Clarification of subject content by two-dimensional abstraction 2：An example of three rotational jumps in vaulting box exercise
Get PDFapplication/pdf前回の共著による執筆では、運動の二次元的抽象化で教科内容を解明する方法論を器械運動研究の端緒として跳び箱運動のかかえ込み跳び教材で追究した。運動の二次元的抽象化で全体を貫く力の伝動は、息止めによる体の固体化を前提した荷重と抜重の表裏の感覚づくりを重視し、その典型教材として「壁押し実験」を設定して、身体操作と連動した体内操作感覚を追究した。その際、器械運動の基礎感覚づくりで注目される「ねこちゃん体操」の１回の呼気で実施される「フーッ！ーハッ！」に２種類の体のしめ動作が内在しており、今回対象とした回転技３教材において、その同質性と異質性を分析的に総合して回転技の構造的内容を把握できた。実践経過の中で、荷重と抜重の感覚づくりでは、重心移動感覚と連動した反り動作のタイミングをつかむ教材づくりの重要性が指摘された。また、児童の認識として１回の吸気で踏切動作による力の変換を実現していることと２種類の呼気である「フーッ！ーハッ！」の連動性が認められた。In the previous co-authored article, we investigated the methods to clarify subject content by two-dimensional abstraction of motion through the analysis of tuck jumps in vaulting box exercise as a starting point fòr research on apparatus gymnastics. The transmission of tòrce through the whole body in a two-dimensional abstraction of motion emphasizes the creation of a sense of the two sides of a load and unweighting, based on the assumption that the body is solidified by holding one's breath. A "wall-pushing experiment" was set up as a typical teaching material to clarify the sensation of manipulation in the body linked with physical manipulation. It was found out that two types of bodytightening movement was inherent in ''Hoo! Ha!" which was performed with one exhalation in the "Neko-chan Exercise" which has attracted attention for building a basic sense of apparatus gymnastics. We were able to understand the structural content of the rotary technique by analytically synthesizing the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the three materials of rotary technique covered in this study. In the course of practic, it was pointed out that in creating a sense of loading and unweighting, it is important to develop teaching materials to grasp the timing of the bending-backward motion in conjunction with the sense of center-of-gravity movement. In addition, it was found out that children recognized the conversion of force through the crossing action with a single inhalation and there was a linkage of two types of exhalations, "Hoo!
