closed railway line which exists in this area.
Many of the ruins of railway line are civil engineering structures, and when dismantling the
structure of them, then bringing it back would be impossible. Ruins of the closed railway line, has
been lost with the passage of time so far, and has been gradually decreased in urban develop
ment. Development work is going to promote the growth of the area. On the other hand, some
persons whose has been familiar with the ruins of railway line, are supposed to be sad these
ruins of which they are demolished.
Well, from the viewpoint of cost-benefit analysis, it is possible to measure the utility of the
principal by quantitative comparison of equivalent surplus and compensating surplus. Therefore,
we can perform the analysis for overall optimization theory for the storage of the ruins of the
railway and the promotion of development.
As a case study of this paper, we investigate the ruins of "Kansai Railway Daibutsu Line"
which the old tracks remain in the area of Kansai Science City. Preservation was achieved by
the citizen movement though two ruins of Kansai Railway Daibutsu Line were scheduled to be
demolished by the development construction of Kansai Science City. The following problem is to
treat the ruins as a sightseeing fortune because it improves potential in this area. Preserving
using the ruins in the closed railway line will create new tourist resources in the city planning.departmental bulletin pape
Trends and problems of research on vocational rehabilitation

The ProQuest and CiNii databases were searched using the keyword ''vocational rehabilitation." The search resulted in 445 hits for Japanese studies and 290 for foreign studies. The study details, subjects, and study design were compared. Results indicated that there are few to no evidence-based studies on vocational rehabilitation in Japan but that several randomized controlled trials and prospective cohort studies have been conducted overseas. The amount of evidence-based research in Japan must be increased.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf喜界島は、奄美大島の東約25kmに位置し、面積は55.71km²、最高点は百之台の224mで扇平な島である。隆起性サンゴ礁の島で最高点付近もサンゴ石灰岩が見られる。隆起の早さは地球規模でも最も早い所のひとつという。この島にはホウライカガミが自生し、これを食草とするオオゴマダラが生息する。
海岸のサンゴ石灰岩には、コウライシバ、テンノウメ、ボタンボウフウ、イソマツ、ソナレムグラ、ミズガンピ、シロバナミヤコグサ、モンパノキ、クサトベラなどが生えている。

An empirical study of the correiation between motivation to dine out and relationship quality tor restaurant customers in Kaohsiung Taiwan
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)According to recent statistics, the aggregate household expenditure on dining out in Taiwan has risen from NTD 200 billion to 400 billion during a twelve-year span from 1996 to 2008, and it continues to grow. A total of 1.7 million people dine out for every meal, and 3.3 million people dine out every day. The large market of household dining-out demand presents the restaurant industry with many opportunities to generate alternative revenue streams that will heavily depend on the restaurants' understanding of their customers' motivations and preferences, which would enable them to create new services and menus. However, until now, there have been few studies in Taiwan that have focused on “gourmet behavior”, as the relevant theoretical frameworks remain undeveloped. More research is required on consumption motivation and relationship quality relating to gourmets. This study investigates the correlation between the motivation to dine out among Kaohsiung gourmets and the quality of the relationship between the consumer and service seller. Using convenience sampling, questionnaires were distributed to 450 participants who dined out in restaurants recommended by the Kaohsiung City government between June and July 2011. A total of 303 valid responses were returned. The study employs descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis. The results indicate that gourmet motivation has a significant correlation to and a significant impact on relationship quality.departmental bulletin pape
