Multidisciplinary collaboration in community-based integrated care : building a support system to ensure multidimensional well-being
Get PDFThe term "community-based integrated care" denotes a system that comprehensively supports the daily life of members residing independently in a community familiar to them; the model was formed as a revision of the previously existing public long-term care insurance system that was primarily formulated for the elderly. Collaboration between various professionals is deemed a vital aspect of providing support. In recent years, the concept of a "society where people are harmoniously involved in the community" has attracted attention for its relevance to community-based integrated care. An emphasis is now being placed on the well-being of all individuals, including children, the elderly, and people with disabilities; a focus also prevails on the active engagement of residents within a community. This paper examines the appropriate method of employing a multi-professional collaboration in community-based integrated care by bridging the conceptual gap between community-based integrated care and a society where people are harmoniously involved in the community. In so doing, this paper bears in mind the importance of multidimensional well-being, which includes physical, psychological, and social aspects. To achieve appropriate multi-professional collaboration, the study also considers ways in which professional education should ideally be imparted.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
English for elementary school children : how to teach the pronunciation of English vowels
Get PDFThe aim of the present paper is to examine how English pronunciation should or can be taught to pupils in the elementary school by teachers who graduated or will graduate from faculties which do not cover the study of English literature or education, or even linguistics, just before English courses are added as regular ones to the educational system of the elementary school in Japan. Get PDF本研究の目的は、看護学生のヒヤリ・ハット報告会による学習効果を明らかにすることである。分析した結果､次のことが明らかになった。【医療安全の認識の向上】、【ヒヤリ・ハット分析の重要性】、【情報共有の重要性】、【ヒヤリ・ハット報告会の重要性】、【自己効力感の向上】が抽出された。ヒヤリ・ハット報告会は学生の危険予知能力の向上に影響を与えている。ヒヤリ・ハット報告会は学生の医療安全の認識の変化に影響を与えている。臨地実習時間内にヒヤリ・ハット報告会を実施することが必要である。看護教員と実習指導者が共に医療安全教育に取り組むことが必要である。The purpose of this study is to clarify the learning effect due to "Hiyari-hatto" report meeting of the nursing students. As a result of having analyzed it, next became clear, [improvement of the recognition of the medical safety], [importance of the "Hiyari-hatto" analysis], [importance of the information sharing], [importance of the "Hiyari-hatto" report meeting], [improvement of a feeling of self-effect] extracted. The "Hiyari-hatto" report meeting affects the improvement of the dangerous power to foresee the future of the students. The "Hiyari-hatto" report meeting affects the change of the recognition of the medical safety of the students. It is necessary to carry out a "Hiyari-hatto" report meeting in nursing science training time.
