    Factors Affecting Perineal Wound Healing in Postpartum Women at Puskesmas X

    Aims: There were 2.7 million cases of perineal lacerations or lesions among birthing mothers worldwide in 2019. This number is projected to reach 6,300,000 by 2050. In Indonesia, 75% of vaginally birthing women encounter perineal lacerations or wounds. 57% of mothers who had spontaneous vaginal births in the year 1951 obtained perineal sutures (28% due to episiotomy and 28% due to spontaneous tears). Objectives: To determine the effect of knowledge, personal hygiene and early mobilization, family environment, and culture on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at Puskesmas X in 2022. Methods: The research design utilized a cross-sectional, analytic survey methodology. Cross-sectional methodology. There were as many as 28 postpartum women in this study who suffered perineal injuries. The data technique is incorporated into the SPSS program\u27s univariate statistical calculations.. Results: The results of this study indicate that there are influences of knowledge, personal hygiene, early mobilization, family environment and culture on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers. With a value of p = 0.005, p = 0.034, p = 0.014, p = 0.001, p = 0.004. Conclusion : Knowledge, personal hygiene, early mobilization, family environment, and culture impact perineal wound healing in health centers in 2022, with a significant relationship

    Aims: Hemodialysis is one of kidney replacement therapy that is mostly performed by patients with chronic kidney failure. Changes in various physical and psychological conditions that cause CKD patients on hemodialysis will find excessive stressors. One of the alternative and complementary therapies to achieve self-healing is mind body and spirit therapy. The human aspect is an integral part of a number of therapies such as prayer, health, and yoga. Objective: Determine the effect of Islamic self healing n the level of self-efficacy in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis Methods: This research was quasi-experimental  pretest-posttest with control group design. The samples were collected approximately 40 by randomly sampling during 12-26 July 2022. The population in this study was all patients who underwent hemodialysis routinely at a RSUD dr. Soedarso. The self-efficacy was measured by the chronic kidney disease (CKD) self-efficacy instrument: development and psychometric evaluation. The analysis technique in this study was sample paired t test and Mann Whitney test. Result: The results of this study indicate that most of the respondents are female (65%), have an average age of 51 years, and have the last elementary school education as much as 68%. The results of the sample paired t test in the control group were (0.40), the intervention group (0.002). Then the results of the Mann Whitney test on the efficacy value after 4 weeks of intervention showed a sig. 0.000. Conclusion: This can be done with the interdisciplinary involvement of care and psychological teams. It is recommended that spiritual therapy be included in the treatment program by health professionals, included in teaching programs, and used on a personal level for nurses and hemodialysis patients

    The Effect of Responsiveness and Assurance of Nurses on Patient Satisfaction in the Emergency RSU UKI

    Aims: The nursing field needs to be more professional because people are becoming more picky about the health services they want.  Service providers need to make sure their customers are happy, especially when it comes to emergency services. This can be judged by a number of things, such as how quick and confident nurses are with their services.  How the community sees a hospital can depend on how happy its patients are.  The way the hospital grows will be affected by how few patients are happy with their care.  The number of visits will be affected by how unhappy patients are with health services.  One way to measure how well a hospital is doing at giving health care is by how happy its patients are.  The goal of this study is to find out how the response and confidence of nurses in the Emergency Room of the UKI General Hospital in 2022 affects how happy patients are. Methods: This study is of the analytical type and uses a cross-sectional methodology.  The people in the study were all 5,201 people who went to the Emergency Room at the UKI General Hospital in Jakarta.  Using the Slovin method, a sample of 84 people was taken. Using the accidental sampling technique, a sample of 77 people was then taken.  Chi Square is used to analyze data with single and bivariate tests.  Results: According to the findings, nurse services comprised responsiveness (87.0%) and safe assurance (89.6%), and respondents were happy with nursing care (88.3%). Conclusion: In the IGD Room of the UKI General Hospital in Jakarta, there is a significant relationship between nurse responsiveness (responsiveness) and patient satisfaction (p-value 0,000 0,05).  In the IGD Room of the UKI General Hospital in Jakarta, there is a strong relationship between nurses (assurance) and patient satisfaction (p-value 0,000 0,05)

    The Relationship Between Nurse\u27s Caring Behavior and BPJS Patient Satisfaction in the Tulip Inpatient Ward, Bekasi Regency Hospital

