The learning effect of the senior citizen vicarious experience practice
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究の目的は、高齢者疑似体験演習の学習効果を明らかにすることである。分析した紗果、次のことが明らかになった。身体的側面の理解は【視力の低下】【視野の狭窄】【色覚の低下】【聴覚の低下】【触覚の低下】【関節可動域の低下】【筋力・平衡感覚の低下】【緩慢な動作の増加】、心理的側面の理解は【心理的な負担感の増大】、社会的側面の理解は【社会的活動の減少】が抽出された。高齢者疑似体験は、高齢者の身体的、心理的、社会的理解に影響を与えている。高齢者理解のためには、高齢者とのコミュニケーション手段としての援助技術や非言語的コミュニケーションの実施方法および高齢者を正しく理解する知識や情報を得られるようなアセスメント能力を育成する必要がある。The purpose of this study was to clarify the learning effects of a simulated experience exercise for the elderly. The results of the analysis revealed the following. As for the understanding of physical aspects, the following were extracted. [Decreased visual acuity], [Narrowed visual field], [Decreased color vision], [Decreased hearing], [Decreased sense of touch], [Decreased range of motion of joints], [Decreased muscle strength and sense of balance], [Increased slow movements]; for the understanding of psychological aspects, [Increased sense of psychological burden]; and for the understanding of social aspects, [Decreased social activities] were extracted. The simulated experience of the elderly affects our understanding of the physical, psychological, and social aspects of the elderly. In order to understand the elderly, it is necessary to acquire assistive techniques as a means of communication with the elderly, how to implement non-verbal communication, and assessment skills that can provide the knowledge and information needed to properly understand the elderly.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
