Familiarity and Interest in Haiku and Tea Tourism at Sengan-en
No full textapplication/pdfThis paper aims to determine the level of familiarity with and interest in haiku as well as tea tourism among visitors to a famous Japanese garden. This field a niche form of literary and culinary tourism. The research accounts for 33 valid survey responses conducted among 200 visitors at Sengan-en a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Kagoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. The data was collected using a diagnostic survey method in situ. The results of the survey showed the respondents were interested in the idea of haiku and tea tourism. In addition, most of the respondents indicated that they would be willing to take part in a haiku tourism event. The 12 interviewers were asked to fill-in a self-reported evaluation before and after confirmation of progress as well as an activity record sharing their thoughts on interacting with foreign tourists in English and Chinese languages. The obtained results, although preliminary in nature, may imply the plausibility of introducing and disseminating the idea of haiku and tea tourism by university students among foreign visitors to kaagoshima, and indicate a need for further research in this field.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Crafting Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility
Full text linkapplication/pdfSDGs（持続可能な開発目標）や ESG（環境，社会，ガバナンス）投資が拡大する中で，企業は本業を通して社会的責任を果たすべきとの考え方が注目されている。そうした時代背景の中，競争戦略の各種理論を援用することで，CSR（企業の社会的責任）を競争優位に結び付けようとする研究が見られるようになった。競争戦略の礎を築いた Michael Porterが提唱した CSV（共通価値の戦略）は，その代表例である。一方，戦略的に取り組む CSRと，ステークホルダーのニーズや問題に幅広く取り組もうとする従来の CSR との矛盾を，批判的に検討する研究も多い。
そこで本研究では，CSV や戦略的 CSR で援用される競争戦略の理論が偏重していることに着目し，これまで援用が見られなかった創発型戦略の検討を通して，先行研究で指摘されている矛盾の解消を試みた。その結果，CSV において戦略的 CSR を分析型戦略，受動的CSRを創発型戦略の実践として解釈し，それらを両立することで矛盾を解消し得ることが示された。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

A Study on Supervision Utilizing Process Records
Full text linkapplication/pdf本研究の目的は、逐語記録を活用したスーパービジョンによるスーパーバイジーのふりかえりと気づきの内容を明らかにすることである。調査対象は逐語記録を活用したスーパービジョンを経験したスーパーバイジー８名である。半構造化面接による個別インタビューを実施した。分析方法は質的データ分析法である。
分析対象となった発話内容は333である。分析の結果、【ふりかえりのツール】【実践の可視化とふりかえりの焦点化】【スーパーバイザーとの関係性】【言語化への挑戦】【評価と実践への還元】の５つのカテゴリと27のサブカテゴリを抽出した。５つのカテゴリをスーパーバイジーの変化に着目して、分析した結果、〔ふりかえりと可視化〕〔気づきの深化〕〔言語化と評価〕のプロセスが示された。スーパービジョンで逐語記録を活用することで、スーパーバイジーの成長に資することが示唆された。The purpose of this study is to clarify the nature of supervisee’s reflection and awareness through supervision utilizing process records. The subjects of the study were eight supervisees who had experienced supervision using process records. Individual interviews were conducted using semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed using a qualitative data analysis method.
A total of 333 statements were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, five categories and 27 subcategories were extracted: [Tools for Reflection], [Visualization of Practice and Focusing Reflection], [Relationship with the Supervisor], [Challenge of Verbalization], and [Feedback and Application to Practice].
Focusing on the changes in the supervisees, five categories were analyzed, revealing the processes of [Reflection and Visualization], [Deepening of Insights], and [Verbalization and Evaluation].
