異文化間シミュレーションにおける経験的学習
Get PDFUniversity education is now expected to develop graduates who can be active in a global environment. Teaching intercultural knowledge and skills is known to be enhanced by experiential learning such as simulations. Two intercultural simulations were conducted in the classroom and analyzed through participants’ (22) responses to questionnaires. “The Albatross” simulation led participants to experience cross-cultural stress and learn how cultural misunderstandings occur. “Rocket” simulation provided an opportunity to learn about multicultural working environments, particularly communication skill and decision making. Because “Rocket” is a cultural specific simulation, it seemed to give participants an objective view of Japanese culture, seeing its strengths and weaknesses in a global work environment.(大学は世界で活躍できる人材を育てることを期待されている。シミュレーションは経験的な学習であり、異文化の知識とスキル（行動）を有効に教える方法だ。本稿は授業中に行われた二つの異文化間シミュレーションと参加者の質問分析を扱うものである。それによるとシミュレーション「アルバトロス」の参加者は異文化ストレスが体験でき、文化的誤解の原因について学ぶことができた。シミュレーション「ロケット」の参加者は多文化の仕事に必要なコミュニケーション・スキルと意思決断について学ぶことができた。「ロケット」は特定文化のシミュレーションだからこそ、参加者は日本文化を客観的に見ることができるようになり、日本文化の強い点と弱い点を学ぶことができたと考えられる。

Get PDFRecently, damage to agriculture and forestry businesses due to wild birds and beasts is a serious situation in the mid-mountain areas such as Nagano Prefecture. Every year approximately 20 billion yen of loss occurs in Japan. Management of wild birds and beasts based on scientific data is necessary. Recently, wild animals are being examined as a promising resource for local development. In this study, we compared the smell of venison and beef to consider how venison compared to edible meat. Next, we considered whether the smell was improved by immersing venison in some seasonings. Sensory evaluation of grilled venison and beef resulted in the venison having a strong raw and bloody odor. As a result of smell component analysis, the main cause of the smell was 2,3-butanedione (diacetyl) and hexanal. As a result of having inspected the venison meat immersed in various seasonings, milk was shown to prevent the most smells. As results, we were able to elucidate a part of the cause of the unpleasant odor of the venison and we were able to prevent unpleasant odor of the venison with milk
アルゴリズム的思考法に関する学習を取り入れたC言語によるプログラミング教育の実践と評価 : 2010年度から2013年度の4年間の実践より [研究ノート]
Get PDFC言語によるプログラミング教育において，アルゴリズムを考える力を養い，プログラム作成に必要な十分なスキルを身につけさせることを目的とし，アルゴリズム的思考法に関する学習を取り入れた。本研究では，思考したアルゴリズムの外化にあたり，表現変換の負荷を減らすため，グラフィカルなインタフェースによりアルゴリズムを組み立てるビジュアル・ブロック・プログラミング可能なアルゴリズム学習向けWebツールを利用した。本論文では，ツールを利用した授業の概要及び2010年度から2013年度の4年間の実践について報告する。また，学習導入の効果を評価するため，アルゴリズム的思考能力およびプログラミング能力について本学習の導入前の受講生との比較を行った。プログラミング学習の初期段階でのアルゴリズム的思考法の導入がプログラミング学習において効果的であることが明らかとなった
