Factors associated with the life motivation of elderly people
Get PDFapplication/pdf介護支援専門員を対象に、ケアマネジメント介入による利用者の生活状態および生活意欲の変化を捉える目的で、2010年-2011年の期間において１年毎に計２回の郵送調査をパネル調査として実施した。両方の調査に回答が得られた199名の回答内容をもとに、利用者の生活動作､社会環境との関わりといった生活状態の変化と生活意欲の関連を見ることを目的とした二項ロジスティック回帰分析を行った結果、「生活意欲」を低下させるリスク要因として、「食事の状況｣、「社会参加の状況」および「経済的状況」が示された（p<.05)。こうした結果を受け、介護支援専門員は「生活意欲」を低下させないよう、継続的なアセスメントに基づいて適切なサービスを提供していくことが求められるものと考える。Two studies on understanding users' situation and life motivation were conducted from the beginning of support by matching case managers and elderly people requiring long-term care (November, 2010, and November, 2011). The time series data of the 199cases with replies for all times were analyzed. A logistic regression analysis was then conducted to determine the correlation between the changes of situation and the life motivation. As a result of logistic regression analysis, it was shown that the increasing risks of motivation in life are eating, social involvement,and economic situation (p<.05). It is considered that case managers should coordinate adequacy services for elderly people to reduce degrading risk based on the recognition of the importance of ongoing assessment.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究は、「職業生活」の場におけるソーシャルワークに関し、昨今の我が国の状況を鑑み、特に「保安職業従事者」の中でも自衛官とその家族を研究対象とした。そこで、米国におけるMilitary Social Workの概要ならびにMilitary Social Workerの養成課程等の現況を把握することで明らかとなった、Military Social Workの展開に際して必要とされる知識･技術等の、我が国における活用の可能性と展望について試論を展開した。なお、本研究は3部構成であり、本稿ではMilitary Social Workの概要ならびにNASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Services, Vetarans, & Tehir Familiesの部分的な整理を行うことにより、保安職業従事者（特に自衛官）とその家族を対象とした「職業生活」の場におけるソーシャルワークを展開するにあたり、彼らが所属する職業集団の環境とその特徴ならびに業務の固有性等を十分に把握・理解・尊重する必要があることが明らかとなった。This study relates to the social work in the workplace which is gradually being put into practice and having its research results confirmed in our country. Taking into account our country's recent circumstances, the study focused particularly on social work aimed at defense industry workers, and Self Defense Forces members and their families above all. Specifically, it develops a tentative proposal regarding the possibility and prospects for our country to make practical use of the expertise necessary to develop Military Social Work, which has been made clear by understanding the United States' Military Social Work outline, and the present condition of Military Social Workers' training. Current status and problems in Jigenji-dori shopping area : from a consumer questionnaire
Get PDFapplication/pdf“Jigenji-dori Shoutengai” is a shopping area located at Taniyama Kagoshima. The shopping area is categorized as a suburbs type or as a local type. This shopping area, as well as other ones in Japan, is in decline. One of the reasons is presence of large stores in suburb. In 2015 a complex type commercial facility newly opened in the suburb of Jigenji-dori Shoutengai. There are a department store and a supermarket at Jigenji-dori Shoutengai. The realization of the world of Doyo and Shoka : spiritual hometown of the Japanese people as Simulacre
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)In modern Japan, Doyo [童謡] (children’s songs, particularly those published after the Taisho
period) and Shoka [唱歌] (Japanese traditional school songs) are considered the Spiritual Hometown
of the Japanese people. Many books, magazines, and websites treat Doyo and Shoka as
nostalgic objects, endangered cultural assets, or important message that should be preserved for
future generations.
Most importantly, the lyrically portrayed scenes of Doyo and Shoka tend to be connected to
the actual landscapes or the people who lived in the specific places. For example, what is the
mountain named “Kano Yama” (that mountain) in the lyrics of the song Furusato [故郷]? And who
is the girl in red shoes described in the song Akai Kutsu [赤い靴]? Such discourses assign specific
historical or geographical spaces to the scenes in the songs, and they sometimes encourage
us to visit the places to find our Spiritual Hometown.
However, as argued in this paper, the connections between the songs and real places are not
concrete because they often are based on unverifiable or arbitrary suppositions. The question is:
Why do we work so hard to link abstract lyrical worlds to real places without sufficient proof?
The answer might be that we want to secure and bless our Spiritual Hometown, which is likely
to be lost over time. Through our efforts to realize the scenes portrayed in songs, we actually
drag out the INDEX of the Spiritual Hometown into our physical spaces. However, this INDEX
is not very compatible with our individual life histories. The author, born and raised in Hiroshima
Prefecture, has no relationship to the INDEX of “Kano Yama”, which is believed to be located in
Nagano Prefecture. Yet, most of us accept such INDEXs as things that lead us to our Spiritual
Hometown. In that sense, the INDEX is like simulacre, imitations made to conform to indeterminate
