The Effect of Tai Chi Exercise on Reduction the Risk of Falls in the Elderly: A Literature Review
The risk of falls in the elderly increases with age. Even though there are many complications that occur if the elderly fall, Tai Chi exercise is one of the best fall prevention exercises, compared to other exercise programs that focus on muscle strength.
Aims: This study aims to summarize studies on the effectiveness of Tai Chi Exercises to reduce falls in the elderly.
Methods: a literature review using three databases (Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Sciendirect) for previous studies published from 2017 to 2022. The CASP format PRISMA guidelines and the PICOT framework were used to assess study quality assist in article selection, and define criteria—research inclusion.
Results: A total of 5 articles from 65 studies were included in the review process. The results showed that Tai Chi exercise significantly reduced the risk and fear of falling in the elderly. The gentle and coordinated Tai Chi movements can increase the flexibility of the lower extremities. Conclusion: Tai Chi exercise can be ascertained as an activity for healthy elderly has many benefits, mainly to prevent the risk of falling.

Effect of Stress Ball on Stress and Anxiety in Hemodialysis Patients
Introduction: Chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy experience various physical and mental problems that contribute to psychological disorders such as stress and anxiety. It can affect the mental and physical components of poor quality of life. A stress ball is one of the therapies that is considered the cheapest and easiest to use for dealing with stress and anxiety.
Purpose: To determine the effect of Stress Ball on Stress and Anxiety in hemodialysis patients.
Methods: The research design is a quasi-experimental one-group pre and post-test. The research sample was 34 hemodialysis patients members of Komunitas Pasien Cuci Darah Indonesia Jawa Barat (KCPDI West Java) with consecutive sampling techniques. Bivariate analysis using paired t-test. Respondents were asked to squeeze a stress ball for approximately 20-30 minutes in eight successive dialysis sessions. The instruments used are the Distress thermometer (DT) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI).
Results: Stress ball intervention affects stress and anxiety levels in HD patients with each P-value of 0.000. The average difference between pre-test and post-test stress levels is 1.55 with the at-count value of 6.95 > t-table 2.03. At the same time, the difference between the average pre-test and post-test anxiety levels is 5.74 with an at-count value of 6.25> t-table 2.03. Conclusion: Stress ball has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels in hemodialysis patients.
Suggestion: Stress balls can be non-pharmacological therapy to reduce stress and anxiety problems for hemodialysis patients

Moving Cupping and Wet Cupping Based on Bibliometric Analysis and Review: The Novelty of Combination Cupping
Aims: Describe the significance of the bibliography in assisting cupping research.
Methods: This research is a descriptive analytic study. using the Publish or Perish software, the title is about cupping, the period 0–2022 and then analyzed using VOSviewer, after that reviewing articles about moving cupping and wet cupping for the period 2019–2022.
Results:Found 1057 articles about cupping indexed by Scopus. There were four large clusters in the journal network. Wet cupping tended to be new in publication but wet cupping did not appear in overlays. Wet cupping had relatively many publications compared to moving cupping. The differences in procedures, even though the intervention was the same in cases with wet cupping therapy and cases with moving cupping therapy, were striking.
Conclusion: According to VOS observers, even though scientific papers about cupping have been researched since 1826 and indexed by Scopus, wet cupping is still popular and the combination of moving and wet cupping is still hardly ever explored.
Recommendation: The bibliography can be used as a reference for the collection of research results and as a reference for other researchers to determine the variables of cupping research
The Relationship of Brith Ball Therapy on Primigravida Mothers With A Fair Delivery Process
Aims: Pain in childbirth has the highest degree of pain, caused many women are not ready to have children because day imagine the pain that wiil be presented at the time of labor later.
Objectives: The general objective of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of brith ball therapy on pain intensity in labour. Methods: Pain was measured using numeric pain scale from 0 to 10 (0 indicating no pain and 10 indicating severe pain). Univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test analysis.
Results: Of the 50 respondent mothers who carried out the variable therapy pre-test british ball who were very painful and 29 respondents had pain (58%) and a minority had little pain, 21 people (42%). And on the post-test respondent the least pain was increased by 32 respondents (64%), While the minority of pain was quite severe as many as 18 respondents (36%). A 0.00<0.05. The result are expected to have an effect on british therapy on labor pain. The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis with a dgree of significance(a)=0.05 and a P value of 0.00 were obtained (a<0.05) which can be seen from the value which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion: there is an effect british ball therapy on labor pain. Future studies should be conducted using bigger sample size to explore the true effect using experimental study.
