    “All the transactions in the world economy are stopped due to corona virus. The boarders of all the countries are closed down. It is a situation like a world war. But in the world war, the borders are not sealed or closed. But today situation is very different. The India is also suffering from this epidemic corona virus. All the border of the country is also sealed. The whole transactions are closed down. Production, trading, building, construction, financial, travelling, tourism, transport, agricultural, services and small and medium enterprises are all stopped. One cannot imagine like this situation in the country. The Mumbai, people say never stopped, is also stopped in this situation. The only one solution for this situation is stay at home. But staying at home cannot solve the financial and other needs of the human being. Therefore, under this paper, the researcher finds out the impact of covid 19 virus on economy and possible remedies.

    Dr. B.R Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar was one of the prime architects of Indian constitution. He was a blend of a true freedom fighter and a deep scholar who not only wanted to free India from the British Rule but also transform India into a country where there is freedom for everyone. He worked all his life for the upliftment of the Dalits and bring Social justice in the society. Even though he was criticized hard and was called a challenge to Hinduism, his work for eradication of social evils like caste system was remarkable. Ambedkar, as an economist too was noteworthy. He also believed in modernization and technological upliftment.  He, in fact was a multi faceted personalility. This paper throws light on his contribution towards women emancipation, gender equality, electoral voting rights and compulsory education for all segments of the society, creating awareness about various unjust practices like child marriages and devdasi system. It basically intends to discuss his contribution towards the upliftment and empowerment of downtrodden women in the Indian society

YONO compromises services from over 60 e-commerce companies withtravel planning, online shopping, taxi booking, online education and offline retail. YONO also offers conventional mobile banking services such as fund transfers, bank account opening, cashless bill payments, and loans.     USING SOLUTION FOCUSED BRIEF COUNSELING TO REDUCE AXIENTY IN FACING THE EXAMINATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

    ABSTRACTVocational high school students are in the late adolescent development phase. One of the characteristics of late adolescents is emotional instability, which is indicated by anxiety in the face of exams. Considering anxiety can hamper student academic achievement, there is a need for assistance through a Solution Focus Concise Counseling approach. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Solution Focused Brief Counseling to reduce anxiety in facing exams for vocational high school students. This study uses an experimental research design with a single subject design. The form of research design used is Baseline (A1) à Intervention (B) à Baseline (A2). The subjects of this study were 6 students of class XII vocational high school (SMKN 1 Kota Kediri). Data were collected using anxiety scales, observation guidelines, and interview guidelines. Data analysis using visual data analysis, and statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test. The results of the study showed that Solution Focused Brief Counseling effectively reduced student anxiety in facing the exam. This approach focuses on helping students set goals and solutions, foster a sense of optimism, and foster student motivation to change their behavior through various techniques used in Solution Focused Brief Counseling, so that the anxiety problems experienced can be immediately addressed. Based on research findings and discussions it is recommended for the counselor should use the Solution Focused Brief Counseling approach in reducing student anxiety when facing exams. For counselees, can help to reduce anxiety facing the test experienced by them. For further researchers can take research subjects from different grade levels such as vocational high school students class XII. Key Words: Solution focused brief counseling, axienty, examination, vocational high school student

Indian government also supports this ecosystem by providing funds, technology and necessary infrastructure. With business friendly environment India can replicate the success story of IT and ITES sector which contributes 9 percent to Indian GDP

    A study of Facial Flow of a 3D Character for Animation

    Three dimensional animation is intensively used by may popular films like "Jaurasic park", "Spiderman", Hulk and many more since last three decades. It becomes the integral part of almost all vfx films. When a 3d character walks in front of a virtual camera, it need to have a realistic facial expression to convince the audience. So in order to have a good facial expression, the characters need to have a good facial flow. Facial flow refers to the flow of line, and vertices in 3d mesh. Three-dimensional mesh is a virtual material by which a three-dimensional object or a character comprises. In this article we will try to understand how this 3d flow works and effects the overall performance of facial expressions. We will understand how the mechanism of facial flow linked with the actual muscle system of face. At the end, we conclude that how facial expressions can make or break a film

    In recent years Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) emerged as an effective tool for poverty alleviation and upliftment of deprived community into main streamline of the development.  Government sponsored programme is not enough to cover entire section of society due to large size and huge population of India. Government, Social Activist, Media, Regulator, International organization etc. has been putting pressure on corporates for its social welfare activity. After the introduction of The Companies Act, 2013 in India, Companies which fulfill certain criteria, have to spend mandatorily in social welfare activities. Section 135 of The Companies Act, 2013 mainly focuses on large companies due to its ability to spend in welfare activity. Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is India’s one of the largest company by market capitalization with business across petroleum, power, textile, communication, retail etc. spreading all over the world. Since RIL earns huge profit every year, therefore it’s legal as well as moral responsibility of the company to bring deprived community into main streamline by spending in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund. This paper portrays CSR initiative taken by RIL and its spending pattern across the different segment of the development. The study is based on secondary data taken from annual report of RIL and National CSR Data Portal, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India
