最高地の与論城の崖もサンゴ石灰岩でできており、この島が隆起してできたことが分かる。
2回の調査で、85科263種（シダ植物5科7種、裸子植物6科7種、被子植物双子葉62科188種、被子植物単子葉12科61種）を観察できた。

Plants of Yakushima
Get PDFapplication/pdf屋久島の低地では、アコウ、ガジュマル、マルバニッケイ、メヒルギ（栗生）が、それから上の600m位まではスダジイ、ウラジロガシ、マテバシイ、サクラツツジ、ミミズバイなどが見られる。さらにその上部の1,000m～1,600m位まではイスノキ、スギが多く見られ、山頂付近はヤクシマダケ、ヤクシマシャクナゲが生えている。
調査は白谷雲水峡､屋久島一周道路､淀川登山口～花之江河～黒味岳山頂､栗生海岸､春田浜で行った。
2回の調査で、116科346種の植物（シダ植物15科38種、裸子植物7科10種、双子葉植物80科236種、単子葉植物14科62種）を観察した。
特記すべき植物として、スギ、ビャクシン、ヤクタネゴヨウ、ツゲ、ヤクシマサルスベル，メヒルギ、イソマツがある。

Overlapping of medical care and non-medical care in support for alcoholism : the alcoholic rehabilitaion program and self-help group
Get PDFapplication/pdfアルコール臨床は医療から始まったが、医療は永らく有効な治療方法が見いだせなかった。アルコホリズムからの有効な回復方法については、むしろ当事者であるアルコホーリクスが先に気づき、次第にセルフヘルプグループ（SHG）として大きく成長していった。このプロセスには常に少数であるが熱心な医師たちの協力が欠かせなかった。すなわちアルコール臨床において医療的支援は、まず非医療的支援の確立の後方支援から始まった。そして次にSHGに学びながら医療としてのアルコールリハビリテーションプログラム（ARP）を開発し、徐々にARPはSHGから独立していくことになる。本論では、この医療的支援と非医療的支援の重なりに着目し、その変遷を概観し、ARPの有効性を確認するとともに、ARPが独立によってSHGを軽視していくのではなく、有期限の支援としての医療的支援と、生涯にわたる無期限の支援としての非医療的支援の協働という形をとる必要性を主張した。In this study, we focused on the overlap between medical care and non-medical care in support for alcoholism, and reviewed its challenges.
The support for alcoholics began with medical care, but medical care providers could not provide treatment for individuals with alcoholism that had long-term efficacy. The persons who formulated an effective way for recovery from alcoholism were those with alcoholism themselves. They organized a self-help group (SHG) for recovery in cooperation with some dedicated doctors who assisted in the group's growth and development.
In this way, medical care started by logistic support to establish non-medical care, and then, learning from the SHG, they developed an alcoholism rehabilitation program (ARP) as a medical treatment. Since then, gradually, the ARP has become an established component of medical treatment.
As a result we emphasize the necessity for corporation between medical care as support with definite term and non-medical one as indefinite support in a life-long term.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
