Get PDFapplication/pdf加計呂麻島は、奄美大島の南に位置し、面積は77.25k㎡、最高標高は314m、海岸線は複雑に入り組んでおり海岸線長は147.5kmの島である.
2回の調査で、98科267種（シダ植物11科22種､裸子植物5科5種､被子植物双子葉71科187種、被子植物単子葉11科53種）を観察した。
特記すべき植物は、ササハギ、呑の浦のサキシマスホウノキ、諸鈍長浜のデイコ、アカミズキ、キキョウである。
調査日：2015年9月12日 2017年10月15～16日Plant of Kakeromajima is 98 family 267 species (Pteridophyta 11 family 22 species, Gymnospermae 5 family 5 species, Dicotyledoneae 71 family 187 species, Monocotyledoneae 11 family 53 species) in twice investigation.

The Motofumoto district, or Tojyo (外城), is where samurai of the Satsuma clan (薩摩藩) settled. This district abounds with
remnants of the Edo period such as a gate to a samurai residence. Through fieldwork by the

activities were carried out at a high school to nurture the students, the students enjoyed the music together and a change in the mood, the atmosphere of the class group, and in their communication was observed. Get PDF自動車損害賠償保障法（自賠法） 16条1項に基づき、被害者が保険会社に対し損害賠償額の支払を求める訴訟において、裁判所は、最判平成18年3月30日民集60巻3号1242頁を依拠して、自賠責支払基準の「重過失減額規定」に拘束されずに、被害者の過失割合をそのまま過失相殺率として適用し損害賠償額の算定を行っている。訴外において、たとえば自動車相互間事故の死亡被害者のケースでは、通常、相手加入の自賠責からか自身が被保険者となる自損事故保険（人身傷害保険の付帯以外）のいずれかから1500万円の支払いを受けられる。しかし、訴訟になると、裁判所が上述の算定を行うことから、自賠責では、1500万円を大きく下回る賠償額の支払が行われる可能性が高い。人身傷害保険の普及に伴い、自損事故保険の付帯率が縮小しており、現状、自損事故保険を巡る問題について、注目度が低くなっている。しかし、本稿では、改めて、裁判所の支払基準非拘束性判断の結果生じている「被害者保護」に倖る問題を指摘し、その解決策の一つとして、自賠責制度を補完する目的で創設された自損事故保険の支払要件の緩和の提言を行うものである。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
The importance of a theory of justice based on human evolution, history, and ability
Get PDFThere has been a long-standing debate over the geographical origins of our species, but archeological finds suggest that modern human behavior began in Africa over 200,000 years ago. Since the beginning, humans have had to fight against severe environments. The dry savanna lands offered humans only a little food. Our early ancestors chose to cooperate with each other to fight against the difficult environment. They had to consider and respect others because cooperation needs certain mutual trust. In this way human beings developed the ability to consider and respect others throughout the process of evolution.
Rawls (1971) seminal work A Theory of Justice juxtaposed human evolution, history and ability to establish a concept of justice capable of actualizing full cooperation. This current thesis builds on Rawls' concept and weighs its various problems pointed out by Amartya Sen, and Martha C. Nussbaum. Exploration of the principle for full cooperation based on mutual confidence is an important field that can enhance our long history of mutual cooperation and ability to cooperate.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