    Aims: Caring is critical in increasing patient satisfaction with nursing care. There are nine difficulties, according to the conclusions of a study survey conducted by Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) (2015) in five major cities in Indonesia. One of them, 65.4% of bpjs patients, has complained about the nurse\u27s uneducated, inattentive, and arrogant approach. Methods: This study employs an analytic with cross-sectional technique, with the sample consisting of all bpjs patients in Tulip\u27s room at RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi. There were 30 (30,9%) respondents who indicated that nurse caring behavior was good, and 67 (69,1%) respondents who stated that nurse caring behavior was negative out of 97 respondents. There were 27 (27,8%) respondents who were satisfied with nurse care conduct and 70 (72,2%) who were dissatisfied. Results: The study\u27s findings revealed a link between nurse caring conduct and bpjs patient satisfaction in Tulip\u27s room at RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi in March 2019. To all nurses at RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi who work in Tulip\u27s room to develop nurse caring behavior. Conclusion: Nurses should increase their caring conduct during the nursing process by responding to patient complaints, offering support and encouragement, and remaining by the patient\u27s side when necessary. This will boost the nurse\u27s reputation

    Prenatal Gentle Yoga on Reducing Complaints of Discomfort in Trimester III Pregnant Women at Klinik Ananda Medika, 2022

    Aims: Pregnancy can cause physical and psychological changes, particularly in the third trimester, causing discomfort. Preventing these issues can be achieved through exercise, such as morning walking, static cycling, aerobics, water gymnastics, and dancing. Prenatal Gentle Yoga is a popular method for promoting good health and a normal delivery process. Objective: To determine the effect of Prenatal Gentle Yoga on Reducing Discomfort Complaints in Third Trimester Pregnant Women at Klinik Ananda Medika in 2022. Methods: The research design used in this study was a pre-experimental research method with a one group pretest and posttest design approach, namely a research design using one observation group before and after the experiment. Where the mother has never attended a Prenatal Gentle Yoga class the mother feels uncomfortable with her third trimester pregnancy (pretest) and after the mother attends the Prenatal Gentle Yoga class for 1 hour 2x a week for 4x and the mother feels comfortable (post test). Results: Based on the results of the pretest, it was found that 11 respondents (73.33%) had moderate complaints and 4 respondents had moderate and severe complaints and after Prenatal Gentle Yoga there were 10 respondents (66.67%) were pregnant women who had complaints mild discomfort, 5 respondents (33.33%) were pregnant women who experienced moderate complaints, and there were no severe categories. Based on the data above and according to the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, a significant number or probability value (0.001) is much lower than the significant standard of 0.05 or (p <α), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect before and after the Prenatal Gentle class. Yoga at Klinik Ananda Medika. Conclusion: Based on the results of a study of 15 respondents who had done Prenatal Gentle Yoga with at least 4 class meetings, it showed that pregnant women in their third trimester had complaints of pregnancy discomforts such as frequent urination, shortness of breath, back pain, heartburn, constipation, insomnia, discomfort in the perineum, calf muscle cramps, varicose veins, ankle edema, fatigue, erratic moods, and increased anxiety indicate that the complaints are felt to be milder and even non-existent

    Aims: Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that has a very high prevalence every year throughout the world. Data in America, about 38% of end-stage chronic kidney failure is caused by diabetes mellitus. While data in Asia, almost 60% of people with diabetes mellitus have chronic kidney disease. It is estimated that 30 - 40% of people with Diabetes Mellitus Type I and 20 - 30% Diabetes Mellitus Type II will experience complications of Chronic Kidney Disease. Currently, it is estimated that 25% of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis are caused by type II diabetes mellitus Objective : Knowing the effect of UFR on blood sugar in diabetes mellitus patients with complications of chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: Quasi-experimental with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were all DM patients with CKD complications undergoing hemodialysis in the Jakarta Hajj Hospital Hemodialysis Room in November 2022 as many as 64 people, the sampling technique was total sampling. Results: Most of the respondents were female 51.6%, aged ≥ 50 years 78.1%, and the standard UFR rate was 68.8%. The average difference in blood sugar levels before and after hemodialysis was 188.7 mg/dl. There is an effect of UFR hemodialysis on blood sugar in diabetes mellitus patients with complications of chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis (p.value 0.000). Conclusions: There is an effect of UFR hemodialysis on blood sugar in diabetes mellitus patients with complications of chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. Need to improve the quality of independent nursing care in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis

