophecy, Prophet Muhammad PBUH along with 75 followers of him went to Yastrib, later turned to Medina City. The people of Yastrib who yearned for wise leader than asked Prophet Muhammad SAW to became their leader. Later, Prophet Muhammad PBUH established The Medina Charter which became the legal foundation for the governance in Yastrib. The Medina Charter confirmed the principles of the community such as tolerance, brotherhood, amr ma’ruf nahi munkar, equality, discussion, justice and balance. These principles became basic foundation in term of government and social affairs. This concept of civil society which built by Prophet Muhammad PBUH was relevant to the Indonesian society of which plural and grounded by kinship and mutual cooperation. The concept of civil society could make harmonious society in Indonesia and eliminated various irregularities and chaos within the governance or society. This could be done by SWOT analysis through minimalized the weaknesses and threats along with maximalized strengths and opportunities within Indonesian society

    Social media marketing and brand personality to brand loyalty with brand trust and brand equity as a mediator

    This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and brand personality on brand loyalty with brand trust and brand equity as intervening variables for Islamic bank customers. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents of Islamic bank customers in Indonesia who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Path analysis and the Sobel test were used to test the hypothesis of the relationship between variables. The results show that social media marketing, brand trust, brand equity partially have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Meanwhile, brand personality is not significant to brand loyalty. The F test shows that social media marketing, brand personality, brand trust, and brand equity simultaneously positively and significantly affect brand loyalty. The Sobel test in path analysis shows that brand trust and brand equity can mediate the relationship between social media marketing and brand personality on brand loyalty

    Analysis of Factors Affecting Public Interest in Investing in the Capital Market

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence public interest in investing in the capital market in the people of Semarang Regency, Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample is the community or residents of Semarang as many as 62 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data processing using SPSS program. The method of analysis with multiple linear regression model. In this research, the data analysis technique and variable measurement used validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results of the research test are that the variables of knowledge, income, and motivation have a significant positive effect on people's interest in investing in the capital market.     Analysis of Professional Competence of Mathematics Education Students during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have penetrated all aspects of human life, including education. One of the pandemic consequences is that universities require that lectures be carried out online, where may affect student learning outcomes. This study aimed at determining the impact of online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic on the professional competence of students as mathematics pre-service teacher at the Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. This was quantitative research. The population were the first semester students in 2020 at the Mathematics Education Department of Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. The research sample was taken through random cluster sampling, including 30 students from the population. The data were obtained using a professional competency test instrument. The data processing method used one-sample average statistical test by comparing with the professional competency scores of students in 2018. Based on the study results, it was found that there was a significant decrease in the professional competency scores of Mathematics Education students whose lectures were conducted online during the Covid-pandemic 19 compared to the professional competency scores of Mathematics Education students whose lectures were conducted face-to-face

    Language environment has been used as an Arabic learning strategy. However, not every strategy is successful in improving Arabic language competence. This article aimed at understanding: (1) the phenomenon of the establishment of Arabic language environment in higher education, and (2) the contribution of Arabic language environment in improving language competence through the language acquisition process. So far, these aspects were neglected in previous studies. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study model. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. They were analyzed in detail since the beginning of collection, description and reduction, and verification. The results showed that the establishment of language environment at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang was carried out by establishing student dormitories, native speakers and student activity forums such as Arabic camp, public lectures, debates, discussions, public speaking, learning outside the classroom and competition. The influence of the Arabic language environment on the language acquisition is indicated by the students' speaking ability after 6 months of learning Arabic, participation in Arabic competition, writing Arabic scientific papers, and using Arabic in learning meetings. In conclusion, it turns out that the establishment of an Arabic language environment can be carried out in universities and can improve Arabic language competence. This article provided suggestions for effective use of the Arabic language environment as a language skill learning strategy

    Al-Jahiz is an Arabic linguist discussing ancient and modern linguistic theories, but most of the current generation ((Arabic linguists) do not know much about him. This study aimed to examine the concept of Al-Jahiẓ on disabilities of kinetics (Al-harakiyah) and disclosure (Al-Bayaniyah) in using language. The method used was descriptive qualitative which would describe and analyze in depth the concept of Al-Jahiẓ in terms of kinetics and disclosure disabilities. The primary data sources were collected through documentation of Al-Jahiz books and others that discussed his findings. Based on the results, it was concluded that: According to Al-Jahiẓ, disabilities of kinetics (Al-harakiyah) include the presence of several movements made by the speaker during speaking or speech indicating turbulence, instability and composure, such as clearing throat or coughing. While the disabilities of disclosure (Al-Bayaniyah) include Al- ‘Ayyu Al-ḥaṣru, Al-Bik’u, Al-Faḥmu, As-Salāṭotu, Al-Hażru
