The foundation of a support program in a social aid system on the asis of a candidate's assessmenet of the classification for job assistance

assessment of the classification for the type of job assistance. Although a public assistance user is currently available
in schools and career offices under the present structure, this support process is dependent on the volition of
the individual. Volition for work is important as it is necessary for confirming both the working motivation and
appropriately determining the work potential of an individual. This paper proposes a support process, which adds
classification and judgment of the operating potential to the level of education of candidates providing job assistance.
Furthermore, the classification of a candidate providing job assistance during public assistance is proposed in terms
of age, work experience, and school education or qualifications.This has been set up as part of a support program and support plan for every group.departmental bulletin pape
The histrory of Taniyama Furusato Festival in Taniyama area of Kagoshima City : 1980-2013

Alternative theories of licensing parents (1) : analysis of the theoretical change of Hugh LaFollette
Get PDFapplication/pdf「親のライセンス化」論は、子の出産･養育に先立って、全ての親に一定のライセンス取得手続きを要求することで不適格な親（incompetent parent）を排除し、全ての子どもが適格性を有する親による保護･養育を受けられるようにすることを企図したもので、1980年にアメリカの倫理学者Ｈ・ラフォレットが提唱して以降、賛否両論の活発な議論が展開された。しかし、実のところこの主張は極めて極端なものであり、あくまで思考実験レベルでの議論にとどまるものであると捉えるのが妥当であろう。そこで本稿では、この「親のライセンス化」の代替策、つまり親の権利制約をより少ない次元にとどめつつも、一方で児童虐待を事前的レベルで抑制し得る理論・制度を探求することを目的として、上記のラフォレットによるライセンス化の代替策への言及を、時系列に沿って整理・分析していく。The theory of licensing parents aims to exclude incompetent parents from childrearing and to give every child appropriate protection and nurture of competent parents to every child, by requiring all parents to be licensed before having children. After American ethicist Hugh LaFollette proposed the claim in 1980, the active arguments of the pros and cons have been developed in the United States.
However, it is probably appropriate to remain his assertion as thought experiment level because it is extremely unrealistic. Therefore we have to seek alternatives of licensing parents, which can put less restriction on parental rights and also can protect from child abuse in advance.
So in this paper, I analyze the reference of LaFollette along chronological order to the substitute measures of licensing parents.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf宝島はトカラ列島の南に位置し、面積7.14km²、周囲13.77km、最高点は291mのイマキラ岳である。2回の調査で、95科308種（シダ植物7科19種、裸子植物5科5種、被子植物双子葉70科219種、被子植物単子葉13科65種）を観察できた。特記すべき植物として、テンノウメ、オキナワハイネズなどがある。また、女神山にはウバメガシ林、ビロウ林があり、国の天然記念物に指定されている。