    The Effect of Mindfulness on Family Stress and Anxiety in Caring for Schizophrenia Patients in City of Sukabumi

    Aims: To determine the effect of mindfulness on family stress and anxiety in caring for schizophrenia patients. Methods: This research design is a quasi experiment using a pretest-posttest control group design approach. The study population, families who care for schizophrenia patients with a sample of 30 people using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using univariate analysis with mean value, and standard deviation, bivariate analysis using paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: Shows that mindfulness practice affects anxiety of control & intervention group (p: 0.000) and stress of control & intervention group (0.000). There is a difference in the mean value of anxiety of the control & intervention group (0.000) and stress of the control & intervention group (0.000). Conclusion: Mindfulness is a psychological intervention that promotes acceptance, understanding, and self-efficacy in families caring for schizophrenia patients, reducing stress, burden, and anxiety it is concluded that there is an effect of mindfulness therapy on family stress and anxiety in caring for schizophrenia patients

    Relationship Between Stress Level and Hopelessnes among Adolescents Victim of Bullying

    Aims: Bullying is a serious problem faced by teenagers nowadays. The impact of bullying could make victims feel insecure and away from their social life. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between stress level and feelings of hopelessness among adolescents victim of bullying. Methods: This research was a descriptive correlative study with a cross sectional study approach. Simple random sampling was applied to choose the class, the inclusion criteria was student who had experienced as a victim of bullying. A total of 489 senior high school students participated as respondents. Sample were taken by using a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used the Beck Hopelessness Scale and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). Spearman Rank Correlation was used as data analysis in this study. Results: Most of the respondents were female (84%), with an average age of 16 years. More than half of the total respondents had severe of hopelessness (57.9%). The mean score of the stress level experienced by the respondents was 23.21 (±SD 4.427). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that stress levels had a relationship with hopelessness among adolescents victim of bullying  (p-value=0.00). Conclusion: The level of stress was a factor that contributes to the hopelessness of adolescent victims of bullying.. Suggestion: School should develop an intervention program that can prevent stress and overcome hopelessness in adolescents victims of bullying

    Relationship between Fine Motor Skill and the Use of Gadget in Pre-school Age Children

    Aims: To analyze the relationship between fine motor skill and the use of gadget in pre school age children. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. Sampling technique using quota sampling and the sample in this study amounted to 82 pre school age children in  Purwanegara, Banyumas on March-April 2022. The adopted questionnaire used to be measured use of gadgets application and abilities acceptable fine motor be measured using Denver II. Data analyzed univariate and bivariate using Gamma Test. Results: The univariate analysis showed that there were eight respondents (9.8%) with gadgets application in the category low, 13 respondents (15.9%) moderate, and 61 respondents (74.4%) high. Denver II results showed fine motor as much as one respondent (1.2%) in category advance, 24 respondents (29.3%) caution, 56 respondents (68.3%) delayed, and one respondent (1.2%) normal. The Gamma test showed a relationship between fine motor skill and the use of gadget  in pre school age children with a p-value = 0,005 (p value<0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between fine motor Skill and the use of gadget. Based on these results, periodic developmental screening and nursing interventions are needed to address fine motoric disorders in preschool-aged children who use gadgets, and it is expected that parents will limit the use of gadgets

    Knowledge and Attitude of Mothers Regarding Early Childhood Health Protocol Implementation During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    Aim: Since Sars-CoV-2, a new strain of the coronavirus, has become a global pandemic, we need to take precautionary measures and establish health procedures. The study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and mothers\u27 attitudes regarding the application of health protocols for early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic at Majalengka Regency. Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2021 with a sample size of 51 mother-and-child pairs from kindergartens in the Majalengka Regency of West Java. Knowledge and attitude measurement using good validity and reliability reported questionnaires. Result: The results of the mother\u27s knowledge were good, namely 82.4%, while the level of knowledge was sufficient at 17.6%. The results of the mother\u27s attitude supported 56.9% and did not support 43.1%. The cross-tabulation results obtained a p-value of 0.714, which is greater than 0.05, meaning there is no relationship between knowledge and mothers\u27 attitudes about the application of health protocols in early childhood. Conclusion: Based on the study result, family members and nurses in public health centers can increase counseling regarding health protocols for early childhood mothers. They need to work with health workers or local health agencies to counsel and motivate mothers to increase attitudes toward implementing health protocols in early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic
