Get PDFapplication/pdf蘭牟田池は薩摩川内市祁答院町にあり、面積0.63平方キロメートル、周囲長2.7km、最大深2.7mの火山湖である。水面の標高は295mで「泥炭形成植物群落」として国指定の天然記念物になっている。
4回の調査で、91科281種の植物（シダ植物8科14種、裸子植物5科7種、双子葉植物63科196種、単子葉植物15科64種）を観察した。

2回の調査で、68科169種（シダ植物9科22種、裸子植物4科4種、被子植物双子葉48科129種、被子植物単子葉7科14種）の植物を観察した。
特記する植物としては、カノコソウ、ウスケクロモジがある。

Plants of Koshikisima
Get PDFapplication/pdf甑島は、鹿児島県薩摩半島のいちき串木野市の沖合約45kmにある。上甑島、中甑島、下甑島の3つの島からなり、長さは38km，幅10km、面積117.56km²、最高標高地点は下甑島の尾岳(603m)である。自然景観や植物群落が残されていることから平成27年3月16日国定公園に指定された。
5回の調査で、105科403種(シダ植物15科40種、裸子植物5科5種、被子植物双子葉71科276種、被子植物単子葉14科82種)の植物を観察した。
特記すべき植物として、サツマノギク、ホタルプクロ、ツメレンゲ、ニシノヤマタイミンガサ、カノコユリ、ニシノハマカンゾウ、ダンギク、ダルマギクがある。

Koshikishima was appointed in the quasi-national park on March 16, 2015. Community welfare plans for depopulated areas that should be developed
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)The present paper discusses what community welfare plans for depopulated areas should be
developed by local governments.
Although the law requires local governments to develop a variety of welfare plans, think
tanks and other organizations are commissioned to design such plans and community residents
are not involved in their development in most cases.
This preliminary study examined the plans designed by three municipalities in Tokunoshima
and the preparations for the development of community welfare plans in Minami-Osumi-cho, and
proposed several ideas to help municipalities showing depopulation develop meaningful plans
without difficulty. Effective planning was conducted by combining the action research method, in
which the results of questionnaire surveys involving community residents are conveyed to them,
with a method based on workshops for community residents.departmental bulletin pape
